This is my worst moving experience. The company lost a bunch of things in the move and we still have not been refunded. They made the compensation process so difficult and I am stuck with a luggage that is not mine. My luggage is missing and numerous attempts to reach out to the company has been in vain. Before the move they responded so quickly but now they are MIA. I lost a bunch of furniture (Which was never delivered and we were told it was broken - they are going to pay us 6 cents per lb!!!) Honestly this was move from hell. Please do not use this - they are relatively low prices are not at all worth it! I definitely paid it in all of these losses. And my luggage is missing and company is not even willing to track it down. If you have agreed to use them either cancel or buy supplemental insurance and pray!

We needed help moving an electronic loveseat and sofa temporarily into our garage for a carpet installation. We knew in advance the installers would not move electronic furniture. So glad I found MUV Relocation. Hector was very responsive by phone and email, gave me a quote, called when he and Mariano were 30 minutes away, arrived on the early side of the arrival window and got everything done efficiently and carefully. Disassembled a bed. Moved a glass TV stand, side tables, armoire and dresser. Moved a bookshelf to another part of our house. Very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend if you need help moving items, even within your home.

I used Bluebell when I moved from NJ to GA this past December. I must say although I was stressed moving so close to the holiday season, Bluebell went above and beyond to make sure all of my stuff arrived to my house safe and sound. I must admit I was a little concerned after reading some negative yelp reviews on Bluebell, I thought the price must be too good to be true. However from the start every interaction with my rep Anthony and John, the foreman, was professional and reassuring. I visited the location to be sure of its legitimacy and was impressed with the whole operation. Overall the packing was excellent and the service was great.

Wonderful!
My moving and storage experience this past Friday went very smoothly. The 3 movers arrived early. Inventory was done on every item that I packed. I was surprised to see the extra care given when they added additional packing to what I had already done. The movers were cordial and friendly. I have moved several times over my military career..this is why I chose this company and the fact they offer military discount. My move yesterday, was done very professionally in every manner. The guys were extremely careful with the furnishing which included several large pieces (1 table was glass covered). The wrapping, moving, securing in the truck, and unloading and re-assembly of the furnishing was impeccable. Their efficiency in planning and staging the move through small hallways was precise like a heart surgeon. On the drop off side of the job, one of the extremely large pieces had to be moved up a stairwell with an almost 180 degree turn. They, however, planned carefully, measured to insure the space was adequate and then moved the piece through the space with no damages to either piece or stairwell. All of the wood and glass pieces were professionally wrapped so that no damage occurred on any of the pieces in the unloading process. They were pleasant, well trained, efficient and thoughtful about everything. I would recommend them highly!

Thieves and very unprofessional
We used Progressive for our move in July 2019. The represenative was very nice on the phone and we agreed on a price. The movers that showed up were not what we expected. 2 did not even speak english. They were a week late delivering our furniture. We had to keep calling to get them to deliver. When they arrived we were told they needed more money to get our furniture off the truck. Alot of things badly damaged and many items missing. I took pictures and sent them to the company and they would not reply are return calls. We were out $10,000 in repairs and missing items. We have now gotten a lawyer. He says he is not having any luck recovering are money. Looks like court is next.

My delivery was scheduled for the weekend when hurricane Irma was supposed to landfall in Miami , so we had to postpone it for 2 weeks. Of course I was upset, but I understood that it was an unforeseen circumstance and there was nothing to do about it. Thank god Irma changed its direction and didn’t attack Miami, but still many people were without power. That’s why I was pleasantly surprise to receive a call 2 days after the hurricane from the company’s rep who told me that they can deliver my stuff in 3 days!! I was so happy because I had to leave Miami on Sunday for couple weeks, and I didn’t want to wait for my delivery so long. Everything was perfectly organized and I received my belongings on time and in excellent condition, nothing was damaged or broken!! Thank you for making my move so smooth in such a stressful period

