They are true professionals. Nothing broke and everything arrived in great condition.
I had my shell delivered today, Sunday (yes a Sunday). The movers Pat and Meek were a solid crew. They were on time and very pleasant. They took pride in moving my belongs in and made sure to not scuff or damage my new house. I would highly recommend Zippy Shell to anyone looking for storage needs. The price was better the. Some of the other storage companies out there. Additionally, the local owner is very hands on and I have spoken to him several times via phone and email. Customer service like this goes a long way with me!

They were professional and respectful of our time. I highly recommend Zephyr.
The best movers I have ever used (and I have moved a lot) we have used them 3 times already and referred them to other family members. They are very professional and meticulous with your things. They also get the job done in a timely manner. The movers sent have been friendly and know what they are doing when it comes to wrapping and protecting your items! I will use them anytime we move.

Wonderful customer service.Highly recommend them.
We used Zippy Shell to move our home furnishings out of the house to renovate. Zippy was great! They delivered the shell on time and took it away on time as well. It was clean and easy to use. Would recommend. We did not move the pod, and did not have any trouble at all.

Do not use this company!! They were super expensive and i got stolen and damage items.
I had give negative if I could. Apparently I was skipped. Lots of excuses and a token amount off bill. Just do ANYONE but Zippy Shell. I think random street people with addiction issues would be a better choice

Excellent customer service, prompt, courteous, careful and worked quickly
Z Movers is hands down the best moving company I have ever used. They were professional and pleasant to work with every step of the way. The planning process was a breeze, and they had no problem meeting my new buildings very picky insurance requirements. The day of the move was actually fun! Nothing broken, lost, or damaged, and everything that had been taken apart was put back together perfectly. Every person I dealt with at this company was absolutely A+.

This is my first time using professional movers and I genuinely appreciated and enjoyed working with Zip to Zip. Would recommend to friends and family, and will definitely be a first choice when I move in the future. Before the move, I found Mary and the site a breeze to work with. I really appreciated the site giving us quotes, progress steps, and everything I needed. It made it so much easier for me, especially since I am extremely busy during work days and can not take calls. During the move, the team of three were excellent. Professional, good communication, and really nice. We had a slightly confusing move and a long walk into the building, but they were great. Overall, extremely happy with the service and would recommend !

Yucca Moving & Storage Inc
On unpacking we found some damaged items
Broke a lot of my stuff, the most expensive appliances they broke was my washing machine. When they deliver your stuff, they hire some locals to help the driver drop your stuff off. They broke my bed frame and my computer desk in half! (how the hell did that thing happen!?). The kids they hired to help the driver out are too clumsy, dropped parts of my dressers (right infront of me!) put some dents on it and then even scraped out some paint on the wall of the house we are renting! I want to scream at their faces but it was not necessary. They fixed bed frame they broke but still, I am disappointed on that one. By the way, the part of the washing machine they broke was the load size botton. And now it can only wash a small load. There goes my electric bill! Piece of $h!t moving, very clumsy and i will never recommend this. The Army should not let this company move our stuff again!

These guys were great. The local office answered my questions and kept me informed. The guys who showed up were courteous, uniformed, fast and very professional. Jeff and Manny did an amazing job!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Their hourly rate may be a little more but I saved money because they were efficient and quick. With my previous move, I went with cheaper movers at $80 per hour for 3 guys who did not speak English and the move ended up taking approx. 11 hours total. The You Move Me guys moved the same amount of stuff - done in 4.5 hours with just 2 guys. I can not thank them enough for making this the smoothest move of my life!!!

This move was short notice due to a little uncertainty surrounding my closing date, but You Move Me was able to accommodate the move. First, I have to give Walter a shot out. So, it ended up that I moved on a Monday rather than Saturday with YMM. While the experience was a headache, I would like to compliment them on their response and resolution to the situation. Each person I spoke with at the main YMM headquarters was helpful and understanding about the situation and did their absolute best at getting things moving. I would also like to thank Jason, one of the managers and partners, for the effort to fix the problems and sincere apologies. The two movers I did end up with were also fantastic - efficient, professional, and very helpful in dealing with a cranky property manager. I think I just happened to have a very unfortunate, but one off experience with YMM. The way in which they responded to the snafus was fast and satisfactory, and why I felt the need to upgrade my rating.

You Move Me South Bay
wonderful and very professional experience
We hired You Move Me at the last minute after we were stood up by other movers. Luckily You Move Me was able to schedule us quickly and they came 3 days later and moved my mom out of her 3 bedroom house. Jesse, Brandon and David were AMAZING we absolutely loved all of them. Easy setup, clean facilities and friendly staff.
YouMoveMe was recommended by a friend who raved about them moving his family. The guys showed up exactly on time. No "window" periods (like the cable company saying "we will be there between 8am and noon"). They said 12:30 and they showed up at 12:30. The guys were extremely professional and very efficient. From start to finish they were great. I will happily recommend them to my friends.

I had a great experience with "You Move Me" movers Tyke, Kyle, and Jordan. They were friendly, personable, and did great work moving me across town. They were careful with my things, always in communication, cared about the details, and even set up my new living room to the way they envisioned it while I was out grabbing a quick sandwich. When I came back my new space was all set up and I was so pleasantly surprised to see the ideas they came up with I even left my house the way they arranged it. The move went very smoothly, did not take up hardly as much time as I had thought, and all of my belongings arrived with zero damage. Even my bedside stand and filing cabinet which had things in them arrived in complete order - nothing tipped over, nothing spilled. It really was amazing. Thank you, You Move Me team!!

You Move Me Carlsbad
guys were very nice and they did a good job with the exception
The initial phone conversations went well & everything was set for our move. The morning the crew arrived, they were supposed to arrive between 8:30-9am but around 9am they said they were getting gas and about 30 minutes away. Once the crew arrived, 6 guys, I figured this would be a very quick move since I packed most of the house except the kitchen and bathroom - we moved out of a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. The guys were very nice and they did a good job with the exception of probably 1 new? guy - someone placed all of the framed pictures in a box without any protective paper around them. In order to get the pictures out, I needed to cut the box since they were packed so tightly that I did not want to scratch/break the other picture frames. Another odd request from the guys was water/beverage while on the job. Ummmm, you are a mover and should come with a water bottle and fill it up in the sink. I found a new pack of bubbly water and offered it to the guys. Most of them only took a few sips and then left it out for me to clean up. That seemed unprofessional. The house seemed packed up so lead guy said they were done and asked me to go thru the house to verify everything was packed up. Well, I found 2 closets not packed. Needless to say the guy who packed them did a sloppy job and just put everything into a huge box. Not the way I would have done it. Overall, they did an ok job. I am glad I boxed up most of the items myself. I will note the guy who packed the kitchen did a good job since it was a lot of glass/fragile items.

Worst Experience - Do not hire this company I have never written a review but this is a case where you really want to warn others. There pricing and service before the move may fool you, but they are incompetent. They damaged and LOST priceless artwork. But what makes it worse is I have to chase them to take care of the damage and compensate for the loss. They do not return phone calls or emails. They say there is a claim form but they never send it. Months have gone by since my move and I still have no answers. I am going to have to get an attorney to get there attention. So if you do not want a headache do not hire this company
