Courteous, efficient and accommodating!
Very satisfied with Beltmann Moving and I am giving all the credit to my relocation specialist Shannon B. Shannons professionalism and excellence on following up to ALL my questions really made this dreadful transition a good one. He took a lot of stress off my shoulders and set me up with Beltmanns storage facilities keeping in mind my financial limits. Moved miles away and the moving crew lead by Juan were courteous and strategized to move quickly. They moved all items for a 3 bedroom down from the 4th floor and way from the back of the building with no issues. I only give good reviews when deserved. I am recommending this company and most defiantly will be reaching out to Shannon B. for all of my future moving needs!

Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc
Movers were QUICK and professional.
Graebel (along with a few others) was recommended to me by my companys employee assistance program. After reading the reviews and speaking to a friend that had used their services I am the past, I chose to use Graebel for my Jan. 17 th move. I needed my things loaded on the 16th and they only had about 7 days to make it happen (less than the typical 10 day window required by moving companies). Unlike a couple competitors, they were prompt to return my call and schedule a time for the surveyor to come out. He arrived on time and explained everything, answered all of my questions and provided info on what all movers are required to do and explain to potential clients. On move day, the guys showed up on time and began tagging & loading my 90 plus boxes, containers and furniture items. They were quick and very professional. During the time the guys were working and afterwards the Move Coordinator, Sally, called to check to see if they had arrived, how everything went and let me know that she had be in touch once she confirmed the delivery day and time with the Driver. Sally called on the 17th to let me know that the Driver would bring my things on the 21st and that he would call me to confirm. As expected, the Driver, Rick, called on the 18th. He wanted to know if I could take delivery before the 21st and I told him that I would appreciate it if he could bring it sooner. He said if it was ok with me that he could deliver on the 19th. Of course, I was very happy to hear that! On the 19th, Rick arrived on time. In spite of the fact that the person that was supposed to help him unload had gone AWOL, he was able to unload the truck quickly. Not long after he left, Sally called to see if everything went well. Overall my experience with Graebel was great and I feel like they took really good care of me during the move. Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely consider using them again in the future.

North American Van Lines
Very friendly and efficient movers.
I used North American Van Lines for a recent move from New Jersey to California (Los Angeles area). After reading online reviews about moving companies I was terrified at the thought of having to select a moving company since all seemed to have awful consumer ratings. What I learned in the process was that North American Van Lines and Allied Van Lines have merged and they are now known as SIRVA. My job was called into "North American Van Lines" and was assigned locally to an agent and affiliate company called L&J Transportation in Tempe, PA (also office in Pottstown). L&J picked-up my belongings on time as per schedule. The quote they gave was guaranteed not to exceed because they came out and did an inventory. The dropped off in California was just 6 days later way ahead of schedule. Movers were professional and pleasant. They took things apart and put them back together at my destination. A few minor damages were found on unpacking but these were items I had packed myself and cost no more than $10.00 each, otherwise no damages found. I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided. The L&J office gave great customer service checking in with me during the transition. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again if I needed to.

Corrigan Moving Systems
Great company!Definitely recommend.
We have used Corrigan Moving twice in the last 5 years, both cross country moves and we can not say enough nice things about them. Everyone that we dealt with from our coordinator Bernice to the packing crew and loading crew in Arizona, our fabulous driver Harvey and the unloading crew in Michigan were the best! We were able to make small changes before the move, we were able to contact Bernice when we needed her and we were kept informed of the progress of our belongings as they moved across the country. Our original move from Michigan to Arizona went just as smoothly. I would highly recommend using Corrigan for your move.

Arpin Van Lines Inc
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I submitted a request online for an in home estimate, received the attached confirmation that it was received and that I would receive a phone call shortly, that was on the 11th August. To date I have not received an email or call from them at all (if they did call and its a call I missed, they did not even leave a message). Not one peep from them. I chose another company and moved on, do not waste your time with Arpin, if they can not even email or call to respond to a request, think how horribly they will handle your move.

United Van Lines
Excellent , extremely professional.
I just used United Van Lines with my move from Las Vegas to western NY. From the very first person (Mike) the rep who took an in home inventory, to the liaison Jody and the driver and men who loaded and unloaded my belongings, I am very pleased with the service they provided. I used another line going west that was terrible so I did not know what to expect. They provided me with recycled moving boxes, helping me save money, called periodically to see how things were going and to let me know times of arrival and expected road time and arrival in NY. The time frames were almost exactly as they promised with my furniture arriving only one day after I did. The men worked hard and had a sense of humor. I have only positive remarks for United Van Lines/AAction Movers. There are a few items that broke in transit. I have yet to file the claim, but she assured me I have 9 months to file. I like that they prepare a binding contract and do not take any money until the truck shows up at the new residence. The other line took the money out of my account before they even left town, adding another $400 without even letting me know. United let me know up front what the binding amount would be and just notified me that I will be receiving a credit check because my weight was less than anticipated. Good service and honest people. It was a very positive experience. They have returned my faith in service oriented businesses.