Olympus Moving & Storage Inc
Horrible experience!
This was one of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had. Olympus is not only disorganized and poor at communicating with customers, they don’t even talk to each other. We were given a widow of 4-10 business days for our stuff to arrive and after 9 days with no update we called and were told it would be that weekend. THEN we get informed after everything should have arrived that it will be at the end of the next week. Despite our stuff arriving an entire week late, we were assured we would be “compensated”. Compensation was counted at $62 per business day, which conveniently took advantage of the three-day weekend to not even give us the full amount we were actually delayed. This amounted to about 3% of what we paid and was completely offset by the random fees they applied at the door. We were already charged substantially more than we were quoted, which I can understand since we do have a decent amount of stuff and no other mover did a much better job of quoting our cubic footage. But despite giving our updated address (on the phone and in writing!) four different times to the sales and admin teams, nobody informed the driver who called us the day before with the wrong address. When we corrected him, he informed us he would need to look at our street to make sure his truck would fit. He did not and showed up at another incorrect address before finally arriving a block from our apartment complaining that his truck was too large for our street and we would need to pay an additional $500 for a shuttle and wait an additional day. After explaining that our stuff was already a week late and that nobody had told us we’d need a shuttle, he dismissed it as a footnote in the contract and said that he would pull the massive truck up but that we would be responsible for any fines. Then with the truck there and movers waiting, he tells us we owe an additional $275 for the fact we were on the 2nd floor, which again, we had already told the company repeatedly. So even after getting a money order for our final delivery, a requirement we weren’t notified of until 8pm the night before, I had to run out to get cash to pay twice the amount we had even been discounted in the first place just to make sure our stuff was not held hostage. The actual movers were fine. The guys that came to Queens were helpful and the gentlemen that moved us outside the city were perfectly pleasant; but even with that said we still ended up with damage to a few pieces of furniture and had to throw out several broken glasses when we finally got to unpack. Working with Olympus was an infuriating process after we had signed the contract. You might be tempted to go with them as you’ll probably receive the best quote and friendly service from the initial sales rep, but you’ll almost certainly pay much more than that and have to play a guessing game to figure out when or if you’ll ever get your stuff. Great movers. The personnel was scheduled to arrive between 7 and 9 am and they arrived just about at 8am and moved my stuff efficiently and safely. The furniture was not damaged nor were any of the walls despite me having narrow hallways. The cost was fair, maybe just a little more than other companies but it is definitely worth it for the skilled and pleasant movers. I would recommend using this company and would plan on using them again when I have another move.

I will add my stick to the bonfire here. These guys are to be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!! And it will cost you an arm and a leg afterwards too. They come in with lowball quote then jack it up with extra time charges and boxing fees. Came with 3 guys, but only 2 guys worked (other dude had to sit in the truck to ward off parking tickets... yeah I was paying for that). After move, found multiple nicks and scratches on 3 out of 4 furniture pieces I moved (I had also over 30 boxes). One leg of my wardrobe was completely cracked off, but they tried to hide it with a massive tape job... but the worst was after they had left, we were missing a shoe rack. We searched everywhere and finally poked our head in an adjacent stairwell OUTSIDE our apt and found the poor thing all smashed to bits. WTH!! That kind of subversive behavior should automatically shutdown your co. TERRIBLE WORK

I was disappointed in Movers Connection. In addition to very inconvenient hours to access my belongings I received conflicting pricing information during my engagement with them. In my final 24 hours of my relationship with them the price I was paying to remove my belongings increased substantially via previously unmentioned insurance issues and an unmentioned time minimum that I had to hire their movers for. We were also initially overcharged even beyond what their new rules suggested, though that charge was removed when I called and asked for an explanation. It may have just been a bad couple of days for the company with some poor communication on all sides but the combination of the above events left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Move Quick Vanlines
Wonderful!
Fast Move Van Lines was so great I used them twice. I moved from CA to NY and back again with in a year and both times they were nice, courteous, and efficient with my move. All my belongings arrived at my new home just as I packed them. The costumer help was wonderful and answered all my questions. If I have to move again they would be my first call.

If I could, I want to give 4.5 stars. The only thing I am not happy with is that they almost miss my deadline. I called everyday to check if my pick up schedule is available or not until one day before my deadline. I requested to talk to manager. They sent me a confirmation email that manager will call me within 24hours. The next day morning, I got email, text messages and a call confirmed the pick up schedule from a manager named Logan, very nice guy. The transportation of my car is very smooth, the driver from GM Transportation is very good and professional. My car safely delivered as scheduled. I changed my mind, give 5 stars as I really like the driver - Eleazar McMorrine.

I used this company for my business disaster (Per a business acquaintance). I tried a another company and they did not return our call until 30 hours later!! We had limited hours to get items, equipment, furniture out of harms way. The response time was within minutes. Not sure if was just our "lucky" day (LOL) however, Once on site, they were friendly, efficient and professional! Everything was loaded into storage with care and diligence. We felt a great sense of relief that we did not have to be bothered with trying to wrap, carry & be bothered with tedious labor. Fast forward, 3 months later to return our items...great job gentlemen! We will definitely keep you in mind for our personal moves as well.

I had a superb experience with M&M moving from Providence, RI to Walpole, MA. The initial estimate process was very easy and I was able to make updates via the quick email responses leading up to my move. As we had questions leading up to the move, the office staff was always responsive. we needed some extra wardrobe boxes and they were there that same day. The price quote was competitive, and we booked. The team showed up with the promised trucks, number of workers, supplies on time. These young men were neatly dressed, exhibited the proper face masks and worked hard. They were quick, but not so fast that you would be concerned about your property. They were engaging and asked questions about some specific items to make sure they were packed correctly and upon arrival that they were placed correctly. Upon arrival at our location, these guys really helped out as we navigated boxes and crates to the correct rooms. They were patient when it came to us positioning some furniture and helpful in some re-arranging.
