Comment : Few days before I just shifted from Houston to Louisiana. I am completely satisfied with their service. They were very professional, organized, and friendly throughout the entire situation. Everything was as per the plan. Mainly, the cost did not exceed the quote. From the beginning they were very careful with my furniture. The workers of 1800PackRat, LLC really deserve a huge appreciation for their sincerity. Previously, when I shifted my office I had several problems right from the beginning. Whereas this time I made a good choice by selecting 1800PackRat, LLC.

Comment : They charged me for anothers month of storage even though they were in transit for the 1st of the month and they “had to charge me” for it. And now that I need the empty pod picked up they waited until 9pm to pick it up. You had think no big deal but his lights are flashing through my neighbors house an I am sure all the neighbors can hear the commotion hes making. Very angry with the pick up time choice, they had ALL DAY.
