Comment : I got a letter in the mail on the 27th of the month telling me that on the 1st they are increasing their prices 10 a month and will automatically bill me. I think that giving less than a week notice of a 25% rent increase is really bad customer service. I had not even moved my stuff in 6 months ago. Had they been honest up front that they were going to be the most expensive in town I would have gone somewhere else.

Comment : An outstanding move from Quincy to the Chicago suburbs. Was quoted what I thought was a fair price. After the truck was loaded quickly and competently by the three man crew, it was weighed. I got a call that my final charge was twenty percent LOWER than the original estimate. The driver and crew were friendly, professional, efficient, and took great care of my worldly possessions. Moving can be a stressful adventure, but using Quincy Moving and Storage makes it a breeze
