United Royal Van Lines
easy and fast service
My entire family was delighted with the services of United Royal Van Lines during our move. From the very beginning to the end, we worked with very friendly and helpful guys. Their dedication to the work plus their unmatched skills was on show as they managed to get the job done within the set timelines despite having to deal with unforeseen circumstances the sofa and the bed were too large to pass through the door. I regard these guys as a genius because they were able to disassemble skillfully the items that needed to be disassembled. They expertly wrapped everything, loaded them into the truck very artistically and upon delivery, they took it as their responsibility to reassemble the things they had disassembled. By the end of the move, everything was perfectly in its place. Everybody at United Royal whom we interacted with including the moving coordinator Arthur had a good sense of humor and it transformed the moving from being stressful to being enjoyable. When the truck carrying our things was caught up in a traffic jam, they handled the situation very skillfully and maturely. They were able to navigate through the situation without stressing us because they are very good communicators and called from the office to update us about the progress. Even with such difficulties, URVL were still able to deliver our stuff on time and us thus we had absolutely no time to start stressing over the safety of our things. When it came to payment, this is where we were surprised, in a good way Their charges were very reasonable and very low compared to other movers. When compared to the quality of service that we received, the pricing was way below what we had expected. My husband was very happy to get such quality work at such a low price, our children were happy to have their things at the other end and I was particularly for the timeliness of the delivery because I was reporting to work the day after. Highly recommendable.

crew failed to take responsibility
Charged extra fee for moving a sofa upstairs, even though I informed them during quote moving to 3 level town home. No unpacking done. Newly installed wood floors scratched and marks left across newly painted walls. Reached out to company and never heard back. Would not use this company again.

Do not use this company
If I could give negative stars I would, be warned this is the shittiest company ever, they promise one thing and then lie, while holding your stuff hostage. They demand more money then then asked for to begin with along with braking your shit. Customer Service is horrid. Our situation we even had to call the cops do to the hostel drive .we gle no compensation for the horrific situation we had been put though. So my advice to you is dont use this company unless you like tossing your money into the trash

U-Relax Movers LLC
good service
URelax was subcontracted by Armstrong Relocation & United Van Lines to do the unload for my cross country move and I was very happy with their service. They were very careful with our belongings and careful to not bang up the house. Our house has very narrow staircases and they had a big challenge getting some of the furniture up, in fact one piece was flat out too big to go around the tight turn. But, they tried as best they could without damaging the house. The unload and furniture set up took about 7 hours total. I hope not to have to move again until I am ready to retire but if I do I would be happy to have this crew manage the load.

great job protecting our furniture
These guys are great. I used Upline Moving for a move from The Bay Area to LA and back, so I suppose this review covers two moves. I got the same crew twice and that was Jose, Melvin, Sammy, and Victor. They wrapped my furniture like it was their own, there were no damages, and at the end I bought the guys some pizza. Thank you Upline for two successful moves

Great movers. Steve and his crew showed up right on time ready to work. And work hard they did. They helped me take the doors and tray off my fridge, and reassemble. Steve has a very large truck and all the equipment to properly pack and move. In most moves some stuff will get nicked or scratched, which is normal these guys did not mark anything They really did an expedient and careful move. Thanks much Steve and team

The crew was so nice
I am happy to share a happy removal experience with SDC. They gave us a fair quote, and everything from packing and pickup to delivery went really well. The crew was so nice and I really appreciate that they listened to me when I gave them instructions about some of my items. SDC was worth my money.

Great movers, great company Easy to work with and very conscientious movers. They take extreme care and extra steps to protect your goods, even if you are just moving down the street. I have used them twice and I routinely recommend these guys to my clients and they are never disappointed.

These guys were quick and efficient and protected all my furniture. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. They started by coming a few days before our move to give an estimate and see what materials were needed for packing. Then on moving day they showed up right on time and took the stress out of moving. Our estimate was accurate and we didnot pay more than we expected like we have with other moving companies in the past

Great job. The total cost of the move was good and the service was, too. The team was careful not to scratch surfaces during the move. They arrived on time in the morning both days. I had a bunch of lumber that I wanted moved, too, and they made no fuss about it. They disassembled a bunk bed and put it back together with no problem. They worked efficiently and quickly. Really, no complaints They seems like hard workers and I appreciate it.

Chris helped us to deliver the two large fiber glasses from shop to our house. He is on time and very professional. I thought the shop placed a wrong order should be clear glass instead of blue. No problem, Chris helped take it back. And after the shop pointed me that we just need to peel the blue film off, Chis took them back with a very reasonable extra charge.

I never had such a bad experience in my life I never used a moving company and never would again after all this! Lets start here They ruined My new floors in my new house! They had 3 guys working and only two worked The other one sat in the truck He dropped my kids toy box broke it and left it in the hallway banging up my walls They told us there was a ton pf stuff the could NOT take Never told us that! Gave me a quote when we left my house i signed and it was the same till i got to the new house and they kept charging me more money! Never ever told me that They lost the screws to my sons bed. They dented my walls up! Drove over my lawn and broke a sprinkler. Called the company and spoke w Gabriel and he told me he would take me to court if i didnot pay the extra money Really after ruining my whole house My child was without a bed for a week. I kept calling and getting a run around

Easy moving process
wo Man Movers helped us out of a Moving Bind. Due to a short notice Cancellation from another moving company, we were forced to find someone to help us in a pinch. Two Man Movers sent over Big T, Rasta, Jovany, and Angel. These men worked at a level that was nothing short of impressive. Not only were they professional, did a great job, but ended up doing it for around 400.00 less than what we were expecting to pay. If you are looking for someone to move your belongings this is the crew to go with. Thank you Two man Movers, and the staff that helped us move.

horrible experience
Horrible experience on the phone with them. First, they called me about 7 times in the span of three days. When I finally answered, I was quoted me $1900 to move 15 boxes and one queen mattress. When I asked the operator if they would consider lowering the price if I provided a competing quote, she put me her supervisor on the line. He talked down to me and told me no one would do it for less than them because its not economical despite me offering to provide a competing quote. He gave me the number for another company which I find extremely strange, given they seem so money hungry and when I said I did not want to be contacted by them anymore, he told me you are welcome for the help and hung up. Would not recommend this experience to anyone.

The worst experience Worst company DO NOT USE TOP MOVERS 2 weeks for furniture, it was damaged and peices missing. They do not care, they will not take any calls and have hung up on me. Sergio was rude amd disrespectful, Rachael hangs up on me when i call to discuss a claim. The movers that brought my furniture a sub contractor which they fail to mention was awful, unprofessional and extremely rude.
