Comment : These very polite guys came early and stayed late and had a strong attention to detail. I had belongings in three locations and they were more than happy to run all over town to pick up my goods. They have all the professional equipment for moving and protecting your possessions during transport. They also have the right equipment to protect your home during the move as to not damage your walls and doors. They arrived on time at delivery and I received the same professional and careful attention to detail services that I was provided at pickup.

Comment : I've hired at least 3 other moving companies for previous home moves in the past. This company was by far the most professional. They were careful with my property, worked fast, non-stop without a break, and successfully overcame challenges (needed to haul bedroom furniture over a 2nd floor balcony due to a spiral staircase). They arrived at the arranged time, moved an entire house-load of furniture, etc. They completed the job within a few days. Highly recommend them.

Comment : We HIGHLY recommend this company. You get hard working, polite, clean and trust worthy veterans who care. These guys are willing to help in any way they can. My sister lost our grandfather and needed to get a house packed up fast then get it to Boston. We packed and they loaded drove to Frankfort and unloaded as well. We got lucky finding these guys. Price was more than fair.

Though I was uncertain at first time but Great American van lines removed my anxiety since the moment they came to make a survey for quotation. I received every items in our new rented apartment at unbroken condition. There was no ripped, no dent, no lost or tarnished of my belongings. Their crewmen were skilled enough to make a move perfect. They reminded us on the day before arrival whether I was ready to move. Comment : I've used so many moving companies before. There was always an issue of some sort, hidden fees, broken/misplaced items, unprofessional movers, the list goes on and on. I was hesitant in hiring another moving company, but hate moving myself so the choice was clear. I came across Great American Van Lines and must say I was pleasantly surprised. They reassured me and instilled confidence back in me and my decision to hire them for my move. I was pleased they did and that I chose them. They were amazing. Everything was as they told me and spelled out. Since using their service, I have referred them to all of my friends and family who have all had great moves and were very pleased. How many companies can you say go above and beyond? I can certainly vouch for them and say they do!

I had Gibson, Jese, and Fred come in and wrap up all my valuable belongings and had me in my new place in less than 7 hours. Comment : If I move again with my company, I would have no hesitation in hiring Great American Van Lines for their excellent commercial moving services. This is a super professional team with zeal to offer no less than the best moving service to clients. How can I forget my last move, within such a short notice? I not only had to make a commercial move, but also move my family and our belongings, as we had shifted base. As soon as I contacted them, they responded promptly and confirmed their availability. On the day of the move, they made sure everything was set up right – packing and loading was quick. Unloading and moving were equally quick. It was a great moving experience!

Comment : I found Great American Van Lines through a friend. I contacted them and they were in constant contact with us throughout the move preparation process. Great American Van Lines insisted on a visual evaluation of our belongings before giving us a price, unlike other movers who gave us quotes based solely on the weight to be moved. They Picked up and loaded carefully and were on their way. They arrived at the delivery as scheduled. All my items were in perfect condition and they set everything up where I desired.

When Nathan from Great American Van Lines explained the whole process to me, I knew I found the company I was looking for. He was so clear on how every step was going to work. Comment : When I moved to Tennessee from Chicago, IL last year, I used Great American Van Lines. And I am so glad I used them again to handle my move to California this year. From start to finish they did an excellent job. The estimate was spot on correct. And the guys who did the moving handled every box like it had fine china in it! They were so careful with everything. I highly recommend Great American Van Lines. They are professional, courteous and thoughtful in laying out mats, runners, etc. so as not to mess up the floors.

Comment : We were impressed with Great American Vanlines from start to finish. Made a reservation online and the email communication was thorough and clear. They did everything they said they were going to do leading up to arriving with check-ins and reminder details. On moving day Jim, Frank, and Greg arrived right on time and got to work. We moved from a fourth floor condo and they did an amazing job getting all of our furniture down to the truck. Careful, fast and efficient. On the other end, Smith and his crew got everything offloaded just as quickly and didn't put a scratch on anything in the new place. Furniture all arrived just fine as well. It's a good feeling when you know you've hired professionals who know how to do the job right. Without a doubt I would recommend Great American Vanlines.
