Good experience with this company!
My experience with them was good. My favorite part of the move is when the movers delivered all my things to FL. They unwrapped my major items for me and did not leave a mess! They also put anything together that they took apart in Maryland. The movers constantly asked ÅIs everything ok? ÅWhere you want this to go? etc. They made me feel in charge of my own move. I recommend them to anyone looking to move!

Multiple complaints and issues with this company
We have multiple complaints with this company. The sales office made promises and claims that the dispatch and moving teams would not comply with. We contacted Infinity Van Lines for a quote on 6/10. We were sent a quote based on the equipment list and box count (as requested). From that list they provided us with a moving estimate and promised us that a one day move on Saturday, 6/21/14, was possible and available and that they would submit for early morning pickup. They also told us that pricing could change and go up or down depending on how much space our items took up in the truck. This is clearly stated in the binding estimate. We made it clear to the sales rep that my husband's employer was paying for the move. Once our employer paid our deposit, the dispatch team called and told us that they had us scheduled for pickup Saturday, 6/21 and delivery Tuesday, 6/24. We told them that we were promised same day pickup and delivery and that was the sole reason we selected their company-dispatch said that "sales isn't able to make those promises and has nothing to do with the moving dates". They told us the earliest available date time was pickup 6/21 between 3-5pm. After arguing to no avail, we agreed to that time. Saturday at 12:30pm we received a call telling us that they needed to move us again to Sunday because "their truck broke down" and they did not have another one available. We tried escalating the situation to management. One rep we spoke with hung up on my husband

Efficient and Expert Movers
The movers who were sent to us were not only efficient and didnt waste even a little bit of time; they were also expert in handling different kinds of items while moving. Not only that; they also knew exactly how to stack the things when loading them into the truck. During a move, most of the things get damaged while on the road because they are not stacked according to their size and weight in the truck. So I must say that these guys were both efficient and expert.

We hate moving. We were able to buy a bigger home recently and have a baby on the way. We were excited about the new home but were dreading the moving. A move for my promotion
My family and I had a great move indeed. Owing to my recent promotion, my family and I had to move to a different state. It was really hard on my children as they had been living in the same house all through their life. This added on to making me worried about how the move will turn out. However, the guys sent out by the company to help me were perfect and made me not to worry about anything. They were great and their performance was outstanding.

It was great to have what I wanted
I heard a lot about American quality movers form one of cousins. So, I took their number from him and called for a quote. The sales rep Sarah offered me the best possible price and booked my move according to my preferred date. Their movers showed up on time at the moving day, wrapped and boxed everything and completed the move within the allotted time. I checked the inventory and did not find anything missing or broken. In other words, they were able to fulfill all my demands and that too within a very moderate amount.

Thanks to the entire moving team of Global Moving Systems who kept their commitment and moved me from Virginia to Maryland without any mishaps and within the time frame. I heard a lot about Global Moving Systems before using them and that forced me to try them. I hired them though I had a cheaper offer but decided to go with the reputed company. It worked like magic. These guys knew how to manage a long distance move and how to keep everything under control. They were simply terrific in packing, moving and storing. All my valuables reached unharmed at the other end and I did not get any chance to complain. They have achieved the perfection and that is why I had nothing to do but to tip the movers. Well done guys, keep it up.

When I saw young men showed up to move my stuff, I thought they would not be organized. Being a woman there was no way I could have moved the stuff all alone. Remarkably, we had an entertaining move, full of fun this time around. The movers were really polite and courteous. THE WORST
This ranks amongst the 10 worst days of my life. The owners are either liars or stupid. Might be both. They were over 6 hours late for the move, needed twice the manpower and another truck. Two of the movers were teenagers (14 and 18). Only 1 knew anything about moving large furniture and he was too exhausted to help much. The others tried their best, but did NOT know how to move. They have fraudulent information on their website. They use Ryder trucks without appropriate equipment on them. Did not even know they had to wrap fragile items such as lamps. We told them to leave before all furniture was in the final position as they did not know how to get it there. It was 2AM when they left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A completely BOGUS owner and firm.
