basically wasting and entire hour of moving
Really bad experience. Booked two movers for four hours and they were the slowest movers I have ever seen or used. The main guy kept talking and not working, basically wasting and entire hour of actual moving time, which ended up costing us an extra hour. Also boxes were hidden in the house and not put where we they were requested to go which was an easy task as it was either basement or garage. I will no use this company ever again again. on top of it all the movers showed up over an hour late. Stay away

Hopkins and Sons, Inc
good company
Scheduled a move with Hopkins and Sons for a move and could not be happier with the experience. Our move was from Philly area to Maryland and the price was extremely reasonable. Our home settlement got rescheduled a couple times due to COVID delays with the mortgage company and Amy in their office was super helpful in rescheduling and coordinating when we found out last minute about the change in dates. Byron, Rob and Steve were the movers that assisted and were very personable, took great care of our items, and got the job done quickly and efficiently despite being paid hourly. Highly recommend you give Hopkins and Sons a call for your next move

Half Price Movers
Unbelievable service and value
Unbelievable service and value. I was doing a move out and had A LOT of trash. They moved all of my heavy items into a cargo container. After they finished my move and took out the trash, I continued my packing of the smaller items and then realized that I had a lot more trash. I asked if they could return to remove the additional trash. They came back the next day and removed my additional trash and refused all efforts by me to pay them extra

good service
Gasperson helped me with a recent move in NC and I had a great experience. The prices are reasonable and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. They handled my belongings with care and everything was in perfect condition when I received it. I hate assembling and disassembling furniture and they took care of this for me and did a great job They also were able to get my furniture up a flight of stairs with ease! I would use them again in the future and recommend them if you need to move

This company was recommended to me. First appointment did not show up for estimate! Called me when they were supposed to be hers and said they were delayed in Virginia , due to traffic. Second appointment 3 days later did not show up or call . Green Day Moving was fantastic! They sent 4 movers who were punctual and professional. They worked straight through what should have been 6 to 8 hours of moving boxes. They were done in 3.5 hours They were super efficient and I plan on hiring them for any moving job

GMS is definitely a diamond in the rough. I had just moved into my apartment two years prior and could not believe how much prices had gone up with inflation. Every company I called they were not willing to hear how little stuff I had, that there was an elevator and I was only moving to the floor above or that I only had a one bedroom without much furniture. The owner Evgeny was professional and actually listened to my predicament with me only having a week notice prev movers disappeared and was unable to contact G and C Moving.

Hard working and reliable
Global Movers saved the day last weekend when not one, but TWO other movers cancelled on me during a critical move weekend. They showed up about an hour and a half after our call asking if there was any way they had be able to squeeze us in during their fully booked weekend and the last weekend of the month. They were gracious and worked swiftly to staff up the team and help us out while we were in a bind. At the end of the move day, we had actually underestimated how long it would take to make our move, but our lead mover was flexible and fair to ensure we settled on a price that accounted for the additional hours without charging us way over what we were expecting to pay Hard working and reliable, would definitely recommend.

Excellent Work
It was a great company for my needs. Getting in touch with staff was easy and seamless. They were responsive and helpful since the moving process was already stressful as is. I did not experience anything negative throughout the process. All my belongings were delivered the way I packed it. I did take the precaution to label boxes with fragile items but I believe they were in good hands either way

Company is unprofessional and does not stand behind quoted amount. Upon delivery, there was two extra chairs that belonged to another customer. I did not accept them, but why were those pieces included with my inventory Not only that, but about a week after I gave them my credit card information, my card was comprised and used at multiple food and entertainment spots within a 5 mile radius of their office through third party apps. Does not take a detective to figure out who used my credit card information. When I brought this to their attention they did not reassure me that they would investigate the matter. When I tried reaching the rep who quoted me took my credit card information I was never able to reach him, even after asking to be transferred to his line on multiple days times. Again, stay away

I put a deposit down 4 days ago a bad mistake and today my offer fell through. The company refused to give me the deposit back, makes you use a venmo zelle debit so it is extremely difficult to get the money back, and are very rude. The fake reviews on other websites so beware This company does not move with their own staff, but rather broker 3rd party movers. I would never trust this company and hope no one falls for this scam

So I had a last minute move local move I submit information online and I received phone call from a different company and Iam glad that I chose fresh start relocation The estimate to my job six hours and its end up 5 12 hours so Iam happy I stayed with my budget Phyllis from customer service she is amazing she answered all my questions and very patiently generally I am only good word to say about them and they definitely deserve Five star review thank you definitely recommend

I have moved numerous times in the past 30 years, from one side of the country to the other and back. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. More damage than all the other moves combined. Sure they were the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. With all the negative reviews, Iam not sure how they are still in business or how the franchise hasnot been revoked. I would highly recommend finding another moving comapny, any other moving company
