Beware of this company. Very dishonest. Broken and damaged items without exert any accountability. Outrageous cost, calling us ungrateful and disrespecting my husband’s physical handicap. Eating food in our brand. Eating food on the master bedroom floor, refusing to unpack pictures that they were paid to pack originally. Lost and or never returned missing components of many items. Left a mess of everything without any organization within boxes they had packed. Used my sheets and towels as wrapping around many of our possessions. I have nothing to gain by posting this review. I am just hoping that others will never have to be taken advantage of by such shysters.

My friend actually recommend them to me and they turned out to be even better than she said. They are very affordable so far movers go, they are really nice, really easy to work with and very professional. Plus, they make sure to listen to all your moving needs, take your wishes into consideration and ensure all of your things are properly packed and stored for their journey to your new home. I’m really impressed overall and will definitely be recommending them to my friends/family as well.

I recently moved to from Atlanta to Orlando for my dream job. Everything was happening so quickly and I didn't have time to waste with a moving company that wasn't going to be clear and upfront with me. A move like mine is always stressful and I had lots of questions. Their customer service was incredibly responsive and patiently answered all the questions and concerns that I had.

very nice
Excellent company all around. I have used several moving companies in the past as we are a military family and there was ALWAYS an issue. Whether it be a huge disastrous delay on time or missing/broken items. We have 3 children and many valuables/breakables. Not one thing arrived damaged and everything was performed in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend!

During our last move, we promised ourselves not to go through that again. My boyfriend and I are both teachers and we have a ridiculous amount of books. It's always heavy and exhausting when we move. With Presidential it was different! I didn't have to worry about my belongings or towing anything myself. It was incredibly easy and satisfying to be able to trust professionals to do it. They called to confirm pick up and arrived on time. Nothing was damaged during the move and they weren't careless with our belongings when loading the truck. When we arrived at our new place, everything was ready to go and I was ready to unpack!

Jorge and his team of 3 others did a great job with my move across cities. I hired the full package which included packing services and they carefully wrapped and boxed everything. They had to walk a little ways from the truck to my apartment and back but they didn’t complain about it and took on the challenge like a boss. On the unload they got all my furniture right where I wanted it and even moved a few pieces when I didn't end up liking where I had asked them to put them. The drive time between apartments was 45 minutes and yet I was moved in 7 hours including packing. Solid guys, no damage, highly recommended.

This is just perfect
Now I know what people should do to have a perfect moving – hire the company and forget about the problems. They understood me when I had to move the date of the moving because of my job and when it happened I didn’t have to pay more. The movers were very careful and managed to bring everything without any loses. I was happy.

Unified Van Lines always protects your things and you don’t have to worry about them. They are great and they have special techniques which I think help them to the job well and fast. They were very careful and precise and listen and noted down everything I wanted them to do. And this one had reasonable prices as well.

You can only work with the company if you trust them. I used to say that it is always better to do things myself. But after I saw what the company did, I know that other people can do a great job as well. It was fantastic and I was free because the movers did everything for me. They do the planning and packing and transporting. And they leave the place clean and you don’t have to spend another several hours cleaning everything up after them.
