Comment : Chuck was very professional - when I needed to move, he did not quote over the phone but rather met me in person with all of his papers ready (insurance, reviews, etc). John and John (I believe) came to move me on a very snowy day - they were in and out fast, got me to my new place and placed everything in perfect shape. Chuck followed up for a week or so to make sure everything was in good shape and it was.
