From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive and communicative. They were the first of several companies I researched to respond with a quote. They were interactive with confirmation and reminders prior to my move. They let me know when they were on their way and arrived early for our move. They were prompt and professional. They worked well with each other to pack and move us with continued excellent communication throughout. They sent the right amount of people to do the job we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Brooks Moving and Hauling!!!

Big Star Movers
good company
I have moved already two times using Big Star Moving and they have both been completed with exceptional service from Big Star Moving and his team. His team works fast and safely. No damage to any of my belongings and work fast to make sure that they are done within the initial time frame that was set up. I also recommended a couple of my friends to Sergio and they both had the same experience as me. Nothing shy of great service! Might be moving again to a different part of Florida and will definitely use them!

Bayshore Moving & Storage

Bayshore was excellent and would highly rate them. They made the move process seamless from the price quote, to the delivery of my items. The moving team was very courteous and professional. They took the measures to property wrap the furniture to protect it. We had NO damage, because of the precautions they took. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

The Best Price.
The best ever. Moving is stressful but these guys make it as easy as possible. Manager and his crew showed up early, got moving fast, worked within the time frame they promised and the price was by far the best I found in all my searches. I move OFTEN and I use them again and again. Nice guys, super skilled at the science of moving, and the price is so right!

They did a great job
After a lot of research, I chose this company, and I am extremely pleased with the excellent services provided by this company. They were on time and worked for 16 hours on the moving day, which was fantastic. They charged me extra, which was fine, as we moved two homes and one of them is a big one, so I understand that it happens sometimes.

This was my first experience using a moving company and thankfully it went off without any problems what so ever. I called, researched and requested estimates from five or more companies. Best Way was much cheaper and unlike the others they included a one month storage in their price, this was great for my 2300 mile move (outside the Metropolitan area). Jerry my "personal relocation consultant" was very courteous and always a phone call away. The movers were very efficient, personable and patient with all my specific request. Last but not least not one item was damaged (after being in storage for almost a month), their packing standers are superb especially for precious items. Give them a try you will not be disappointed (just in case have some cold water on hand for those hard working guys)! :)

We did extensive research on the moving industry before we booked with All Ways Moving. I admit I was still reluctant as you just never know! We are so happy with our experience from start to finish. Steve was able to give an accurate estimate and we felt like we won the jackpot with Simon as our driver. He is an awesome guy! All Around Van Lines

I used All Around Van Lines when I moved back to New York. The company at first approach seemed pretty fair and reasonable. The estimate they gave me is exactly what they charged me. They showee up on time and got every thing loaded nice and safe. They drove off and I headed to the airport. The movers however arrived a day later due to some bad weather as I was told by the driver. That is the only hiccup that I had with All Around Van Lines. Other than that the price was good and the service was great.

Usually you hear these horror stories about movers and after hearing about it and seeing it on tv and online I was also very reluctant to hire any movers all this was before my experience with abs moving. From tge start speaking to brooks I saw I was dealing with and honest and professional company she explained everything every step of the way every charge, she toke her time going through tge timeline of what is going to happen and calming every fear I had about tge process because I already shered my fears with her in advance. Afetr that came the move itself, the movers were clean, safe, fast and polite and nice tge crew leader victor toke charge and asked me about everything were to take it how to place it until i was completely satisfied and I was satisfied was an understatement if ever I had a fear about moving it was completely gone due to them tgeir level of expertise really shone through and I feel like moving is not so bad if you have the people or in this case the right company so thank you abs for a great experience.

Great moving company
Our movers were awesome. They showed up 15 min early to do a planning walkthrough and within two hours had loaded up an entire 3bed/2bath house. Unloading was also very speedy and they consistently asked where we wanted items to be placed. Overall, they were efficient, friendly, and true professionals. Thank you to some of the hardest working guys in the business!

Great Moving Company
We had such an excellent moving experience. They moved us (and packed whatever was not yet packed) within a reasonable time. They were so mindful with handling fragile packages, protected all our furniture and our home, and took great care making sure nothing is damaged during the move. They had to disassemble some furniture and they re-assembled everything correctly (this was important to us because our previous movers botched the re-assembly). Overall, they were a very professional crew throughout the move! Booking with them was also a smooth experience. They were responsive, transparent, and reasonable with the costs involved with the move. We are very happy to hire them!

