Our crew of two movers were absolutely flawless. Thank you Malachi and Trevor I cannot recommend them highly enough. To start, they did a great jib of letting us know what to expect, calling us both when they finished the job before us and we are headed our way as well as when they were about 30 minutes out. They arrived right when promised and got right to work. They were incredibly efficient and friendly and packed our Uhaul super efficiently, even taking care to put key items near the front so we could access them easily when we got to our new home. We live on a hill with a huge set of stairs 20 steps leading up to the house and they still finished the job in much less time than quoted. Thank you for all of your help

Your Right Move LLC
really worried
My experience with them was not so good. We agreed to pay by Amex card but just one week before the move they declined to accept the amex and later i had no option as my booking amount would have been forbidden. I am hoping that they deliver my stuff safely and provide me the receipts as promised . I am really worried now.

You Move Me Atlanta
good company
I absolutely love You Move Me. They came through in a pinch for a project we had yesterday to get rescue dog moved. We have been trapping a pack of dogs off Moreland Ave and we were able to trap one yesterday but had no transportation to get him to our vet clinic. I called You Move Me and they were on site within 90 mins. They allowed us to rescue that sweet boy and get him to a safe location. I have used You Move Me many other times in the past for both personal and work and they continuously impress me with their professional and ability to come through in a pinch. Thanks YMM

worst experience
I had several shipments that were lost or arrived late. Instead of helping to resolve the issues they are non responsive. I recommend using R and L freight. They are great and do not have these type of problems.

This moving company move us in December just before Christmas. Several of our items that were in boxes labeled Christmas 2019 we are not delivered to our home. They could not tell me that the trucks were absolutely lot and they told me there is no video surveillance on their trucks. I was told they use the term stolen loosely and they would file an insurance claim. Insurance never covered our loss. The Grinched our Christmas and did not care. Not even an apology from this company. A worst move ever and I would never recommend this company.

Watts Brothers Moving & Storage Systems
Better Service
We chose Watts Brothers Moving and Storage because we thought a local company would do better job for us than a big national chain and the owners were wonderful to deal with. The movers were very friendly, but I feel like they prioritized being fast over being cautious, especially with furniture. They were passing a piece of furniture from one mover to another and they dropped a drawer out of the piece, and the drawer shattered and the drawer pull came out, but they did not come talk to me about it, they just put it on the truck, so I did not see the damage until our destination. They also damaged my husbands desk, and he did not notice it until we got to our new home. It would have been much more professional to tell us then and there what had happened so we could assess the damage and look for the missing drawer pull. I would have appreciated them admitting they made a mistake and being professional about it, rather than hoping we did not notice.

This company sent 3 guys to pack up my household goods for a move to the lower 48. I would only give them 2 to 3 stars for their packing skills I caught one of them putting my pans into a box without any protective layering in between the pans which would have damaged the non stick surface but they were very careful about wrapping framed art and my mattress, etc. One of the guys was quite chatty and not good at talking while packing, which meant he spent more time talking than working, but his co workers made up for it with efficiency and speed.The reason I am giving this review 4 stars is for how quickly they worked to make a sad situation right: one of them accidentally knocked over a kitchen appliance and put a dent in it.Within a few minutes the owner and written a check to replace the full value of the appliance. Thats darn good customer service right there.

Warners Van Lines
professional and careful
Used Warners to move me from Lancaster to North Carolina. Joe came out and estimated the job, and came back with what I thought was a fair quote. Warners was also the only moving company in the area that would meet my moving deadline, pick up on Wednesday and deliver 2 days later Friday morning. Thankfully the Joe estimated the weight of my stuff about 700 lbs heavier than expected so the final bill was less than the agreed upon quote. That was a nice bonus. The moving crew was extremely professional and careful with my belongings.

Terrible customer service. Complete failure in all ways. Do not use them. My employer unfortunately used them and they only delivered half of my goods. Thereafter I am usually overseas they charged me exorbitant fees for their failure.

Worst moving company. They need to be investigated and shut down. They quote a low price, get your stuff on the truck, then say it took up more cubic feet than expected and they 5 the price. The owner, the office staff is not to be trusted. There is a reason for all the 1 star reviews.
