Subject :Awesome company and everything went perfectly with our move!
Comment : We have moved over a dozen times in 30 years. We used Hopkins & Sons the last time we moved. They provided the smoothest move we have ever had. They are by far the best movers ever! I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Subject :everything went exactly as planned
Comment : Hopkins was great! They recently moved me and were efficient, courteous, and everything went exactly as planned. Everything was placed where I wanted it and not a single thing was damaged in the slightest. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as I wanted it. Highly recommend.

Subject :good company
Comment : Scheduled a move with Hopkins and Sons for a move and could not be happier with the experience. Our move was from Philly area to Maryland and the price was extremely reasonable. Our home settlement got rescheduled a couple times due to COVID delays with the mortgage company and Amy in their office was super helpful in rescheduling and coordinating when we found out last minute about the change in dates. Byron, Rob and Steve were the movers that assisted and were very personable, took great care of our items, and got the job done quickly and efficiently despite being paid hourly. Highly recommend you give Hopkins and Sons a call for your next move

Comment : Look elsewhere. Avoid the aggravation of them dragging out claims and not fixing damages, addressing lost parts, or taking responsibility for lost goods. Hopkins stored and delivered our goods. Upon receipt, many items were damaged, had missing parts, or were missing. We followed the claim procedure per our relocation package, but Hopkins would not do anything. The repair person that was sent 5 MONTHS after our move fixed one gouge in my table, and took pictures of other damages. Re: furniture damage he couldn’t fix, he told me to pass on a repair persons name if I had a preferred place and left me with the impression that other items would be addressed in the near future. A month later I received a DENIAL of EVERYTHING including the furniture damages. They included comments such as “the wheel has a hole, but it’s still useable” and “Crew could not have known it should have been on the piece”. Really?? It’s normal for a shelf to be hanging? Half of my claim items were not even addressed! This is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what the repair person told me in person. This is a very shady and dishonest company. I do not recommend them.
