I just moved from Brooklyn to Suffolk county and had to put a majority of my stuff in storage. Working with Molloy Brothers was a fantastic experience. LeAnne was my coordinator, she was responsive and incredibly helpful. She offered great suggestions for keeping organized with what was going to my new home and what was going to storage. These made moving day a breeze. The moving crew worked quickly and carefully. They used great care with all of my furniture, diligently wrapping and boxing the items that required some TLC. I will be using them again for my next move and highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

First of all the call with them beforehand was very nice, we got specific answers about how to pack things, what we would need for different things, what was easy for them to ship what was hard for them to ship. Second, We also got an accurate quote from them even though we ended up needing a bit more packing help from them and a bit more space. Third, when they came to get our stuff they were fast, efficent and professional. Finally, almost nothing got damaged in the move.

I hired these guys to move a relative that was in the hospital and needed to get moved out of an apartment. They were timely and did an OK job moving the apartment contents to a storage unit. No complaints and cheap, less than $200.

The Good Move, LLC
Payment issuse
I contacted The Good Move, LLC for a quote. All I need is to hire two workers to unload my Penske truck. They are charging me to use THEIR truck of which I am not going to need. They tell me that they ALWAYS included the use of their truck with any job. Even though I will use no part of their truck for this particular move. How ridiculous! They are also charging $135 per hour for three men, they are higher than anyone else.

disappointed amstrong.
Supper disappointed in Armstrong. They did not ever call me to fully assess my timing needs. Then they picked up my items and instead of getting my items moving waited another 5 days to group my items with another persons move. Which made them miss my desired delivery window which was over four days. If you have specific timing needs they only provide broad windows and will delay your priority in order to group your stuff with others.

Coleman American Moving Services of Orlando, LLC
Unbearable
I am pcs’ing from fort Campbell and initially had this company contracted. The gentlemen showed up late on the first pack day, seemed ready to work and then called a civilian rep reporting that my house was dirty and unorganized. Complaining that my house smelled like dogs and thenf later on in the report I read that they had said there were dog feces in my house which I can assure was untrue. Seemed like they just didn’t want to do their job. After 5 minutes of scrubbing a wall my child had left food stains on the “mess†was cleaned up. My house does have. Smell of dogs as I have 2 large dogs but it is not the smell of their waste. I was assured they would be back the following day to pack and ship on the same day which seemed odd but I assumed them being professionals were trustworthy in making that call. The following day the truck showed up on time to ship and was baffled that nothing was packed. An hour later the movers showed up, one gentlemen being the same but with 2 ladies. The civilian showed up assuring me my house was of quality for the movers, which baffles me because I had done nothing besides scrub a stain off of my wall and spray air freshener. Anyways the trucker left because it didn’t match his schedule and after filling 3 boxes the packers left because they didn’t have a truck. This was all with zero communication as to what was going on. Then I was told they were not able to reschedule any time soon and I now had to go down the rabbit hole of government travel and hire a new company missing my pcs timeline and splitting my family in half to sign for the next house on time. This has also put me out of pocket for several new found and unplanned issues. I was assured it was a miscommunication from their hq and their rep on the ground which I’m sure was part of the problem, but even the packers from the first day were rude and now lying about the quality of my home which is offensive on every level. So to me it seems like this was a failure on every level of this “company†and as nice of a person as I am I have now been left to feel like I need to complain about this company at every platform possible, from the military level, civilian level and even on here complaining and warning people. From what I can tell reading these reviews and hearing from other military people this seems to be a reoccurring issue with them, even the slander of someone’s home. I’ve read several accounts on here of the same situation. Yes my dogs have an odor compared to a household without animals, but it seems like being a mover you would be more inept to dealing with such situations instead of blowing it out of proportion to avoid doing your job. Bottom line: DO NOT EXPECT QUALITY WORK FROM THIS “ORGANIZATIONâ€. I have been in the military for close to 6 years and done 3 military moves where I was less organized and seen 10x a better product. I’m not one to thump my chest about what I do for a living by any means but I’m at a service for everyone in this country on a daily basis and it sucks to hire someone for a service and be treated in such a way. I’m sure I will receive an apology from their google page like everyone else with a negative review, and I assure whoever is reading this and planning on typing a 6 word we apologize message will be wasting their slim efforts. Avoid Big League Movers
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE BIG LEAGUE MOVERS! My house flooded in December of 2022. I had to move everything out of my home, store it, and relocate to a hotel until repairs were done. Big League Movers accepted coming out to my home, packing up what I did not have room for in the attic, and storing it until repairs were complete. May 2023 I moved back in and scheduled for my belongings to be returned. Big League Movers broke my television, my bed, and damaged the new flooring in multiple areas (I have pictures of everything). I showed the movers all the damage and they said a claim would be filed but that I had to close out the move. One of the movers even admitted that he said not to store the tv the way they did. A week later I have to call about the claim that I had received zero communication about. Focus Moving Solutions was brought in to handle the claim. A flooring company came out to paint the floors. No repairs were actually done. Then I was told that I would receive .60 cents per pound for the damaged items. The tv is inoperable and the mattress does not function as intended with the sleep number bed frame. I replied stating their offer was unacceptable and that an email is extremely unprofessional to inform a customer that you are robbing them. That was on 6/27/23. There has been no response from either Big League Movers or Focus Moving Solutions. This dumpster fire of a joke charges premium prices for low quality work that resulted in damages to my property and possessions. They have failed to demonstrate any professionalism, integrity, or accountability. This business should be shut down to protect the public from their despicable and dishonest practices.

