Great company!Definitely recommend.
We just completed an interstate move. The final leg was managed by Kato Moving. Rick and Dakota transferred our household belongings from the truck, placing everything with care. Both were professional and personable. Would definitely recommend, at least for a local move.

Efficient, clean, kind, hard working!
Two Men and a Truck staff helped move my furniture from storage to my home. Chris and Franklin were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am grateful to them for getting the job done, and treating my possessions with care. I will reach out to them again when I need help moving! absolute worst move.
Stay away at all cost! The other review accurately describes the situation. They tell you one price, but then when they take possession of your belongings, they jack up the price with phony excuses like the ramp was shaped differently than we thought etc. They do not have their own vans so they rent them from rental car companies. The employees are simply thugs out of a bad 70s movie. They demand cash up front before they have unloaded the ones belongings. When we asked that they please move the belongings into the apartment first and complete any required assembly (as every reputable company would do), they became violent in demeanor and scream through their thick accents in a threatening tone. This business is at best a scam and more appropriately an example of coercive business tactics not fit for the third world. If you ever wanted to believe humankind to be fundamentally good, using this business will shatter any such hopes. It is sad to think there are people in this world so utterly corrupted. In any event, choose not to use them unless you want to be bilked out of hard earned money while your possessions and dignity are held hostage.

Exceptional service!! This was the second time I have used them and once again they over delivered in service, care and concern for our items, time management, and strong work ethic!! Their joyful attitude makes them fun to be around! Very fairly priced too! They made a difficult day absolutely painless!! They are the only company you should use for all your moving needs!!

Great experience.
We have worked with Interiors & Textiles for years on window coverings that are matched to our needs (light filtering, light blocking, energy savings, etc.) and have found them expert in getting it done and done right. Recently we added four new motorized shades to the 20+ that I&T installed (a skylight shade install was particularly challenging). These worked out so well, we have started converting manual shades around the house to motorized, and I&T not only got the right materials, but also worked out the magic to get the automations and the remote controls set up just right. We are looking at whole-house recarpeting, and we will surely work with Interiors & Textiles, because of the quality of the advice, the installation, and the followup service/consulting.

Military move, worst one in 20 years. Many of our items were damaged or destroyed. One item in particular was not even delivered and is essentially irreplaceable because it had been hand painted. One of our German trunks was broken from too much weight on it and had a rat living in it. Unloading the truck was a nightmare. It arrived on the last possible day that was guaranteed, Dec 20. We had requested a much earlier date and the truck driver told us that he was called the day prior. The crew that the driver hired were possibly all on drugs. They reeked of marijuana and one was covered in boils that we assumed were from meth. His behavior was erratic and we were scared to say anything because he was in our new home. Do not hire this company.

poor experience.
Not sure where to even begin. Used them once but then COVID hit and my things were stuck in the matrix for over a month. Took a chance to use them again. And I should have know better. Call and call, email and email, no answers, no updates. The day my things were suppose to deliver no call. Talked to someone in office he had no answers or updates. Never called me back. A week later still no calls, no emails, nothing. Had to report my things stolen and file a claim. Not sure how they are still in business. Def not sure how anyone could and would give them anything more than 3 stars. One thing and maybe only thing that do timely is pick your things up. After that its hit or miss. Avoid at all cost even if its 500 cheaper.

Gladiator Movers
Perfect work guys.
Gladiators Moving/Vitalijus were great for our move from Boston to Houston. He was extremely responsive before and during the move, got our furniture there in 2 days (did not outsource the move to anyone else), and had a great crew. Nothing was damaged, and they had all the materials to wrap furniture, etc. I cannot recommend them enough compared to the movers that my peers chose to move from/in Boston.

This is the 6th time I have used GA Pack and Load and I can not say enough great things about this company. Moving is a nightmare, and GA Pack and Load takes so much of the stress away. They showed up a month a head of time with all the boxes,tape, bubble wrap, paper wrap I needed. On moving day, they were on time ( after confirming both a week out, the day ahead, and morning of) and showed up with 5 people to move us. They operate like a fine oiled machine! So efficient with great care of my things. Their attention to detail is amazing...Every item wrapped, they even took our TV down off the wall and boxed for us. Will ALWAys use this co to move! And...THEY ARE LOCAL... which I love

Nice facility, kept my stuff safe.
This is by Far the best place we have ever used for storage and we know as we usually have 3 or 4 units for out business at any one time. Spotless and units do not get dust in them like some other facilities do. All of the people who run it are top notch and will do whatever they can to work with you and even call you in case payment is late so there are no extra charges. I suggest you contact them and you will be surprised at the cost and I know that you will love the service and facilities

Moving is stressful - this move was no exception. I have used Gentle Giant Moving Company (G.G.M.C.) for 3 moves. My last review was based off an item that was misplaced. However CEO - reimbursed myself and Family for amount. I highly recommend and will use again in future. Respectfully.

They straight up LIED to us. They told us -- several times-- that they would deliver on a certain date. They gave our contract to a subcontractor who did not know or did not care what they had promised us. That company held our property for over SIX WEEKS before finally delivering. Do not hire them.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. As you know moving is not easy to begin with. Frank and sons showed up on time in the morning the older gentleman named rick was the most rudest and irrogant guy I have ever met. The office said to leave everything in the dressers well when he got there he said we had to take everything out not a big deal but he was a smartass about it. And long story short I said if your attitude is going to be like this than you can just leave. So he unloaded the few boxes out of the truck and left and then here we are with everything packed and no moving company. Called frank and sons to see what we can do and they said its going to be a couple days before another crew could come out did not even apologize to us for the guy that was rude. Will never use this company for anything or ever recommend them to anyone!
