This mover is the worst. The office manager treats his customers with utmost contempt and is very rude. My experience with this mover has been very very nasty. The sales lady promised that my stuff will be delivered as soon as I reach my destination. But when I contacted them after reaching my final destination, nobody answered my call and I was forced to stay in a hotel for more than a week. It was absolutely disgusting to talk to them over phone. This moving company is a total piece of shit .

Johnsons Moving & Storage of Shreveport
unprofessional
I have no idea if this company is any good or not. I called several times and the phone went straight to voicemail and you cannot leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full for a couple days in a row. Thats unprofessional. I called someone else and got great service and have booked them For my move. I would have given zero stars but you are forced to pick at least one star.

Intense Movers
extremely nice
We had a wonderful experience with Intense Movers. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were genuinely nice guys, and we actually had some fun with it. On what was an otherwise incredibly stressful day, they made it so much easier and let us focus on the other things. The pricing was also incredible. We used a different company three years ago to move 5 items a literal half block. This time we had them move most of my one bedroom apartment 25 miles and were hardly more expensive. They tested my furniture with care, and put everything where it needed to go. Excellent

This is the best moving service I have used ever They were one time, friendly, enthusiastic, and quick. I moved from a downstairs apt to an upstairs unit and they did it all without any complaints. They were especially helpful with suggesting where to put furniture and even offered to mount my TV if I would like for a fee. They are a nice family small business and did not damage any furniture etc. I will definitely be using them again for future moves. I could not have ask for a better set of people. Thank you all

Excellent Work
This was the best moving experience I have had. The team was very careful with all of our things and worked very efficiently. They came in to survey the stuff and space, then explained all the paperwork clearly and then began the move. They went as far as to explain how things are packed in the truck to build our confidence that they treated fragile things with care. They even came in under the estimated time for our move. The team was very experienced and incredibly friendly. Their rates are very reasonable you get the most bang for your buck. Will definitely be hiring them again next time and do highly recommend for others

super friendly and very professional
JJ and the whole team were really great to work with. Professional, communicated well and his whole staff was efficient and fast. They came with a whole crew and in the allotted time I was quoted for. They carefully packed all my furniture and I had no damage. They are also fairly priced and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I recently moved from Revere to Methuen. Hesitant on selecting a moving company vs. friends and family. I chose to go with professional movers. I chose Issacs Moving and Storage from Stoughton. From the first phone call to the last item placed in my new home, Isaacs staff was very professional, experienced and accommodating. Faina Amaral, Isaacs was very professional and knowledgeable which made me feel at ease with my choice. Faina set up an appt to have Alan Elliott come to my old address for a walk through. Alan was also, very professional and experienced in the moving business. Great credentials. Moving Day 3 gentlemen showed up on time with all the supplies to get me moved. They wrapped EVERYTHING Friends and family would not have done that. They packed the truck and were on their way to my new location. They unpacked, unwrapped and placed all my belongings in their new place. Once they were finished we did a walk through and my new home looked inviting and HOME. It seemed like all my personal stuff was picked up from one location and perfectly placed in my new home. Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Isaacs Moving and Storage for any service big or small. You cannot go wrong. Thank you

The people in dispatch and sales need to be more informative and up front about all information. Quote was low, so had to pay more. Delivery was not on time and was not kept informed of status of delivery. Movers themselves were nice, but did not do a good job with loading items. Put multiple items in random boxes, so things are misplaced and missing. Was not informed that move to destination would be sub contracted. Had day workers that did not follow directions and put things in correct places and rooms. Would not recommend or use again.

Do not use this company
My furniture all arrived damaged, everything was roughly packaged, they did not even have bubble wrap. Very deceitful pricing, tons of unexpected fees and charges they conveniently did not mention up front. The company was extremely unhelpful and claimed no responsibility for most of the process of getting the shipment to me. DO NOT HIRE THEM

Absolutely deplorable. This company is shady, immoral, and they will keep pawn your belongings off to the cheapest bid regardless of the company. Firstly, we moved from PA to UT. They never picked up our car. When we called the day of our supposed pickup we were told they had not found a driver yet and were not sure when they had have one. We had to find another company to take our car last minute. They also held our belongings for 30 days. They told us May 3rd was the delivery date. Come May 3rd we called from our new home and they then informed us May 3rd was only the first available date and they had no idea when or where our stuff was arriving. There was no communication on their end, we always had to call them. The customer service woman was entirely unprofessional and clearly uneducated. Her supervisor was even worse. They purposely leave you on hold or just hang up on you if they do not want to deal with you. These people have no morals nor do they give a single damn about you. They will seem so nice and accommodating while giving you a quote which doubled in price upon pickup incidentally but the moment we signed it was like an entirely different company. When they did finally arrive they were not careful unloading and broke several pieces of furniture while also scratching up our walls. I have never been so blatantly disrespected and disregarded by anyone. You are better off renting a truck for yourself. In the end we paid this company nearly 5000 to jerk us around and shit on us for a month. I cannot say it enough, this was the worst experience of my life.

I called and talk to a gentleman on the phone and explained my situation. I hired Houston 911 Movers for my most recent move and am very pleased with their service. Miguel and Elias arrived early in a clean, spacious, and well equipped moving truck. They disassembled my furniture and made sure to wrap and secure everything nicely. They were easy to talk to and highly attentive to labeled items and boxes. They worked well together and managed to move my 4th floor apartment in under 3hrs. Their prices are also great compared to other larger companies in the area. I highly recommend this team

Totally professional Company that was easy to work with and helped every step of the way. They got me on a Saturday which was last minute. The movers arrived and were totally courteous and professional. They loaded the truck with my things in less than half an hour and secured everything really well. They really treat you like family. When they arrived at my new place they were really careful not to bang anything and even took advice from the assistant resident manager on how to negotiate the tricky corner entrance to my unit. They were done with my move in in under 2 hours. If I ever need to move again I will definitely be calling this company again.

Excellent customer service We were so happy with the team, both delivery people were super friendly, efficient and careful with our stuff. The price that we paid was totally worth it. Definitely 5 stars. This is the only moving company I will use. Honest, trustworthy, and friendly the whole staff from office to movers. The movers work hard and fast. Nothing broken. They arrived on time, were careful loading
Hiltz moved a really large, heavy frame down an long narrow road for me without any problems. They received the frame from a cross country shipment, stored it for a few days and delivered it right on time, right on budget. Truly professional and a pleasure to work with.
