Professional thieves!!! SCAM!!!! Espcially the big girl with glasses names Jessica I am very saddened and disappointed that my tote full of Burberry® new with tags on the items still have disappeared. A value of over $2,500.00. I am very unsatisfied with the quality of service as well as dishonesties I have faced thus far from quote to loading and unloading. Jessica at telephone number 201-952-1476 was not conducive in any regard & became extremely belligerent when I informed her of my missing tote and advised me to file a claim right away the same day I informed her the movers had either lost or left the aforementioned tote behind. Upon the movers departure with my furniture and belongings, I noticed a pink sticker which corresponded with the stickers placed on my belongings located on the wall in the living room of my previous apartment which read Lot No. FT0131 and beneath bold numbers 082. I immediately sent her a picture of the sticker questioning if it would be an issue which clearly has come to be. ( I am unsure if this will cost 250$ if read correctly on the papers I signed). Although I am uncertain, I truly believe that she blocked my calls as she even went as far as to yell over me over the phone during a call she placed to me regarding the missing aforementioned tote. She got even louder when I expressed to her that the totes that had indeed been taped during the pick up had arrived untaped and what seemed to be rummaged through. I refuse to be disrespected and treated so poorly especially considering the fact that I hired what I was under the impression of, was to be a professional moving company. I expect the same level of customer service professionalism. At this point I am at a loss for words and can not recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Thrifty Moving & Storage for all of your moving needs! We did a local move, and they made the process easy from start to finish. The movers showed up on time, and were great to work with. The location we were moving from was on the third floor of an apartment complex, with no elevator. I apologized several times for the not so ideal moving situation, and they could not have been more positive, and accommodating about it. They took great care of our boxes and furniture, and while I always go into a move with the expectation inevitably something will break accidentally, all of our items were perfectly intact when we unboxed them. I will definitely continue to use Thrifty Moving for any future moves!

Best move I have ever had, the packers were so nice and helpful and my driver Carlos kept me up to date throughout the entire move. My shipment arrived faster that I expected but I was so glad to see it. I would use Terminal Storage Co. anytime I move.

I called from Maryland to find a lbor help company for my mother who lives in Costa Mesa, CA. I found two brothers moving and called and spoke to Jack. He was very helpful and friendly and price was extremely reasonable. They arrived on time and got the job dobe!!

If you need moving services do yourself a favor and book with Silverback Moves. The two movers were so friendly, fast, and careful with my belonging. Both the place I was moving out of and into had stairs and they still did a great job. The woman who does all of the booking and communication is also very nice, they went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use their services again.

Fraudulent business practices. They disappear once you give them a deposit. They never showed up to pick up my belongings and I was forced to use another moving company. They will not respond or return messages. They lie stating I canceled so they can keep my deposit. Why would I cancel when I needed to move and gave them a deposit? Do not use them! They have multiple complaints against them with the BBB!!!

My moving and storage experience this past Friday went very smoothly. The 3 movers arrived early. Inventory was done on every item that I packed. I was surprised to see the extra care given when they added additional packing to what I had already done. The movers were cordial and friendly. I have moved several times over my military career..this is why I chose this company and the fact they offer military discount. I will be using them in a couple of months to deliver my household goods out of storage when my new home is ready. Thanks for the excellent friendly customer service experience. K. Burney

My move yesterday, was done very professionally in every manner. The guys were extremely careful with the furnishing which included several large pieces (1 table was glass covered). The wrapping, moving, securing in the truck, and unloading and re-assembly of the furnishing was impeccable. Their efficiency in planning and staging the move through small hallways was precise like a heart surgeon. On the drop off side of the job, one of the extremely large pieces had to be moved up a stairwell with an almost 180 degree turn. They, however, planned carefully, measured to insure the space was adequate and then moved the piece through the space with no damages to either piece or stairwell. All of the wood and glass pieces were professionally wrapped so that no damage occurred on any of the pieces in the unloading process. They were pleasant, well trained, efficient and thoughtful about everything. I would recommend them highly!

Premier Movers did an amazing job with our long distance - 3 bedroom single family home move - from Chevy Chase to Hartford, CT. Ed and his team were very professional and handled all of our belongings with the utmost care. The Chevy Chase leg of the trip was one of the hottest and most humid days of the summer but they crushed it in under three and a half hours. For the Hartford leg, Ed and his teams left Virginia at 4 am drove six and half hours and did a great job on the move into an old New England house. Premier Movers was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. I definitely recommend anyone in the DMV using them for their next move!

My move went very smoothly. The three guys worked very quickly and were friendly. Only one vintage glass got broken. I did mention yelp when I made the reservation and did not receive a discount which is disappointing. I also was not informed when I booked that there would be a 3% charge for using credit cards. I ended up paying in cash to avoid this. My only complaint is that I left two voicemails on two separate days and my calls were never returned. My Compliments are to the movers and not the business. I would use these movers again.

I moved several times within SF in that last few years and Puma was by far the best moving service I had the pleasure of working with. They were super responsive and accommodating during the booking process. The moving crew was friendly, very proficient, handled all our valuables with care and moved everything very quickly. After setting up the initial move with dispatch, the owner of the company contacted me to advise that he was familiar with the property I was moving from and that I would most likely need three movers (he was right). He then sent the best team of movers I have ever worked with. The guys were personable, each one took the time to introduce themselves to me. They were on time, and the best part is that they were careful with my property. A+

This was a difficult move from a four bedroom house to a townhouse. I had many variables working against me including the Townhouse clear to close date. I anticipated possibly having to hold my furniture overnight or work for a few days in storage. I chose this company for their flexibility. The guys were timely and polite. Had a wonderful moving experience with these folks. The coordinator came to my house often to check on items, progress, and to offer advice on how to pack things ( I packed my own stuff). As my stuff was going into storage, he was spot on as to the size storage unit I would need.The office contact called often, too, as the moving date approached and kept me up to date on plans. The move took place as scheduled. The movers were fast, efficient, friendly, and courteous. They did an amazing job loading and arranging everything into the storage unit--like a jigsaw puzzle! Would use these folks, again!
