The whole communication process has been good.
Having never moved cross country our nerves were tense. Had a few walk thrus and Mayflower gave me the most confidence. Loved Carl, Deborah, and Steve. Always available, never had to wait. Everything on schedule nothing lost or broken. Chicago to Reno. The best.

Worked great together as a team and were friendly and highly efficient.
These guys were amazing. Talk about a stress free move. There were 4 guys loading and the two who unloaded (Michael K and James) were prompt and courteous. They worked really hard to get the job perfectly done. I am so impressed and appreciative of this crew Highly recommended.

Mike was SUPER helpful answering all my MANY questions, getting me scheduled for my move and storage at their facility, and following up with me after all was said and done. The three guys they sent out were absolutely phenomenal and made quick, quality work of helping pack and load my apartment. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your next move and storage.

Really great work and the driveway and stamped patio looks perfect! I highly recommend them.
I had arranged to have FNVL move my stuff from California to Arizona and after receiving a fair price, I agreed to confirm my reservation with an 800 deposit. I was told it was refundable for cause. The very next day I changed my mind and decided to move the stuff myself using several of my friends. I called asking to cancel my contract and get my 800 refunded. I was initially told that the deposit was not refundable and I would lose the $800. Adam intervened and was helpful in talking to management, I was finally issued the refund in full. In the end this company did the honorable thing and lived up to their word. My advice is to use this company but ask that a prior understanding concerning canceling you contact be added to your contract.

Incredible Customer Service.
I can not say enough about the amazing experience I had and it was all because of Guy. The day of the move there was a misunderstanding with some of the items that needed to be moved and Guy came to my rescue. Told me there was no problem and they took everything without charging me extra. Then came the treadmill situation. We had a treadmill that did not fit through the door so it was left behind. Guy went above and beyond to get the treadmill out and deliver it a couple of days later. This company is professional, organized, and their customer service is worth every penny.

Fast Movers
These guys are great! On time and they were very good with everything.
Amazing, fast, reliable movers We forgot to book movers to help us unpack our stuff and called fast movers the day of to help out. They were able to fit us in and everything was done in about an hour (we had a 20ft uhaul truck full of stuff) They also came with us to pick up a washer and dryer, moved it into our new house, and helped maneuver the huge truck in and out of our driveway. Cannot say enough good things and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Family Movers Express of South Florida
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT DEAL WITH TONY
We hired them in particular to move my mothers industrial sewing machines, as they are too large and heavy for us to move them. These machines are my senior mothers only form of supplemental income. The movers left all 3 sewing machines behind. They assured us on the next move (Promised Mid-Nov) they would bring the machines up on another truck. They did not. Not the owner will not return my calls. We are missing shelves to our wall unit and still trying to figure out what else is missing. We payed them over 1700 and tipped the movers. We were kind, patient and understanding. I called a few times for my mother and they still did not return my calls. My mother is in her 70s and this is not the way you do business. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money for a better mover. They left my senior parents out to dry.

Fantastic experience. Team came with their own equipment, 3 movers loaded a 15 foot uhaul in under 90 minutes. Was really impressed with how careful they were and how much they were able to pack in. Would recommend again.

Had a great moving experience from the midwest to the east coast
In the past, we have hired movers several times both in Brooklyn and New York, but this time we found this moving company on Google and Yelp with many good reviews so we decided to choose the movers for our fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. The Customer Services guy was nice and gave us all the information we needed including packing details. Their movers came on time, packed all our furniture so we were moved without any damage. The price we paid was the same as their estimate. We will use them again for our coming move to New Jersey.

Absolutely the WORST Also called East Coast moving and storage on park lane in Hallendale florida us dot no 1896009 /mc 681911 first doubled the price quoted ! Told move from FL to NY would be about 3 weeks... Then- After almost 7 weeks truck finally arrived Thats ONE MONTH LATER THEN QOUTED!! Lie after lie after lie This company is a scam full of lies, major price increases and poor performance. DO NOT USE

I can not say enough about how incredible this company is! They moved my parents last weekend and did a very professional job. They were so respectful and gentle with all of our belongings. They took great care in moving large items without any damage to the walls or furniture. The guys were extremely friendly and took great care of my family. The price is was very reasonable and I appreciate their estimated cost being spot on with the actual charge. No up selling or additions. I highly recommend these incredible guys and will use them for all of our moves in the future.

They did not wrap my furniture at all. Ended up scratching or chipping the majority of the big items. Got paint on and tore holes in my new couch while attempting to get it through the door. The movers did not seem trained or professional, but were nice enough and finished in the allotted time. Would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Better to hire more seasoned professionals.

I called Economy on short notice for a Saturday move they were able to accommodate me (even called the day before the confirm). The guys showed up promptly and completed the move very quickly. They were careful with our belongings, and got all of our items moved into the new location without any mishaps. The guys were very friendly and nice to work with I highly recommend this moving service. And the price was the best that I could find.

They were quick, careful and extremely professional.
Moving heavy furniture with a back injury can be quite challenging. Called them a week before I had to move, scheduling was no problem. They were great about asking where specific things should go and moving things according to my directions. One of the guys was even careful to put boxes up on counters and tables for me inside the new place, so that I would not have to do heavy lifting from the floor (so thoughtful!). Everything was done professionally from start to finish. The communication was excellent at every step, the move priced out exactly as they said it would. Highly recommended.
