Comment : I requested there services to help me move from Chicago to Casper , WY. I went with Mayflower and they use Ft. Dearborn. Mayflower somehow seems to have good reviews mostly but my mistake being i did not look up Ft. Dearborn. Moving is never easy and with me starting a new job in WY where i have to be at work almost 13 hours a day it was not easy at all. I planned my whole work / personal life around the delivery window of two weeks that was given me. I lived in an almost empty apartment and making do with things hoping my stuff with arrive any day. My move coordinator Debra C. did a poor at communication. I never received any updates and i was the one constantly reaching out to find where the things are at. Today i emailed D.C. and i was told that my stuff MIGHT BE loaded on a truck on the last day of my delivery window. They have no regard for their customers and do whatever they want. They do NOT care if you are without your home for almost a month as long as they collect their massive bills and are happy.
