Comment : Totally unresponsive and irresponsible. Dehavens came to my home to do an estimate and then never returned my calls or emails afterwards. I guess they saw that I was not taking a lot of stuff and did not want their extra insurance option, so they decided to ignore me completely. What a waste of my time, and this behavior is completely unprofessional.
