Comment : Admiral Merchants loaded a machine for us in Washington State, going to Tennessee. This was loaded on Monday. First estimated arrival was Friday. That was canceled for Monday, which was changed to Tuesday on Friday afternoon. They said Monday the trucker had no money on his fuel card over the weekend and had to sit so it would be Wednesday AM. We had Crane and rigging here Wednesday Am. No truck. after contacting them we found the truck to be in OK. They made no attempt to contact us. The fact that we had to pay the rigging company to sit for 8 hours awaiting the truck did not even warrant a call from Admiral Merchants. A simple phone call would have saved us several thousand d0llars. I would not recommend them to anyone who has expectations of businesslike actions from a trucking company.
