The contracted drop off date was missed, and with no warning, a mover showed up. ONE PERSON, not the pro team you'd imagine. Took hours and parts of my bed missing, making it unusable and mattress has folded in the truck- breaking the support. Colonial took no responsibility again! Then the mover extorted cash for a long haul- which is wasn't, and wouldn't put on the credit card for the move- and refused to leave until I paid him this cash. Have notified the BBB and escalated. Be smart, use another company as it's not actually Colonial that move you and they don't care
