helpful and hard working
This is a company that is ran by some great folks. I bought a large item on line and gave explicit instructions for it to be delivered to a different location than what was listed on my account due to the size and weight of said item. Well that company did not really care about my needs but as fortune would have it, that company turned to Hogland to ship my package. I called and talk to a gentleman on the phone and explained my situation. He was much more helpful and friendly than I ever could have imagined Thank you so much Hogland Transfer Company I recommend this company for all your shipping needs

secure everything nicely
I hired Houston 911 Movers for my most recent move and am very pleased with their service. Miguel and Elias arrived early in a clean, spacious, and well equipped moving truck. They disassembled my furniture and made sure to wrap and secure everything nicely. They were easy to talk to and highly attentive to labeled items and boxes. They worked well together and managed to move my 4th floor apartment in under 3hrs. Their prices are also great compared to other larger companies in the area. I highly recommend this team

Hopkins was great They recently moved me and were efficient, courteous, and everything went exactly as planned. Everything was placed where I wanted it and not a single thing was damaged in the slightest. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as I wanted it. Highly recommend.

Honolulu Movers
totally courteous and professional
Totally professional Company that was easy to work with and helped every step of the way. They got me on a Saturday which was last minute. The movers arrived and were totally courteous and professional. They loaded the truck with my things in less than half an hour and secured everything really well. They really treat you like family. When they arrived at my new place they were really careful not to bang anything and even took advice from the assistant resident manager on how to negotiate the tricky corner entrance to my unit. They were done with my move in in under 2 hours. If I ever need to move again I will definitely be calling this company again.

The response time was one day, exactly what I needed to coincide with my bulky pick up schedule. The guys were efficient and professional. They moved items up and down two floors with nary a scratch. They even adjusted a desk to level it at its new location. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Kudos to Mike, Tyrone, and Francis. Mahalo from a satisfied customer

Excellent customer service We were so happy with the team, both delivery people were super friendly, efficient and careful with our stuff. The price that we paid was totally worth it. Heaven on earth moving services
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Definitely 5 stars. This is the only moving company I will use. Honest, trustworthy, and friendly the whole staff from office to movers. The movers work hard and fast. Nothing broken. The guys were very accommodating. This is the second time I have used this company to move, and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them for all of your moving needs.

They arrived on time, were careful loading
Hiltz moved a really large, heavy frame down an long narrow road for me without any problems. They received the frame from a cross country shipment, stored it for a few days and delivered it right on time, right on budget. Truly professional and a pleasure to work with.

Hoods Movers
little disappointing
Recently used Hoods for a move within the Triad area. Scheduled an early morning start and they ended up over an hour late without any phone call. We actually had to call them to see what was going on, so that was a little disappointing. The move mostly went well, the guys working really hustled. One of my pieces of furniture did get badly damaged and a few other pieces got scratched up. I would recommend that if you do use them, possibly ask them to be careful with your belongings. They seemed more interested in speed and were a little careless with our possessions. However, their quickness does result in a very good price. Their hourly rates are lower than almost any of the competition and they certainly did not dawdle. They also took the damaged piece of furniture back and offered to get it fixed up for us and deliver it back to our home. They did an adequate job fixing it and delivered it after we followed back up with them.

At The START, Vince and His Crew of 1 ONE ARRIVED at the Property I had sold in NW DC Late 45 minutes Later than HE told me He called ME the night before to Ensure me He would be there on Time 9am to Load 8 eight UBOX Containers and Deliver them to the Takoma Park UHAUL storage facility. Houston Best Movers
No respond to my request
I used these guys in April to move an armoire, bed frame, and 2 night stands. They picked it up from the west side of Houston and brought it to the east side. I was not at the original location while they were loading up, but I was in contact with someone who was and who told me when they left. It took them much longer than it probably should have to drive between the two locations. After reading previous reviews I was prepared for the last minute price increase they were going to throw on top of the trip fee. They tried to haggle me for 20 more but I refused. After threatening to call the non emergency police the guy stopped haggling, but was still very rude. The employee working with him was kind. I was so uncomfortable I had them just drop all 4 of the items at the first place they could inside of my home and I set it all up myself. I would not hire these people again for any job.

worst experience
Absolutely terrible military move experience. Jewelry and collectibles were stolen, several things broken and boxes missing upon delivery. This was the first move I had done and did not know what to expect. I now move my own stuff as a result of the poor experience I had with this companys service.

Troy and James were amazing They got the job done so quickly and efficiently, but they also asked small questions along the way that made the unpacking afterwards so organized and helpful. I felt like they were there for us and wanted to make it as flawless as possible. They were kind, respectful, quick and personable. I have had some BAD moving experiences in my life and this was by far the best. They also sent Ryan out for a free in home estimate to start this process and that made me feel like the team was going to be prepared and informed about our move. Great experience with the team that moved me during COVID. Moving is already stressful, but doing it during COVID was even more stressful.
