Comment : I have used Dr. Move five times in the past. After this sixth time, I will not every use them again or refer them to a friend (something I have done in the past). I have always had more items to move than what was on my inventory. I viewed the inventory as a guestimate. In the past, my movers have been extremely friendly, helpful, and always moved the extra items. Again, this was how it was the previous five times I had used Dr. Move. This time, the movers came up to the apartment and refused to move anything that was not on the inventory. AFTER moving one queen bed, they told me that they would have to charge me extra because it was not properly added on the inventory. The inventory said "queen bed," which apparently only means mattress even though there is no distinction when you fill out your inventory online.
