Not on time, damaged items, did not want to take any responsiblity for damages. Timeframes estimated and later promised again did not come close. Definitely would not recommend. Check complaints at the BBB website for a true reflection of this company. For some reason this website would not allow zero stars for do not use, which is what the true rating I feel they deserve.

Surely this company is one of the best moving companies of the town. Their actions speak for them. I hired Full service van lines because my friend recommended their name to me. I used Full service van lines for an office move which was dealt by them with great responsibility and authority. I hardly figured out any mistakes by the movers. Their sales guy offered me the best deal and movers delivered the best possible service. I was so relaxed during the move that I did not have to move my fingers! Everything was in proper order, checklist was fulfilled perfectly and in the end I got everything that I was looking for. I recommend Full service van lines to anyone / everyone.

Title of my comment actually explains what I am about to say. Yes, just a few days ago I have used Full service van lines while relocating to Alabama from Florida. It was a delight using them. Their movers did an excellent job. They packed and moved all our belongings in one piece and within the schedule to the destination and the sales guy did his best too to sync everything perfectly. Full service van lines kept their word and did not charge more than the quoted amount. I was so pleased that I eventually tipped their movers.

Remax Van Lines
Move with the best
For the very first time I am recommending any company which is Remax van lines. Recently I have tasted their excellent service and the reasonable price. I hired them for a 4 bed room apartment move but that was not the end. They had to move the furniture using the stair ways from the 4th floor which was a mammoth task. But still their movers did not damage anything and also made the delivery of my belongings within the allotted time. As I mentioned before their price was reasonable and service was simply awesome. So, I would like to suggest everyone to consider Remax van lines before hiring any other movers.

I hardly used any movers before I used Remax van lines but after using them I become a fan of this fine company. Being honest, they changed my perception towards professional movers. Office moves are normally tricky and hard to manage. But the way they moved my office belongings was nothing less than a great job. Their sales rep did wonderful to manage the movers and the movers tried their best to make me happy. They were successful doing what they were assigned to do. Timely delivery of the belongings, fair price and 100% accuracy made my move a terrific one.

They did fantastic
I used full service van lines just day before yesterday for a 2 bed room apartment move. Movers arrived on time and packed and moved all my belongings in one piece and without any damage and well within the scheduled time I had the elevator reserved for. I never experienced such professional movers before. I also felt that they were quite reasonable with whatever they charged me for their world class service. I am very happy with their service and that is why I am taking the time recommending full service van lines.

These movers are marvelous!
I am very impressed with the service that I got from full service van lines. To me, they are the most efficient and dedicated movers. I was really amazed to see their problem solving abilities. When they came for the move, I changed some of the major requirements and that was not easy for any movers to adjust in no time but these movers were marvelous. They not only altered the checklist, they were also running ahead than the schedule and when they asked me to check my inventory, I was just surprised to see the accuracy. After experiencing them, I am sure that these movers are able to make the impossible look easy.

United national Moving and Storage
Successfull move
Last month, I was moving from Pennsylvania to Indiana for my job and United National Moving and Storage was very amazing as I scheduled the move very last minute. The movers were responsive and the main customer service agent, David was excellent in his behaviour. He discussed the every details over the phone about 60 minute, also went above and beyond. David assisted with all the billing process because my company was paying for the move, so I didn't have to do much, only give his name and phone number to my company. The moving crew showed up on time and their packing system were amazing, efficient and careful. I just love this moving company which is so great all around and also recommend to others.

Hi, this is Amara. I lived at Annapolis, MD with my Husband and two kids. My husband is Govt. service holder. Last January for his job purpose, we had to move to Kansas. This was our first time moving from one state to another and I thought that it would be very difficult for us to move with all belongings because we stayed there in three bedroom apartment. I was not willing to use Trans United Inc at the beginning but my brother strongly recommended their name. He used Trans United Inc few days ago while moving his office. So, I called them and talked with their sales rep Kim. She offered me a very reasonable price. Their movers arrived on time at the moving day. They dealt greatly with the heavy furniture and other fragile stuffs. Though the movers had to manage my pets and kids but they never running behind the schedule. They made the delivery timely and kept the errors well within the tolerance level. In short, I am quite impressed with their service and price.
