Had a great moving experience with 5 star moving. Jose and his crew were very efficient and handled our items with care. Moved from a place with a lot of hills to a high floor building. And it was not the easiest move; however, Jose and his crew were able to handle all the obstacles. Very professional. Was quoted a fair price for an all day job, but the crew as able to finish it in a shorter time. This meant a lower price since they charge by the hour. The crew was respectful of our time and items. Would recommend them!

Five Star Movers just moved a large amount of furniture for us. We had a number of heirloom quality pieces that had to be moved along with a very heavy bar that needed to be moved up a small stair case. Tony and his crew did an excellent job! We had no damaged pieces, they were incredibly fast, and really nice guys. I could not have been more happy with everything they did. I highly recommend using Five Star Movers and will recommend them to everyone I know.

They also harass you and accuse you of things, they threatened to auction my things, they threatened to take them back to where they picked them up but wanted money for that. They lie, I had three different people call and yell at me on this fine labor day. Update, the company has agreed to ship my belongings, for the right price, cash on delivery. We are currently waiting for the storms to pass, and I will update any reviews and complaints once delivery is complete and in tact

AWFUL. I put a deposit down 4 days ago (a bad mistake) and today my offer fell through. The company refused to give me the deposit back, makes you use a venmo/zelle/debit so it is extremely difficult to get the money back, and are very rude. The fake reviews on other websites so beware! This company does not move with their own staff, but rather broker 3rd party movers. I would never trust this company and hope no one falls for this scam.

After getting screwed over and my money stolen from the first movers I hired, I was assured by Mary that I would be well taken care of. I was and referred them to a friend. The were kind, polite, communicative. They packed everything carefully. When Ty and Brooklyn arrived, they filled me in on delivery and they were so nice and helpful A move across country and 1 glass broke. Amazing Thank you very much Elite. I would highly recommend them

The movers were great. They were polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Having said that, the experience was terrible. 1) They showed up 1 hr late even though I asked to be the first move of the day to ensure that they arrived on time. 2) They charged by the hour, but they rounded up 3.5 hrs up to 4 hrs. 3) I specifically asked about hidden charges because moving companies are notorious for them, and the lady on the phone told me that 1 flight of stairs was included, but then I got charged $30 for a "stairs fee". 4) They were supposed to have tools and blankets, but they had no tools and maybe 3 blankets. I got sucked in by a low hourly rate, but with the rounding up and the $30 fee, I wish I ended up going with a more reputable company for a higher price.

The muscle behind the move...Rashad and Adrain...were very pleasant young men and very hard working. They took great care to protect doorways, walls, and all other household objects as they prepared to move furniture and items from the home. Their efficiency made a difference as well. The move was from a home to the 3rd floor of an Assisted Living facility, with long hallways and only a shared elevator available to traverse the levels. They tackled it with good humor and patience throughout the process. Rashad, Adrian and your whole team, have our gratitude and highest recommendation. We would definitely use them again and suggest E.R.S. to anyone looking for a great moving experinece. P.S. Rashad and Adrian deserve massages and a chiropractor adjustment. ;-)

Bad move made right: Without going into too much detail we had a bad move. Every company has a bad day, some times people are sick or their are technical difficulties. Express movers worked with us after the move to make sure everything was made right. They even sent us an apology letter. There is no way to predict when things will go wrong, but as a moving company they did everything in their power to make it right. I will be using them again in the future.

We used them to pack our 5 PODS full of everything from the house, everything was fast, efficient and best of all..... When we had the PODS delivered 2 mths later to move into our new home, nothing was broke. They came back to our new home and unpacked the 5 PODS up 2 sets of stairs and never complained. I would recommend them for move.

Our Eastern Moving and Storage team of four movers, led by Tim Mabe, was fabulous beyond words. In addition to being incredibly professional and very nice, they arrived on time, jumped right in and got to work, handled everything with great care and did a fantastic job. When it came to unloading, they had a very organized system, and they put all of the furniture in its designated place, reassembled pieces that were disassembled for transport, and could not have been more courteous and professional. In addition to all of the moving related excellence, we were able to request a fully vaccinated team, who practiced very safe protocols during the move. Tim was amazing, and his crew was just great too. Would hire them again in a hot minute.

I have nothing but praise for this company I moved from Oahu to Hilo. The crew that packed my stuff worked fast & was very respectful. Mario the supervisor was very professional. Marco always answered my calls when I called him. The crew in Hilo was excellent as well. There were just 2 of them & they worked hard. They let me tell them exactly where I wanted my stuff to go. My experience with Express Movers made my move less stressful

This is a bait and switch operation. We were told they had availability for a large move from Long Beach to Buffalo on a certain date for $5200. My husband went through all of the details of the move, down to fuel charges and tolls before we received this quote. When we called to confirm, they no longer had availability on that date, but were available the next day. All of a sudden the price went up to $8500 - for the exact same move. We started out speaking with a very nice woman, Angie, (bait) then ended up with a pushy man, Jerry. Buyer beware! Luckily we dodged this bullet. Follow-up: After turning down the $8500 quote, Angie contacted us and advised they had adjusted the quote down to $7200 (still $2000 above the original quote). No thank you.

First off the scheduling service in the office was amazing! i told them a date that i needed to be moved by and the accommodated as much as they possibly could! Movers arrived on the day of the move prompt and ready to go. We have very large heavy glass tables and they moved them with such ease a gentleness. Wrapped all our furniture in blankets and secured all boxes and bins! Jose and James made our moving day a walk in the park! i would definitely use this company again in a heart beat! Also i was quotes a 5 hr move and the guys got it done in 2.5 hrs! Such a speedy and relaxing process! FOR SOME REASON MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS PUT AS NOT RECOMMENDED. !