Road Runner Moving and Storage
Do not hire
Roadrunner moving company AKA Polaris Moving systems. I do not often write on social media sites however I feel compelled to do so regarding this company and what they have put us through. Do not EVER hire this moving company who are based in California. There are 84 complaints on websites about this company and their modus operandi in which all of them are stating the same thing. They show up, charge double the original estimate and when they deliver, most of your items are damaged or broken and the rest of it never shows up. Unfortunately, we hired Alliance to move our property from Oregon to New Hampshire and it was they who brokered it out to these people. True to form, they showed up on the day that we were meant to be out of the house saying that the original estimate was incorrect, and they wanted double the money. They assured us that our items would be kept in a locked facility. Of course, we did not look at reviews on the day that we had to vacate the house, why would you? We tried to contact them several times once we had settled as we noticed we had been charged for 3400 cubic feet. The two U- Haul vans that they turned up in could only take a maximum of 2700 square feet. We were also charged extra as we were informed they had to use “shuttle vans” to deliver as there was no access for a larger truck which was ridiculous as there is an interstate right up to where we reside. Eleven times in total we asked for the contract and the receipt for the vans. The receipts were never received, and we finally got the contract on the day of delivery. Move forward to the day of delivery. Although it stipulates in the contract you can pay by money order, cash or wire transfer, and although having made a money order out to them, May Evan (office manager) refused to allow the delivery men to offload until a wire transfer was made. Because the bank was closing when I got there to change the payment delivery, the men were instructed to take a hotel room until the wire transfer was received. We were informed, with witnesses present that we would not be charged for this. The following day, we were informed by May that we would have to pay an extra $2200 for the night the men had had to stay. When I informed her that she wasn’t getting another penny from us, she stated that she would accept $1000. Due to this extortion, the Police were called, and she was informed in no uncertain terms that unless all our stuff was unloaded, all the delivery men would be heading to jail. Our items were eventually offloaded but what James and I were witnessing left us in shock. Most of our furniture that was on the van had been damaged, glasses, pictures, boxes had been rifled through, souvenirs from places we have visited, all smashed AND most of our furniture was not even on the trucks that showed up. Move forward to the present day, four months since delivery, over $50,000 worth of our property nowhere to be found. They have refused to answer our voicemails and emails, but reading the reviews, this is part of their M.O. Because the contract stipulates that if we are dissatisfied, we would have to sue them in California, I contacted five different lawyers to sue for breach of contract, neglect, and larceny. None of them returned calls. Maybe they are all related to this company. Moral of this story: I would be grateful if everyone could repost this so that it can be dispersed to the public. I just hope by writing this long spiel, and I apologize for it, we can save someone from going through the traumatic experience that this horrendous company has put us through.

We moved a 3 bedroom townhome from North County to a 3 bedroom townhome a little south. We shopped around for a lot of quotes but settled with 24/7 Moving and Storage because they were extremely professional and the price point was reasonable. While there were other companies that were cheaper than 24/7, but you will be paying a little bit more for great workers and a fun crew. On the day of our move, they arrived promptly at the time that was promised. They brought a truck with them that was in great shape. We had Chris, Christian and Mike move us, and from the beginning to end they had a smile on their faces. No matter how heavy the furniture got or how many times they had to go up and down the stairs--they did it without any complains. They were also kind enough to pack our TVs and other furnitures. I highly recommend 24/7 if you are moving!

I truly cannot recommend this company less. Everything was fine with pickup and storage of my stuff - the trouble started when I called to schedule my delivery. The first time I called, two weeks before I moved into my new apartment, I was told I should wait until moving day since the shipment might come early. I scheduled it a week later and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. As weeks went by and I called to check on the shipment, I was either rudely pushed off or given excuses. I was constantly told that it would be on a truck "soon" or "next week". I had to try contacting International Van Lines to have them call and get more information, which worked only occasionally. An already stressful situation was made worse having to deal with the people at Velocity. After sailing past the agreed-upon delivery date, the shipment eventually made it upon a truck. When the latest ETA passed again, I was told (only then!) that the truck had apparently broken down and been fixed. A few days later, it had allegedly broken down again. The delivery was so late that I was compensated the entire remaining balance. Finally my stuff did arrive... moldy. Furniture, clothes, and sentimental, irreplaceable items were covered in mold. I spent a week dousing everything in bleach and vinegar but not everything was salvageable.

Vector just handled my move within Jersey City. Throughout the entire process, from planning, to the actual move, the team was very professional and great to work with. Nick provided a quote that was fair and below other local movers. He also checked in multiple times before our move to see if we needed anything, which was very appreciated. During the move itself, Nikita and his team arrived on time, and were courteous, professional, and very careful with our furniture. They completed the move in the minimum estimated time, which ensured that our budget was kept. I would absolutely use Vector again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs moving services.