Wrost Experience.
Terrible experience with Oz - very surprised since they came highly recommended and was a premium price. Paid for them to pack up my kitchen and fragiles and then transfer them to a personal truck I had rented. On top of a bad pack job, which is detailed below, I also had a pretty crappy experience with their customer service rep and GM - Alison and Nancy. In their defense they will say that they were upset that the truck was not big enough to pack in all of our stuff. BUT, I was pretty flexible in leaving furniture behind - a pullout sofa, high table and TV stand. I do not think this justifies packing things up incorrectly to create damage to the items. I have a attached a number of photos so you can see 1) the damages and 2) how things were packed up Damages - An antique chest was not wrapped up in the bubble wrap and was placed on top of another wooden chest - you can clearly see what happened - The AC was not put in a proper place so the vent got dented - You can see a medal rod sticking into a a wrapped bed frame, this created quite a scratch in the frame Packing Issues - The crew on the other side rightly pointed out that a number of heavy boxes were put on light ones - Items that could pierce through boxes were packed in bad areas that damages boxes and could have broken items (we have no unpacked all the boxes yet so I am worried that items are broken) Items needed now - When the crew arrived, we specifically asked them NOT to pack up a number of bags because we needed those items over the next 2 months. They said they would put them in boxes clearly labeled Open First, but about 8 pairs of my shoes and some other clothes were nowhere to found when unpacking. We had to rummage through ALL boxes after we unloaded and packed everything away - so an extra hr of work for the other crew. We did find some of my wifes stuff, but we never found my shoes as they are probably at the bottom of a box that was NOT labeled Open First. I now have 3 pairs of shoes for 2-months - or I will have to go back to the storage unit and pull everything out to try and find the box with them in it.

The closing on our home got pushed back 3 times each time I had to call and reschedule with the moving company. The company was easy to work with on rescheduling. The movers arrived on time, and were polite, courteous, and delicate with all of our belongings would highly recommend.

Quick and careful.
My local move from one neighborhood to another took three days because of the size of my house. The crew arrived to pack on the first day and prepared everything quickly. The packing was done securely, and I have found no broken objects while unpacking the boxes. They came back on the second and third days and got right to work. I was pleased with the care that Andrew, Milton, and Joe took in carrying and loading my furniture. They always were polite and consistently asked me for guidance on where we wanted furniture and other objects placed in the new house. Their hard work was impressive, and I was glad that they were working for me.
