Comment : Super Jet moved me from MD to FL. The movers did an awesome job, and were really quick and took good care of my stuff. I was so happy with them. It took a couple days longer to get my delivery than I expected but I guess thats the norm when moving across the country. Overall I was very happy and would reccomend them.

Comment : Jason and Courtney did a great job to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire moving process. I had a few in home estimates and they came in about $3000 lower, i was hesitant at first but based on teh other reviews, I was willing ot give it a shot. on move day, the superjet trucks arrived at 8am. The 6 guys that showed up, all in uniform already put my miond at ease, after reading about all the "broker" "horror stories" all over hte internet. I must say, they worked their butts off. By 6pm we were packed, loaded, and on the road to Florida. 3 days later, when the truck arrived, the crew was as fantastic with reassembling the items as they were on pickup taking it apart. They unwrapped everything, and even set up my appliances for me. they misplaced a bracket for my bed, but Courtney ran out to home depot and picked me up anohter one because he wanted to make us happy. Comment : Terrible experience beginning to end. When coming to pick up my furniture on 5 29 they completely disregarded the price we had agreed to over the phone, and wanted to charge over 30 percentage more. None of my furniture is large, and to be off by that much shows me they are intentionally underestimating the cost. I emailed in two separate times to get clarification around why the estimate was off by such a large margin and never got a response. As soon as they take your money they have zero interest in talking to you ever again.
