From the very first moment that I spoke to you Frank I knew that I was dealing with a high performance, customer service professional. Everything seemed too good to be true and today I write this letter to thank you for making my move from Arlington VA., to Salt Lake City Utah a very pleasant experience. During the pickup your Foreman Emilio was very courteous and highly professional, I could tell he cared and my point was proven when after many hard hours the eight wheeler was on its way.
