Quick and Careful Moving
Very professional and friendly
True to their name they are indeed quick and careful. But they are also inexpensive, courteous and professional. I have hired them twice and have been very pleased with the results. They are limited in how many boxes they can take away when you are unpacking though. They do need to give their movers time to eat lunch though. We ended up feeding them ham sandwiches.

Absolutely an amazing moving experience provided by these guys. They showed up, on time and willing to adjust to my last minute moving needs. Completely blown away by their speed and ability to adjust on demand to our needs with affordable prices as well. Worth every single penny paid. I am speechless, I cannot say enough good things. Ben and the guys from Quality moving were fabulous. On time, worked tirelessly and moved us in record tome. Made sure we were happy with the work, set up beds and anything else we needed them to do. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and the price
An outstanding move from Quincy to the Chicago suburbs. Was quoted what I thought was a fair price. After the truck was loaded quickly and competently by the three man crew, it was weighed. I got a call that my final charge was twenty percent LOWER than the original estimate. The driver and crew were friendly, professional, efficient, and took great care of my worldly possessions. Moving can be a stressful adventure, but using Quincy Moving and Storage makes it a breeze

I hired these guys to move me from an apartment in Montrose to one outside of the city. To begin with, it was extremely easy to get a quote. When I called, I immediately reached someone and they told me what the hourly rate was. I scheduled the movers shortly after. They were wiling to come out the next day to move me anyone that can do things last minute gets extra points in my mind. The movers called me before they left their warehouse to confirm the address and to let me know they were coming. They showed up and got to work immediately. They were polite and professional and worked extremely hard. When we got to the new apartment, the unpacked quickly, helped me arrange furniture and put my bed frame back together. Though these things are what I expect in a moving company, I have moved often and have not always received such great service. I would definitely use these guys again. They were great.

QuickTime Movers
happy with their service
needed a company to pick up a Serta queen size luxury firm mattress (13" thick) & an adjustable base in Moreno Valley. Total weight was estimated around 500 lbs. 1st place quoted a 400 estimate based on how long it would take them to pick up and then set up the bed. SAY WHAT Signed on to Yelp, did a quick no pun intended review of movers in Hemet, find these guys, called and within a matter of minutes the job was set and at a cost savings of 60. WOOHOO indeed On pick up day they had a hard time finding the Serta Warehouse and called to get directions. No problem, since I am directionally challenged and had a hard time finding them a couple of days earlier even with a GPS. Pointed them in the right direction, told them their contact would be out front and they got the items loaded into the truck. They called when they arrived so I could open the gate and proceeded to haul that humongous mattress and base up two flights of stairs 7 steps each, around a tight corner, to a square end outside unit apartment with not a whole lot of space in front of it. The mattress had to be rested on my loveseat while they both delivery men and the boss, who they called a little later maneuvered the adjustable base into the bedroom, hooked up the electrical parts and then set it on the queen size bed frame. Once the base was done, it took all 3 to lift that huge mattress and get it settled correctly on the frame. We tested the remote to ensure everything was in working order and they were out the door to their next J.O.B. I apologize for not remembering names, but EVERYBODY was pleasant, professional, very careful in an extremely tight space the total apt is 495 sq ft and made sure things were set the way I wanted them. I know this was not the easiest of jobs and probably not the hardest, but I can tell you it took a lot of MUSCLE, PATIENCE and PERSPIRATION to get it done Thank you so much for everything. I will keep the company in mind when I find that new apartment in Escondido and San Marcos.

