White Glove Relocation
worst experience
Worst experience ever I moved 5 months ago with this company. They list that they are located in Naperville but my mover came from Chicago. With the added distance coming from Chicago I was forced to pay an extra fee for gas and mileage. The movers were supposed to be there between 8 to 10am and showed up at noon due to a flat tire. I called the unhelpful customer service and was advised to call the movers myself to resolve the time of their arrival. A day after the move I noticed I was missing a mirror. I emailed and called the company but still have not gotten my mirror or reimbursement.

Do not use this company. EVER They are awful. Abusive, lied about price. Nasty and unconcerned about your possessions. The worst movers in all my experience. The grand finale was the day workers they hired to put my stuff in storage. They ruined my inlay desk, they were threatening and crude. The day workers were the worst. We were terrorized the entire time. Jonathan and Tyler should be ashamed as to how they treat others but I doubt they give a damn.

Wilson Moving Company
Very affordable and dependable
I have moved several times in the past 15 years, and Wilson has moved me every time. They have moved me 600 feet to a new apartment, and they have moved me to Atlanta and back. The rates cannot be beat and the movers have heart. I have referred them to my family and friends and everyone always gets back to me telling me how awesome it was. Very affordable and dependable. Tiny jobs, big jobs. Cannot say enough about them! Thanks George

fantastic moving experience
We Haul did a fantastic job moving my son and his girlfriend from one suburb to another . They were prompt , courteous , and efficient The job came in at a price lower than the original estimate due to their speediness ! They were very careful with everything. I highly recommend

Well Done Moving
wonderful moving company
Well Done Movers moved some furniture for me on a weekend no less, the guys were both friendly and courteous. They were very helpful in helping me put my bed up as it was a heavy piece and lots of screws, they were very quick about it and had it together in no time. I will use this company again on any future moves

Whitt Transfer & Storage
great job protecting our furniture
xcellent company to work with! Not one broken glass, extremely professional packing, our floors were covered with mats, driver stayed in contact with us during the trip. Arrived when he said he would. We have another load and will definitely use Whitt Transfer for that load as well.

great customer service
So nice and efficient. We have used them twice now and absolutely love them. The guys moving us are so nice. They are extremely efficient. I have never had a move go so fast and with no problems. Would 100 percentage use them again. Cannot say enough good things about them

Velocity Moving and Storage
better moving experience
I have never had a better moving experience. Will and Moses were extremely friendly and warm, very efficient, and just fun to be around. My wife and I moved from New York to Michigan and we were stressed and anxious about moving our valuables such a long distance. The quality of service from Velocity was second to none one wine glass was broken out of 65 boxes of belongings, a peloton and many more expensive large items. Will and Moses were here for delivery on time, maintained a level of professionalism and transparency that I have never experienced in a move before. I would highly recommend Velocity sometimes the customer service line is tough to get a hold of and there were some times of uncertainty on our delivery date but I cannot do anything but award 5 stars when its all said and done. It was such a great experience when our things arrived. Thank you Will and Moses if we could book you directly again the next time we move we would in a heartbeat every single time.

Very professional and friendly
my girlfriend and I moved from Stanhope to blairs town. Found Vernays website and filled out an online form. Had a response in minutes and a quote minutes later Moving day Rich and his helper did not get his name showed up on time, Rich introduced himself, both guys were polite and helpful the job was done with care and efficiency. They took some things that were not on the list and took extra care of the things that needed it. When it came time for the bill it was adjusted down by almost half due to less movers than quoted and less time. They could have charged quote price but they did the right thing Thank you for making a stressful move less stressful

It was a great move overall great service, i was explained everything prior to move. The customer service was great and the movers make sure everything was packed and moved safely. I did had to pay extra for some boxes 75.00 Thank You and will use again if needed

customer service was of no help at all
VERY EXPENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I agree with the a other reviewer. This movers are very unprofessional and expensive. There is no free boxes and charge us extra 50 for 2 TVs to be extra wrap with bubble wrap. However, they only wrap one of them and still charge the same. The charge is 255 for 3 hours 85 for extra hour and offer 5 off for military discount. I pack everything myself in boxes to make sure all they do is load and unload to save money. I called and negotiated the price. Unfortunately, there is no written quote and when I asked about it when they arrive they told me it is all good and that they have it written to the same price we where quoted. Total move is 3 hours from 6-9pm when their tuck arrive to the new house we are moving into and before they can unload, I got really busy with prepping and helping them out that they decided to haggle with my passive husband to pay them 600.00 and convince him that it was the best price in town. I did not know all this until they left. I called and of course no answer It is true they have no business etiquette and good costumer service. They speak in their own native tongue Russian and when they are talking in English with me they start making fun of my husband that was watching my infant while we are moving. They have no courtesy and very expensive they will haggle you with money and YES, no military discount and free packing supply and boxes that was just gimmicks maybe even write their own review to give 5 stars SO BEWARE

Vosco Moving Austin
Excellent Work
I have used Vosco Moving twice now. Once in 2011 to move to Austin from New Braunfels. And again, recently, from Austin to my home in Leander. Both times the guys were personable, and took great care in my belongings and did a great job. Anytime I know someone is moving, I recommend Vosco to them. Now that I own a home, I hope to never move again. But if I had to, Id be using Vosco again.

No respond to my request
No show on delivery day, even though we were confirmed the day before. We were given no explanation because they were not even picking up their phone anymore. Several hours into the late evening and bad back later, we left a message for them to cancel.

US Relocation Systems
guys were careful with my stuff
I used US Relocation for a move from SoCal to NorCal and even though I booked with them a week before my schedule move out date but they were able to successfully schedule me in and get some local movers to help out. Just FYI US Relocation is NOT the actual moving company but the company that schedules everything for you and gets a third party moving company to do the labor. All in all, smooth moving process and everyone was very helpful and responsive. You should call your moving coordinator for the payments rather than paying the movers directly.

crew failed to take responsibility
This company was a disaster. Agent not properly trained. Packers were drinking on the job. Lots of broken pieces and they even lost an essential part of a custom bed for which they denied my claim. I even had a partial load go to a completely different city 1000 miles away. Unpacking was even more disastrous. Do not use this company.
