Comment : All American Moving and Storage (www.moveus.net) is the worst moving company out there. The employees are incompetent and have no sense of good business. They are rude and condescending. They have no sense of truth and politeness. They had someone come to our house to do onsite estimate. On the day of pickup, they tripled the estimate written in the contract. They claimed they could not find the paper work. The dispatcher Angie and the relocation specialist Rosie Caruso of the San Jose office are deficient, you cannot reason with them. They could not give a delivery date or communicate in an amicable way without displaying an uncouth behavior. Their service is riddled with inefficiencies. When we asked for the number of their supervisor, they refused. They refuse to return calls or acknowledge email communications. It is infuriating to imagine such a company is in business. We wished we had read the reviews of this company before we used them. There are so many poor reviews about this company (www.moveus.net). Beware of this moving company.
