Comment : Worst moving company. Furniture (1 queen size bed, bookshelves, a futon, tv stand, and 2 small side tables were picked up on 10/09/2023. They said no problem. Apparently the size of my items listed required an 18-wheeler truck which upon arrival they realized wouldn’t fit so I was forced to pay another $200 extra for the driver/mover to walk my stuff from the street end to my house otherwise they would have left everything on the sidewalk. They should have informed me that they only have 18-wheeler trucks no matter the size of your move I would have gone with a smaller truck company. They knew how many items I had and the address but it was the day of arrival it became a question whether their truck could fit through the community gate. It was also a one-person operation: driver, mover, and assembler who couldn’t compete the job because the mover at the origin misplaced the parts for the bed and also damaged the tv stand. Delivery window I was told would be on 10/24/23 between 1-4pm. I took time off from work. Not having heard back close to 4pm when I called I was told it would be 5-8pm. I asked if they could hold till the next day so I could go to work. I was told it would be an additional $500. I decided to make arrangements to receive my delivery between 5-8 which had changed from 1-4. I was called and then told it wasn’t going to happen now till the next day. Do not use Wheatland VanLines. Alex, their agent is rude, arrogant, and has a poor attitude. After requesting photos of my broken furniture texted to him, he hasn’t responded to the several calls that I have made. They ask for CASH only so you have little recourse. Filing a claim now for the damage they we’re responsible for… a long and tedious process without any assistance from them.

Comment : Great experience! Still could not believe the driver was able to put that thing on the driveway! Fast, efficient and very careful with valuables. Went above and beyond to protect floors and walls. I have dealt with many moving companies in the past and this one swept me off my feet lol Highly recommend!