Great fast service.
First time customer. Figured would try. Critical Chinese foodies. Ordered Moo Shu Pork and Panang Curry Chicken. Both were very good. Will definitely go back. Great fast service. Walked in and took it to go. Would recommend. Especially these two dishes.

Dircks Moving & Logistics
Dircks should have sent professionals with more experience
Dircks was part of our Mayflower move. We did not have a great experience at all. First, the movers looked like they were in middle school, which is concerning to me since these kids should be given a chance at an education. Second, our stuff was not put together well at all. Our furniture was wobbly, and there were many broken pieces of furniture. There was no regard or compassion for our broken furniture. I do not fault the kids since they are kids and worked hard. Dircks should have sent professionals with more experience, not kids. Third, the movers were fast, which made me feel like they had cared more about getting out than about customer service.

Very efficient. Very professional and super fast.
I needed to move my baby grand from my townhome to my single family home. Its precious to me and I was nervous about the move. Both locations had 16-17 steps each! I called all the piano moving companies and other moving companies and none of them wanted the job or they gave me very high quotes or they just did not respond. The crew was awesome, and hard working. I was a nervous wreck but the team was lead by a terrific leader and everything turned out great.2hrs of work. They have a 3hr min.

I have used this family owned Moving company Craig Van lines. I use them for my business to move all the furniture out of one model store it for four months. When it came back both on the pick up and delivery again the movers on the truck were unbelievable, careful and on time. Even more impressive when they brought it back after Storch nothing was broken and very organized to go in the rooms to limit extra labor once they were gone. I have recommended him to many friends as well as clients and will always use them in the future!! Thank you Craigs.

After reading reviews (and complaints) from all the other moving companies in our area I was a total wreck about moving until a friend recommended Ace. We moved from Durham to Wallingford and we were moving the contents of a 4,000 sq. foot house into a house about 1/2 the size. I was worried about a lot of my treasured heirlooms handed down from grandparents, along with other household items. From the original walk through and estimate with Tom in the office, to the final move this company is TOP NOTCH! They were professional, courteous, friendly and fast working. They cared for our things as if they were their own; even took the time to re-wrap and/or box glass items to ensure they would be secure. They labeled anything they touched so I would know what it was. All requests were treated as priority; they truly kept saying "whatever you want". Knowing that both my husband and I have back issues, they were quick to tell me not to try to lift. All I heard was "Do not do it...I willl get that!". They also had to store the items for 2 nights because the closing on the new house was delayed. I was not worried at all about my belongings as I knew they would be secured. There were no last minute charges or true up items. The estimate was spot on. If you use them, ask for the crew of Clint, Mike, Jeremy & Wayne - those guys are THE BEST. In fact, they were so good on the move out, that I immediately called the office and requested them for the move in. This is crazy to say, but they felt like family, whom better to work with?Do not hesitate to call them - they are really the A team!

Horrible experience.
Has been over a year and they still have not addressed the problems with my move. Keep in mind that one pays before Arpin actually completes the move. I suspect this practice has a lot to do with their poor performance. Since they are paid before the job is done they simply lose interest in properly completing the move. I wished I had listened to the other negative reviews listed below but I did not and chose to let Arpin move me. I regretted that decision and I am still regretting it. Bottom line is that you are well advised to stay away from these movers. If you are considering Arpin, my only advice to you is: "Run Forrest Run."

Just had these folks move my 2 b/ 2 b apt from James Island, SC to St Petersburg Fl, it was flawless! Thanks To the great teamwork from the back office , go Bethany! To Dale the most experienced professional mover I have had in past 5 years, with my last 4 moves! Thank you all, you took the stress out of a tuff time! I am glad its done!!

I have used them along with my husband at least 4 or 5 times and they get a 5 star rating every time. I have used other moving companies in the past and by the time my move was done, I could not wait to get rid of them. Not with Citywide. The only moving company I will ever use now.

I can not believe these guys do not have more reviews! I had a super weird request - a need to move a jacuzzi - ASAP. They were super responsive and asked all the right questions to make sure we were both prepared for the move. The movers showed up right on time and made a challenging job seem easy. They were all friendly and professional. On top of all of it, the price was very very reasonable! Cannot say enough good things about my experience. If you are on the fence because they do not have many reviews, do not be! These guys were great and I would gladly use them again!

I called Southern Winds in June 2014 inquiring about shipping my household goods back to Australia. I had spoken to a few other companies and was given quotes that differed by thousands and most of the people I spoke to sounded very dodgy and never seemed to give me the exact info I needed. Not so with Southern Winds International. I spoke to Donovan from the get go and he was amazing. Nothing was hidden, no extras, worked with me on price, walked me through the entire process from packing to receiving my shipment in Australia. If I called him he always had time for me, if I emailed him he would reply almost immediately. His attention to a customer is amazing. I packed everything myself (I have shipped household goods all over the world over the last 20 or so years so I know how to pack well). Two plastic plates/chargers arrived broken, 99% of the shipment was intact and arrived in perfect condition.
