DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If I could give them 0 stars I would. After receiving my deposit, they set up a quality assurance phone call to make sure I was properly quoted for everything that was going to be moved. On day-of, rather than moving my items as agreed, they had hired another company to do so and I was then charged over twice what was quoted, which I did not have. I was forced to send the truck away and am now refused a refund on my deposit despite no service being performed and despite attempted extortion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible!!! Do not use this company! Their quotes are a lie to get there foot in the door.then charge you what ever they want! The actual price was 700 more than what they quoted. Then I called the company and they said basically Pay it or pay a 800 cancellation fee then hung up.. I filed with consumer affairs.. this company is robbing people and they think they can get away with it. This blows my mind that they are getting away with these things!

If I can give them NO stars I would!!! They are the worst shipping and freight company you can ever hire!!! My stuff arrived like trash, my new furniture all broken in pieces, stratched, really really bad. I contacted the Owner MARCELA ALONSO, she never responded to my phone calls, emails and claims!!! She never picks up the phone, somebody always answers for her. They message is that she is always on the phone, in a meeting, out of the office, but never available to talk! They are a joke! please save yourself a huge headache, this people are the worst ever and THEY KNOW IT!

One of the most straightforward and honest moving companies I have worked with. They show up on time and deliver on time. Pricing is very accurate and they don ot throw any "surprises" in there. All of my things remained in good condition. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend!

this company is awesome
What blessing this company is awesome from the office help and the guys that moved us were amazing.I had an other mover booked 3 months in advance and they bailed 2x btw they were affordable movers and then after the 2nd time I messaged best price movers they got back to me in 5 minutes this was a Friday they moved us on a sunday.3 guys who were so nice, hard working and so sweet came showed up on time and did an awesome job moving us.I was so happy with them and I highly recommend them Their prices are great and their employees are wonderful

This company is garbage. Stay away.
Worthless company. They cancelled our move the morning of the day we we are scheduled to move!! We had less than 48 hours to scramble a move together before our lease ended. Unprofessional to the core. the customer service was also horrible. "dispatch is in a meeting" "my supervisor is in a meeting your driver had a medical emergency" - all doubtful. We were promised a call back from 8 separate employees on 8 separate occasions without ever receiving a call back. This company is garbage. Stay away.

All Around Moverz were both fantastic AND inexpensive
All Around Moverz were both fantastic AND inexpensive! We ended up changing our move date twice and Grace was great to work with. She was very responsive and accommodating. Our movers showed up on time and were very friendly. Even though it was absurdly hot and humid, they powered through like it was nothing. I do not know how they did it! I highly recommend All Around Moverz for all of your moving needs! Thank you to Grace, Deandre and Gahni (PS I am so sorry if I misspelled any of your names!)

The booking experience as well as payment went smooth and I am grateful.
I shipped 2 separate cars, one to NJ and the other to CT. The ladies on the phone Anna and Maria were very professional and polite, the quote was accurate and precise, no hidden fees nor extra charges. The booking experience as well as payment went smooth and I am grateful. The shipping of the vehicles was better that I had foreseen !!! Drivers are always on the clock and rush rush..... on the contrary they were polite and attentive. Both vehicles were being dropped off different locations and picked up by different people other than us, on both occasions we received positive feedback that the drivers cooperated, pleasant and correct. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and the entire process and very strongly recommend A-AAA Auto Transport to the public. Thank you for a job well done!!

Our contact was Caleb. He was great! At first we had gone with a company that claimed to be affiliated with United van lines, and they ripped us off! Before giving them more money we called Caleb. We went with atlas and it was the best experience we have ever had! From Caleb to the guys picking up our belongings, who were awesome and efficient to say the least! We get our belonging today at our new house, two days earlier then expected AND a lower price then quoted Honest, fast, efficient and friendly I hope I do not have to move again, but if we do, it will be with Atlas! Thank you Caleb, thank you to all the movers and drivers! You guys are above and beyond!

I will love to work with them again Great company.
We used All Ways moving and storage for our move from Pittsburgh to Alabama and I am glad we did! My husbands company were paying for our relocation so we were able to have them come and pack for us which was nice!!! The crew arrived Thursday with 4 people to help pack. They were all very nice!! They knew what they were doing and got to work. The whole time they were there we chatted, made jokes and got to know more about them. Which was fun and made the packing day go by so fast!!! The next day 4 new guys came and got to Loading the truck! They were efficient and got the job done in 3 hours! They boxes were leveled with the room and our last name. I will love to work with them again! Great company!

By far best customer service for phone appointment scheduling and very knowledgeable agents. This business runs very well, kudos to the management here. Warning.... This company charged my credit card without my permission. Also produced nothing anywhere even worthy of being called a template let alone a website. They had 4 months so far. As other reviews indicate, this company has changed a lot over time. It started as a family owned business that grew very fast and gained fame by moving ex-Presidents. Some of the growth seems to have come at the cost of sacrificing quality. When we contacted them for a quote, the process of setting up a virtual inventory survey and the app used for that were great. However, once it came time to setup a date and finalize an agreement, it became difficult to contact our rep. We would leave voicemails and there were no responses for days. Eventually we decided that we could not take the risk of them being not contactable on moving day and signed up with another mover.
