We are very pleased with the service provided by Altitude Movers. Right from the first contact via email and phone, Altitude Movers was fast to respond, helpful and efficient. Ricky, Manny and Forest arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work. They were friendly and cheerful despite the horrible weather we experienced throughout our move - torrential rain, sleet, snow, wind - and very hard-working. We were not nearly as prepared and organized for this move as we would have liked, but the guys were very patient and got the job done. They were also really good at judging angles and managed to get furniture through some very tight spaces for us. We would definitely recommend Altitude Movers for anyone needing good, honest, reasonably priced movers

Terrible
Final bill was over 200% more than estimate. Company has an F rating from the BBB. Do your due diligence on this company. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered.

What an outstanding performance
I had no idea about their service before I used them. I hired Trans United Inc just because of their online reviews and for their reasonable asking price. When I talked with their sales guy Robert he ensured me that there will be no hidden cost after the move. I was keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. They actually gave me the best possible result. Movers arrived on time with the trucks and all necessary tools. They showed their expertise while packing and moving my belongings. There was nothing which caused any damage or delay. Everything went smooth as silk. When they completed the move I was stunned to see their accuracy. I must admit that Trans United Inc gave me a lot more that what I paid.

Great service and fair price
I hired Progressive Relocation because I wanted to have a quick, stress free and damage free move. They have serve my needs better than I was expecting. Their sales guy Jason did his job perfectly and movers also played their part. They showed up 7 am sharp and completed the move about half an hour before the schedule. They were assigned to pack and move my belongings, which they accomplished without any errors. I was more than just impressed with their flawless performance and very reasonable price. I will surely consider Progressive Relocation whenever I need to move again.

Good Movers !!!!!
I never post on line but wanted to post for AMERICAN VAN LINES EAST. I know moving industry is tough sometimes but this was an awesome move. On pick up day the move went smooth. On delivery day i was so excited. They actually delivered to me in 4 days to Michigan. I got the key that day and they were there a few hours later. It was awesome seeing the truck pull up. Thanks again and i will use you guys for my sisters move. Take care and thanks again.

RIP OFF MOVERS!!! BEWARE!
Quoted a price of $427 with no add ons. Ended up being $1385 as they over charge for tape, bubble wrap, boxes etc. They make you sign off at 60 cents per pound reimbursement or they'll leave you with no move--- which I had wished I had the privilege of doing. Arrived 1:20 late and took over 7 hrs more than the original estimate as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. Damaged my good furniture, stole high end art work/mirror and lost boxes. Refused to give me my inventory slip and upon claiming damages, they told me I could NOT prove they even moved the said items because I had no inventory slip. THIEVES!!!! DO NOT USE of be subject to this bunch of legal con-artists.

Horrible experience
This company lacks ethics. They lied to me every step of the way. They did a classic bait and switch. On a small move that was supposed to cost $1051, the final cost was $1880, and in between they tried to charge me $2400. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!!!

Just want to recommend them
I got everything that I asked for. I thank Trans United Inc for such wonderful service during my move. It was not an easy move because of the distance between the places and I had many fragile items plus some very expensive and sensitive showpieces and paintings. But nothing caused even a single scratch! I must appreciate Trans United Inc for their excellent service and very reasonable price. In the end I do recommend them.

After experiencing their wonderful service and enjoying a very reasonable price I am surely going to consider Progressive Relocation for my next move as well. I hired them randomly and hoping for the best. They actually gave me the best possible service within a very reasonable price. I was a bit concerned with my belongings before the move because there were many heavy and old furniture and many fragile items plus some expensive paintings. It felt great when I saw my belongings in perfect condition after the move. No damage done to anything and nothing was missing.

I decided to hire 495movers after I went through their web reviews. Though I heard a lot about this company from my friend but still I thought of checking their ranking in the net. However, once I saw many good reviews, I called them and talked about my move with the sales rep. He was very attentive and responsive too. He never forced me to hire them and never asked me for any upfront. That is what actually impressed me and I hired them. When I saw their movers coming at the right time with all necessary tools and with the van, that moment I realized that my move is in the safest hands. I was right. They carefully packed and moved all my belongings and later stored everything according to my liking. There was not a single mistake; everything was done according to the checklist and within the allotted time. I also found them quite affordable and easy to hire. So, I have decided to use 495movers moving next time, or whenever I need to move again.

I gave them a call, and let me say one thing, they deserve those awesome ratings! They did everything any other moving company would do but 1000% better. They were fast, efficient, and polite.

from the moment of the first call through the end of the job they were all very professional and strait forward,the guys arrived at time and in the same day i got all of my belongings in the other side in md,the price was all inclusive and includes all the packing and wrapping services,a day after the move i got a phone call from the owner of the company and he just said "thanks you for the business"

There are many moving companies but in my opinion only few are as good as Trans United Inc. I have recently used this company for a 3 bed room apartment move. They were terrific from the beginning till the end. They never asked for a big amount as upfront, there was no hidden cost after the move, timely completed the task and delivered all my belongings without even a single scratch. So, I will definitely put my money on them whenever I need to move again.

After doing a lot of research, I'm not sure if you should trust all their positive reviews. But, in case someone comes across this, I ACTUALLY used this company and had a horrible experience Although my complaint list is long, I will try to keep it as short as possible. Obviously I am not satisfied with my move with them, and here are the reasons why: 1. They claim they are not brokers, yet both the drivers who picked up my things, which were both from different companies, called them brokers. When I asked them about this they told me the drivers were wrong, that they are NOT brokers, that the companies are "sister companies." I know at least two different companies handled my things, if not more. I was originally told it was one company (Progressive Relocation) who handled everything. If I would have known that this wasn't the case I 100% would not have booked them. 2. Because they "are not brokers" they would not price match any company I had a lower quote from, even though they o
