Moved with ease
We have just moved to Chicago, IL from NYC with the help of Atlantic union van lines. I was not willing to hire them initially because I had a cheaper offer but after looking at their reputation I changed my mind and hired Atlantic union van lines. Now I can say that I made the right choice. They gave us the full service. From packing the first box till moving the last box to the other end, everything went according to the plan and without a hitch. This company is not cheap but surely they made every penny count that I paid to them.

My previous landlord was such a control freak. She warned me, when I was moving not to damage a small lick of paint in her house. When I called Public Moving and Storage, they said they would be very careful. They really were very careful. They arrived on time and started packing everything first. They were very thorough. They used a lot of tapes but didn’t charge me extra for it. I did have to pay for the boxes though. When they were carrying everything out, they took extra caution to damage any walls or floors. When all my stuffs were packed and loaded, my landlord came for an inspection and she was in disbelief. I think she really wanted the movers to damage something so she could confiscate my deposit.

Professional company!
I spent hours on the phone with numerous other moving agencies to find a plan and budget that is good for me. Since the moment the receptionist at Public Moving and Storage answered the phone, they took a genuine interest in my move and worked tirelessly to help resolve any concerns I had. On the day the move was scheduled, the movers arrived early and prepared all of the equipment and even got started maybe 15 minutes before they were supposed to. I appreciated that very much and tipped them generously for their hard work throughout the entire move. Thank you!

Public Moving and storage was On Time, professional, accurate estimate. These guys moved my parents for me. Every member of their team from the representative on the phone to the driver of the truck did a great job. The only thing that cost me extra was a TV box. (I added the TV last minute).

The crews were fantastic. Not only in service, but they were very affirmative in approach as well. I took the support of Public Moving and Storage for moving 3 weeks ago. I was in a big rush after the relocation and that is why could not thank them. They moved all my stuffs keeping zero dent or damage. Crews were very friendly with my family, especially with my kids. Other companies I spoke to seemed only interested in how much money they could get from me, whereas this company seemed to actually want to deliver a service. I cannot praise them enough. They caused no damage and their timekeeping was excellent. I do not think anybody could have received a better more fluent and successful outcome. They were terrific

They always do a good job
It is good to know people. People who can be there for you when you need them most. People like the First National Moving and Storage crew. This team consist of well-mannered staff who are also hardworking. They will always do anything just to see a smile on the face of their clients. I have observed this three times. The first time, they skipped lunch just to ensure that the job was done in time. On the second relocation, they sacrificed their good night sleep just to ensure that they get to my former residence in good time. Last week when my sister was relocating, the driver opted to chip in and help the servicemen in order for us to clear in real time. All these show how good they are, and that is why I love them.

Great American Vanlines
They are unquestionably recommended.
I had five star experience with Great American van lines. I wish there was more stars available for them. The movers were knowledgeable, entertaining, and well organized. They made all of my things accommodated in to the truck. I had a lot furniture to move including a king size bed, divan and big couches. They protected the wooden floor and walls on move day. They were very fast and polite. There were some difficulties and restriction in my old apartment building but they managed professionally with their rules. They have been superb for my move. Nothing lost and nothing damaged. They are unquestionably recommended.

No struggles - just perfection
They did not have to struggle to make it perfect. The relocation services were simply awesome, and the experts involved entirely amazing. I do appreciate their relentless efforts and would urge them to continue like that even in future relocations.

This is a good relocation company. Their services are quite perfect. Their rates are not that bad. In addition, they know how to handle their clients. They are not the kind of people to bring in disappointments. For the three times they have worked for me; I have only encountered problems with them once. One of their service men mistakenly dropped a bowl during the relocation. He was so apologetic and even volunteered to repay it. I was touched and left everything to lie flat. The other two had no drama. That is why I have always insisted on them, and I will continue doing so for as long I know.

Just give them this one chance; if they mess up, you leave. My wife kept convincing me. A friend of hers had installed it in her mind that this was the best relocation company in town. She is an adventurous woman, and so she likes new experiences. She was not going to let this one slip by. Not at any cost. That is why she insisted on me hiring them out. I had to honour her wish, in the long run. I have never regretted doing so in as much as I was pressurised to do so. The relocation turned out to be so amazing and full of fun. The time taken was quite commendable. Within a short period, they were done.
