Comment : I work for a moving and storage company and called this company to get a quote for their services for my customer who is moving near them. They answered the phone "Hello?", I had to ask if I was calling the right company. The man on the phone said, "Yes, what do you want?" I should have taken that as a sign to just hang up. I further explained that we were looking for a mover to receive a freight shipment of my customers portable storage box and deliver the contents to her locally. He replied goodbye and hung up the phone. I understand that many movers may not be able to accommodate the request, but the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from this representative was astounding and unlike anything that I have experienced from other movers.
