Use them!
Interstate Relocation Systems sent a crew of four highly skilled movers to my place and I loved the work they did for me. They were able to move everything in my two bedroom house via a very tricky, narrow and spiral staircase. Their skills and experience shone. It is as if they guys were brought to the world just to be movers! Use them!

United Royal Van Lines
Beyond expectations
If only the other service providers would be even half as efficient and timely as United Royal Van Lines crew, I would be the happiest person. These people are so much diligent in what they offer. I hired them out to help me relocate to California and they did it grand style. In as much as I was hopeful, I did not expect them to showcase that level of diligence. They did it much more beyond my expectation and I would love to appreciate them for that.

Also, what they quote is exactly what you end up paying. You won’t be subjected to hidden charges and their crews always ensure your total satisfaction. Other movers may fail to deliver on time or overcharge you, but not Interstate Relocation Systems.

Do NOT hire this moving company! I was given one quote on the phone by Xavier. When the movers cam to pick up my boxes I was told it was going to be $300 more and then asked for a cash tip to ensure that the new quote was the final price. The boxes were to be moved cross country and a "deliver no sooner than" date was on the contract. A few days later I spoke to the company and was told that the boxes were going to be delivered that week-4 days early. I had to make arrangements for the driver to drop them off at a local storage facility and then arrange to have them moved to my house when I got there. The local moving facility said the driver was in a "real hurray" and just threw the boxes off and got back in his truck as he had to get out with another delivery to CA. There were boxes that didn't belong to me left and one of my boxes is still missing. Oscar Moving gave me a total run around for locating the missing box-finally after 3 weeks of trying to follow up I was told very rudely to take it up with their claims sept-then hung up on. Naturally the form the driver gave me did NOT have an itemized list nor a value of items-so now this will be another battle. This is the WORST service I have ever seen. I am reporting this company to the BBB and Protect Your Move. DO NOT HIRE OSCAR MOVING

Good job done
I know I might sound a little weird, but it’s true that Grace van lines is lucky to have the best people possible. I don’t know what about their other crews and staffs, but the crews served me were fabulous. No extra words, no extra noise. Very calculative approach and they got the work done right on time. Exact time of transporting and exact time for storing in my new residence. You know, you have to highest skilled to be that calculative and errorless. Very good Grace van lines, don’t let this people go. They are asset of yours.

The crew was outstanding!!!! My move turned out to be more complicated than anticipated. These guys packed up my stuff, took great care of it and me, and did some extra moving around at my destination. Their attitude was great!!! Polite, friendly and very upbeat for what turned into a very long day. They kept my spirits up and motivated me just by being cheerful and pleasant. They did an outstanding job and have my sincere appreciation!!!

Not everyone loves relocations. Most see it as very difficult and somehow hectic. So when my aunt was moving to a newer apartment in Colorado, she asked me to help her out by looking for an ideal relocation company. Having heard of United Royal Van Lines, I went ahead and recommended them. I am so grateful that they did me proudly by delivering efficient relocation services to my aunt.

Good Service
I read the reviews and decided to take a chance and I'm pleased with my decision. I arranged for them to come out and do a walk through. I was given a binding price based off my inventory. They worked well and handled my belongings with care. They kept me updated while my truck was on the way and I was satisfied with the delivery and reassembly.

I was referred to Great American Van Lines by a friend who highly spoke of their professionalism and I certainly experienced the same. All our questions were promptly answered before booking is confirmed and seriously I cannot think about anything I was unhappy with. Considering all the stress with the house move, last thing you want is to have problems with the moving company and it becomes easy to deal with when you are impressed with the service. The price was very reasonable and the service they provided was highly professional. They did the whole job according to our requirements and there was nothing we can complain about. Everything was arranged as smoothly as possible. Overall a successful move and we would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Thumbs up! Our rep was fast and responsive on booking the move which was nice since some of the places I called still haven't called me back. On the move itself - When they came to our place, surprise! The elevators were out that day (argh)!!!! They agreed to use the stairs. The move was so fast even with the stair change, that the final price was still very reasonable! They are nice, strong guys and I'd use Infinity Van Lines again in a heartbeat.

A small mirror was left on the truck when unloading. They called me, upon finding it, and made arrangements to return it to me. The movers were polite and took care of my belongings as I would have. Would definitely recommend and will use again if necessary. Thanks guys!

Beware of Oscar Moving of Jersey City. Our recent move from Boston to New York was a disaster, and felt like we were the victims of a “bait and switch.” Oscar’s online “binding estimate” for the move was $1051 after we sent a description of the small apartment’s contents and agreed we would box everything but the furniture ourselves. Our final cost was > 3 times the estimate, at $3226.75 and the way it unfolded was equally outrageous. Only after our possessions were in their truck did they disclose the actual charges they demanded, and create a new dilemma: they demanded cash. The driver: “We’re not a bank,” when we tried to use a credit card. We had paid the deposit with a card, and expected to continue that way. Turns out the cash requirement was deep in the fine print of the estimate, after a deceptive agreement for a credit card deposit. Oscar M. did not call this to our attention until they had our stuff. Yes, it was Our Bad, not reading carefully to the end. We were in a hurry, of course, and they had our belongings, so we found a way to get the cash. We had booked 4 months in advance, but got a call 2 days before the scheduled move saying they were going to pick up our belongings that night . We were able to delay them until the next day and crammed to get things ready a day early. They promised to deliver the following day. We waited 3 days before they arrived. There was no unloading the truck until we paid an extra $150 for stairway climbing. This extra was probably reasonable, but it was not spelled out in advance. Another trip to the ATM. During our long wait for delivery and unhappiness with the huge jump in price, we called our agent Alex (855-571-4150) at Oscar Moving for updates on delivery and clarification of the price discrepancy. He took one call, promised to look into the matter, and did not call back. We have records of 14 subsequent calls to the office which went to voice mail or were taken by another employee, and never got a return call or any useful information. After the delivery and the hasty sign-off and departure of the movers, we discovered some damage to our furniture. They had our cash money. They did not return phone calls. We had no recourse. Would you want to use this mover?

What more would I need?
What more would I want? I am contented and fully satisfied with United Royal Van Lines. I am not looking for another relocation company next time I am moving to another residence. I will yet again hire out their wonderful and amazing crew. They did it big when I hired them out last time and I am confident that they will do it yet again when an opportunity presents itself.
