Comment : I am a single female, so picking a legit, safe mover is a top priority to me. I researched online - looked at company websites, online reviews, and the BBB site. This company is BBB accredited, so that was comforting. A BIG shout-out to KEMBERLY that works at this company. I spoke with her on the phone several times about my move (currently in a house with 2 others, but now am only moving my stuff to a 1 BR, 1BA apt.) & she was helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. If there was an unknown answer, she found out the answer. I highly recommend using this moving company, as they are patient and thorough & the service I received from them was excellent. Thanks again!

Comment : I contacted Half Price Movers to move my office from Lubbock to Beaumont. The movers were on time, they were kind. For few minutes we were discussing about how I wanted things to be packed so that it would be easy for me to unpack the items at the other end. They did as per my instructions. They finished packing the truck so fast. Finally the trip to my new spot was easy as they took good care of everything. The only problem I faced here was the lack of communication. Other than that everything went well. I would rate 4 stars out of five.

Comment : Seriously the best experience with movers we have ever had. These guys are amazing, and more careful with our belongings than we even were. The crew was friendly, respectful, cautious, worked quickly, and super efficient. It also did not hurt that they were extremely affordable. But to be honest, we would have paid anything to have such an amazing experience. Scheduling the movers was also such a breeze. They were 100 transparent with their pricing and what to expect. They called to follow up and confirm twice before the move, and called us prior to the crews arrival. Thank you for making our move so easy, and although we have no plans to move for a very long time, we will for sure be using this company.

Comment : I have hired Half Price for two moves over the last few years. Both times I have been extremely pleased and impressed with how friendly, quick, and professional everyone is. My move today was estimated to take 7 hours, including an hour of drive time from my old home to my new one. Alex and Stormy got my entire move completed in just over four hours. I highly recommend Half Price Movers and will definitely be a repeat customer, should I move again.

Comment : Unbelievable service and value. I was doing a move out and had A LOT of trash. They moved all of my heavy items into a cargo container. After they finished my move and took out the trash, I continued my packing of the smaller items and then realized that I had a lot more trash. I asked if they could return to remove the additional trash. They came back the next day and removed my additional trash and refused all efforts by me to pay them extra

Comment : The movers were professional, fast and done carefully. The price quoted was what I paid. It was not based on time. A previous move by another company a few years ago was a nightmare. This was a pleasant surprise I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
