My family used this company to move us from our two bedroom condo to our new four bedroom home, and they were beyond amazing. The movers showed up on time and had us packed and moved out of the Condo in less than 2 hours. We had a Pod meeting us at the new house with a dining room set, bedroom set and three couches. This POD was included in our estimate but apparently not communicated to the movers, but they just rolled with the punches and got to work unloading that too. They were helpful and professional through the whole process, and at the end even came in UNDER the estimate. Great company.

I used All Around Van Lines when I moved back to New York. The company at first approach seemed pretty fair and reasonable. The estimate they gave me is exactly what they charged me. They showee up on time and got every thing loaded nice and safe. They drove off and I headed to the airport. The movers however arrived a day later due to some bad weather as I was told by the driver. That is the only hiccup that I had with All Around Van Lines. Other than that the price was good and the service was great.

Usually you hear these horror stories about movers and after hearing about it and seeing it on tv and online I was also very reluctant to hire any movers all this was before my experience with abs moving. From tge start speaking to brooks I saw I was dealing with and honest and professional company she explained everything every step of the way every charge, she toke her time going through tge timeline of what is going to happen and calming every fear I had about tge process because I already shered my fears with her in advance. Afetr that came the move itself, the movers were clean, safe, fast and polite and nice tge crew leader victor toke charge and asked me about everything were to take it how to place it until i was completely satisfied and I was satisfied was an understatement if ever I had a fear about moving it was completely gone due to them tgeir level of expertise really shone through and I feel like moving is not so bad if you have the people or in this case the right company so thank you abs for a great experience.

I did not move a lot in my life and make decision to move was very hard for me. I moved from sunny isles to north Miami beach and the crew was great. Very polite,patient. Yes,they charged me for packing materials,only because to make sure that it all arrives safely home.

This company is horrible… they are doing my military move. My things were supposed to be to me 30 DAYS AGO. They have been telling me for over a week my stuff is out for delivery to the storage warehouse so we can schedule a date for it to be delivered to my house but it still hasn’t been delivered to the warehouse.. They act like it’s not that big of a deal and they haven’t been helpful at all. I just want to know where my things are and I need them delivered. I have no idea how they can be so inconsiderate and slow. This is ridiculous.

Superior service was extended from the moment I connected with Jenny to inquire about availability and the cost I would incur for the support of a team to unload my household items. Jenny was extremely insightful, patient, courteous, professional and transparent. She assigned the most amazing team of 3 that showed up prepared and ready to unload my items. The team collaborated on their strategy once they assessed the job and handled it like absolute champs. They worked together seamlessly and provided superior support with unloading my household items and teamed with me to ensure everything was placing in the right location so that it would be easy for me to convert my new apartment into my new home. Once all items were unloaded, they did a walk through to ensure I was comfortable with everything, assembled my bed and situated my living room furniture so that I would not have to lift it. They remained engaged at 100% throughout the entire job and never stopped moving until they were finished. BRAVO WrightWay Moving Company!!! Thank you for your support and I look forward to teaming with you when I transition to my new house!!!!

This was the MOST SATISFACTORY move I have ever experienced! From when Gary Williams CAME OUT to give a bid (not over the phone) ; the packing by the staff, to the delivery by BOB BERGMAN! I was having to leave the house hold items in storage for about 2 months and needed them delivered in a specific time period and they arranged it perfectly. I also had many valuable art pieces and they arrived in perfect condition. The only small thing broken was something I packed! I cannot give enough kudos to this group. Thank you very much.

I want to take this opportunity to review this company that shipped my car from Arlington Virginia to a small town in Sweden (Harnosand). It turned out to be a perfect delivery, through a drop-off I requested at a local Subaru dealer, and then how it felt when I drove it home. I will be the first to admit that I was not the easiest of customers, often questioning things that they must take for granted, but the proof of the pudding is that the staff, each in their your own way, participated in getting my car to me with zero damage, indeed exactly as it was turned over, and for that potential customers need to know that they created a very satisfied customer. I hope that they keep on doing what they are doing and please remain aware that customers appreciate the difference between service providers when they choose one. What may appear fungible to the average eye - a ship is a ship and the steps along the way are the same - but there is a marked difference between just doing routine work and doing a job that a service provider can be proud of. Need I say where West Coast Shipping stands along that spectrum? I think not.

After my sister suggested using USA Moving, I figured I would try them out. Jose and his crew (Ricardo, Beto and Narum) were very friendly and SO efficient. They loaded the truck in 40 minutes and were done unloading at the new place within the next hour. All the furniture was wrapped well and they also brought some wardrobe boxes to use for my clothes. The whole process beforehand was super easy, too. The office was friendly and diligent and they let me know about all the extra costs that could come up during the move. I ended up buying my own tape and had some large plastic wrap, so there were no extra costs at the end. I would highly suggest you use these guys!!

I have been RAPED financially, & emotionally, by this company!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I still do not have my furniture and I have paid over 8000.00 dollars. They have tried to deliver while I was working. And then charged me 1000.00 cause I was not home. Then we set up a delivery date and they did not show. I have never dealt with such an unethical company before...

We highly recommend Thompson Moving! Moving from Northern IL to central KY, Thompson handled everything with aplomb, very professional. They even loaded my 72 GMC pickup to make our trip easier. They showed up on time, loaded quickly, and we were on our way sooner than expected. The narrow, curved, rural driveway in KY presented a challenge to a big rig, but they made it - a game of inches. They unloaded quickly and got everything into the right area. Nothing was damaged or lost and the price was dead on the quote - no ups or extras. When we asked our realtor for a mover recommendation "Thompson" was instantaneous and now we know why. Excellent service.
