Very professional and friendly
I used Quality Movers twice this year. I used them to move my mom into an assisted living complex and, unfortunately, today, as my mom passed away. On both occasions I was glad to have selected Quality Movers. Steve, the owner is kind, thoughtful and compassionate. And today, Nathan and Tracey were terrific. I, alone, due to Covid restrictions, had to pack my moms belongings today. It was emotional for me. Tracey and Nathan kept my effort moving, they handled the boxes and furniture with care and were just kind and efficient. I am very grateful to have used these movers and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Quick and Careful Moving
amazing work
True to their name they are indeed quick and careful. But they are also inexpensive, courteous and professional. I have hired them twice and have been very pleased with the results. They are limited in how many boxes they can take away when you are unpacking though. They do need to give their movers time to eat lunch though. We ended up feeding them ham sandwiches. I will use them again.

Queen City Moving
fantastic moving experience
These guys are fantastic in every way!!! Used them for several short distance, small moves around Seattle. And they moved my 1 bedroom household; including a gigantic and insanely heavy heirloom armoire down a flight of steep stairs, then into storage. They are super efficient, clearly experienced, speedy, communicative, easy to work with, and super nice!!! Moving is so stressful, but these guys quickly put my mind at ease, and took care of everything exactly the way I had hoped! Thank you Queen City Movers!!!
fantastic moving experience
These guys are fantastic in every way!!! Used them for several short distance, small moves around Seattle. And they moved my 1 bedroom household; including a gigantic and insanely heavy heirloom armoire down a flight of steep stairs, then into storage. They are super efficient, clearly experienced, speedy, communicative, easy to work with, and super nice!!! Quest Moving
poor service
Quest Moving is a joke, lets see why, the first four items on the packing list we did not receive and one item was a family heirloom. Then there was the paying extra for a fragile pack, there were items missing, and the ones we got were in pieces. We paid over $2000 more than the quote, because there were items shipped that were not on the list, and what was, we did not receive, a tv, bed frame, lamps and another heirloom, a bedside table. You need a moving company, DO NOT GO WITH THIS ONE.

ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Movers showed up two hours late and did not finish moving until 2:00 AM. They damaged TONS of our new furniture, ruined our refrigerator, and scuffed up about every wall and door in our brand new house. Waiting to see if we can g we can get help fixing all of our stuff or will be finding a way to report this company. I wish I could give them a zero rating, what a joke.

Got a quote over the phone and a confirmation by email for $399 for 4 hours for a local move. Guys did a great job during the move. But at the end I was billed for an additional hour. Office guy said the quote I got was a "typo" and their "real" rate was $399 for 3 hours. Deceptive advertising or just plain liars, cannot tell, but I will never use this company again.

I had a military move stored and delivered by Quality. The delivery was fine-it was separated on to separate trucks, but the unloading team managed it well and for the size of our house unloaded very quickly. Due to the time they completed unloading, after showing up mid morning, I requested that they put together the furniture and see if they could get a supervisor to agree to pick up the boxes later (I was allowed a full unpack and box removal). The supervisor agreed and they left around 7 pm. Thats where the service went downhill. My husband and I called multiple times starting a few days after the unload to get a box pick up. The boxes sat for WEEKS in my garage and living room (they would only pick up the boxes if they were dry). Every call was that they would be there by Tuesday or that we were on the schedule that weekend. The boxes were never picked up. Now, six weeks later I have paid to get rid of the boxes I could not give away. I called them yesterday (11 July) to let them know I was leaving this review, and suddenly "we could have come to pick them up today." While the offer is nice, I wanted that well over a month ago. I would use Quality again, but I would not allow them to leave without a job being 100% complete, unfortunately.

Five Stars Movers
I would definitely recommend
I have used Five Star Movers for three moves over the course of the past 7 years. Overall, they have been fantastic. Erika is very responsive and helpful. The booking process was easy. Their pricing is better than many companies. In every move, the guys showed up on time, were fast and efficient, and put everything where I asked. The only issue I have had is during my most recent move, they were backing the truck up into my driveway and backer into my porch, breaking the railing. I watched it happen, and so did the spotter, who inexplicably told the driver to keep backing up until he hit the railing. However, when I told them about the damage they were apologetic and came back right away to fix the railing (and did a great job fixing it). Looking at past reviews, it seems like everyone who hires them for local moves is happy, and people who have hired them for long distance moves are unhappy. I can say after 3 local moves that I would definitely use them again.

Bert Fix Price Move was the best...professional, responsive, clear, clean, careful and kept moving. No fooling around. One gentleman of 3 was the leader of the group and kept things moving along, in addition to working as well. Would highly recommend and use again. We have moved a few times and this was the best. Best experience. Great guys. Everything was perfect. Things I did not have time to pack they carefully packed for me. Rain storm in middle of move and they were able to back truck into garage for minimal exposure to elements. Highly recommend

FLAT FEE MOVING
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We used flat fee moving to move our 2 1/2 bedroom apartment to a house in Princeton. Laura and the crew give us a call before they arrived and they arrived on time. They were very polite, very efficient, and loaded up the truck from the top floor of the house taking care of our belongings. At the new house they unloaded the truck just as quickly, putting the right boxes in the right rooms and reassembling everything very diligently. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to move. They were dependable and very efficient.

They were very disrespectful with our things and with us. They tried to charge us $16,000 to go from Indiana to Florida. These people are money hungry and they do not care about you or your belongings. They have broken a lot of our things from dishes to curio cabinets and vases to sentimentals even though they were all packed well. It was mostly all broken. I even went the extra mile to bake them cookies for everything they were doing for us. But of course this was before I realized what they had done to our things. They even failed to unhook our clothing washer and all the water was going everywhere while they just stood around and was talking to one another not caring about what was going on. Then when we told them they needed to clean up their mess, they acted like they were too good to take responsibility for what they did.

Unprofessional. FID shipping is a total frode. The 8 wks delivery ended up in 2 years with a lost cargo and 7000 dollars fees for a shipment/ delivery that never happens. The company/owner never reply to questions and give explanations. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I even hired a lawyer to solve the case and he were not able to get anything out---since the owner never reply to any mails or phone calls.

great experience and great follow up
This is the 2nd time I have used Reds, This time was a internal move w/in my apt. Building... these guys are PROS!!!!! I am temporarily confined to a wheelchair due to a injury but they moved all my furniture exactly where my mom & I asked them to place them ... & if we changed our mind on a place they did not hesitate to ask twice. GREAT RATE as well!!! THANKS AGAIN REDs

fast and efficient
The team from Roadrunners did an amazing job with my move from Boston to Portland. They treated my belongings with care and respect. The were on time, fast and efficient. There were some glitches at the Portland end ( the fault of the realty company NOT the movers) and they handled it all speedily and professionally. I also got lots of useful advice on packing and unpacking. I recommend them highly!