Queens Best Movers New York Moving
horrible experience
WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER They deserve no stars Do not book with them They will cancel on you 3 hours before your scheduled moving time and give you 2 options, to reschedule for the next day or cancel all together. It was the 31st and I was moving out of my apt and someone was moving in. He told me that the ONLY van they had scheduled for my move was in the shop for brake issues and would not be done in time. If the van was in the shop, why did not they tell me earlier in the day and not wait 3 hours before my appointment Horrible company

This is one of the most mismanaged companies I have ever dealt with. Dictated delivery time so that I had to miss work apparently cannot deliver after 3 p.m. and when I called at 2:10 p.m. on the scheduled day, the dispatcher was extremely rude to me. They originally dictated between 12 and 3, told me they had call the night before to give me a shorter time frame and then called me the night before and said 10:30 3. Does that sound like a shorter time frame to you Yes, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. If I ever had to arrange moving again, it would NEVER be with this company. The two dispatchers I spoke with were unprofessional, rude and arrogant.

if there was a rating less than ZERO I would have rated them more appropriately. there are so many similar issues that proves this company acted in a manner thats un acceptable and un lawful having said that I suggest the affected file a lawsuit against the owners by name as well as its employees and procure to the fullest extint of the law. it is obvious employees and owners were in cahoots together especially Whitney Wade.

super friendly and very professional
Unbelievable service With an inch of ice on the road, they picked up our furniture in hilly West Linn, and delivered it to us in Portland. They were right on time, which is especially impressive given the nasty weather. They did a great job wrapping and protecting the furniture. They did job beyond excellent, and we will be using them again in the future.

I contacted them, they discussed how to move some fragile pieces of furniture across the country, crated them up, contacted another shipper as they did not go to northern California. Nick worked on a price quote, AJ collected the items I wanted sent and crated them and Sue was my liaison answering my questions, making suggestions and finalizing the move. They were exceptionally helpful, professional, efficient, and extremely easy to work with.

This moving company was highly recommended to me by my friend who moved to Arizona. She has nothing but great things to say especially regarding the owner Rusty, so I decided to contact them. Rusty has great customer service skills. He is very professional, nice, responsive, and explains everything in details on what to expect. Their price is also very reasonable. He came over our house and the storage facility and gave us a great quote. I will do a review update later on once the move is complete, but for now i just wanted to thank Rusty for a great customer service and we appreciate his honesty.

Poindexter Moving
good company
I have hired Poindexter now two times and they have been wonderful both times First time I hired them was just to move me and nice to pack and move me. Once you hit a certain age you just gotta hire movers, your friends do not want to pull their back out for cheap beer and pizza and when you are trusting someone with all of your stuff you want it to be a reputable company, hire Poindexter Their guys were communicative, on time, friendly and got right down to business. They ask every time they were not sure if they should touch certain things like my closet, TV, valuables which I appreciated. Only bad thing is we are pretty sure they broke the glass shelves to our bar cart after I called they said they would ask around but never got back to me. But i only put the basic insurance so even if I filed a claim, I would not have gotten much money so I did not bother. Its not a deal breaker for me tho, Iam going to hire them again next time I move Highly recommend

Had an excellent experience with Pak Mail Phoenix whos contracted to pickup and ship out items from a local auction house. All items were picked up on the day required late fees would have been added if not and they provided prompt quotes for shipping and expertly packed it all, items arrived with zero damage. Considering the volume of shipping they have to handle dealing with the auction house, their communication and customer service were stellar, would not hesitate to use them again

I used this company for an office move. From the beginning to the end, I was met with professionalism, timeliness and speed. We were quoted a 6 hour move and they finished in about 4.5 Our items were moved with care and we were notified immediately when one of the crew members thought he had chipped a desk it was already chipped prior to the move. I will say that although the move was fairly easy for us, the labeling system can be pretty tedious for someone that has a lot of stuff. As far as pricing, it was fair. I will say that the quote should be a little more detailed to explain what your paying money for. But I do appreciate that even after the move, a team came back a couple days later to mount some TVs which was a huge help I would definitely recommend this company for your big move.

we sincerely cannot recommend
I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. They damaged my furniture and did nothing to repair it, arrived late, quoted me one amount then the amount on that day was much higher even after doing almost everything myself.
