Comment : Aaron and team did a fantastic job with our move. We got ourselves into a bind with our move out date changing, during a really busy season and needed to find a new mover very last minute. Velocity was able to accommodate. I will admit that I was a bit nervous rushing into it, but immediately Aaron and team put my worries at ease. Great move, very reasonable cost. Will book again when the time comes.

Comment : They are the worst. We moved from NJ to CA and really wish we had gone with someone else. They showed up 4 hours late to pick up our stuff in NJ. They delivered on time. But they charged us 500 more than the initial price quoted. And I talked to them extensively before the move to give them a very accurate list of what we were moving. When I called them later to address this overcharging issue, they gave me the major run around. After about 10 frustrating attempts and calls, I gave up. I do not know how they are rated A on better business bureau. Maybe all movers suck and they are the best of the worst.
