these guys are the best! hadn't been to my old storage unit in about 2 years. hired them for the job. they were able to meet my sister at the unit to get a visual assessment and then guaranteed the price.on the day of move they went through everything and boxed all my knickknacks and memorabilia. i couldn't leave my sister to do all that herself so I'm glad they were able to do it- well worth the little bit extra.

Presidential Moving Services

I do not know how to thank them. Presidential Moving Services were simply too good during my move. I used them several days ago while moving to my new home and they did a splendid job. Movers arrived on time and began the work without wasting a single minute. It was a classy display by them. They were flawless during the whole move. Plus they were very speedy and cheap as well. So, I would obviously hire them again.

A friend of mine contracted with All American van Lines to move their son out of his college dorm. they came with high recommendation so i called to schedule a move. their calendar was a little booked up but because i was flexible they were able to fit me in on relatively short notice. some things i did not know but probably should have- i didn't pack my TV or my glass table (which i was subsequently charged for). Craig never told me i had to have these things done already so i ended up having to pay another $50. i called his supervisor to complain and although he assured me craig did go over these things with me he discounted the $50 off of my delivery balance. The guys on pick up and delivery were very polite and professional. they packed everything and even helped move some things i was throwing out to the dumpster which they really didn't have to do. this was better than

MOVING??? BEWARE of SUN CITY movers. My worst moving experience EVER. This company lures you in with a low estimate and savy sales rep, then hits you with a huge bill upon delivery of your stuff. I was charged multiple undisclosed fees for almost every piece of furniture that was loaded to the truck. The foreman Mike came in with his crew swooped in and started shrink wrapping our sofa's, beds ("because it may rain" he said)at the time of pick up. Adding 20 dollars for this and 40 dollars to wrap that -- mike insisted he was just a worker, it is not his fault. He is just doing what he was told. We ended up moving several pieces of ourselves because of all the additional fees. They showed up a day early and started grabbing stuff that was not even ready to go. Their plan was to use most of the estimated time for the move when they came and then charge for extra hours when they delivered my goods. My sales rep called me while on my way to meet the movers in the new city to tell me my bill had doubled. He expressed disbelief after I explained how it went the night before. He had "no idea" that the crew came early the night before. He told me don't worry he would handle it - give us a discount (fix it) and call me back. He never did. He left and went home. So MIKE presented me with the bill upon delivery. Which I disputed and tried to call his manager and my sales rep. But the "dispatcher" indicated everyone left for the weekend and that I should go get cash or money order or they would put my belongings in storage and would not know when they would be back to deliver them. They held the stuff hostage on the truck and extorted cash/money order for double the original estimate. The contract indicated you could use a credit card to pay but they would not accept a credit card even though the bill was way more than I was originally told it would be. I ended up driving around the strange new city and pulling some strings to try to come up with the additional cash to pay to get my belongings delivered. HORRIBLE business!!! STAY AWAY

DO NOT EVER CONTRACT WITH CANNONBURGH. Cannonburgh is prohibited by federal law (USDOT) from transporting or moving people's chattel goods because they have such a history of criminal fraud. The proprietor, Brenda "something or another" has a son who is a repeat offender. He is a drug addict and will steal anything you own if you do not check your items regularly. The local courts will do nothing because these people are local inhabitants connected to the political machine in this area. Check with the US Department of Transportation to confirm the contents of this commentary. Also, report them to the US Department of Transportation if they show up to transport or store your goods. Cannonburgh is not lawfully authorized to move anything beyond the confines of Murfreesboro. That means they cannot move anyone from Murfreesboro to anywhere else except within Murfreesboro. Ask to see the storage facility where your goods will be stored. Crooks, pure and simple.

What we had agreed with the estimator is exactly what I ended up paying. None of my properties were lost, and all my things were intact upon delivery without any damages. In fact, with their highly skilled employees, coupled with the moving tools that they brought with them to my place, I just knew that my things would be safe and sound. I was really worried about my furniture because my previous mover broke almost all my furniture. However, the guys from Exclusive Van Lines came with boxes which they used to pack my furniture. I was really happy to get my furniture without any sign of a scratch!

Everybody at Exclusive Van Lines whom we talked to had a good sense of humor, and it transformed the moving from being stressful to being enjoyable. When the truck carrying our things was caught up in a traffic jam, they handled the situation very skillfully and maturely. They were able to navigate through the situation without stressing us because they are very good communicators and called from the office to update us about the progress. Even with such difficulties, Exclusive Van Lines were still able to deliver our stuff on time, and I just have to commend and recommend them.

They were very professional. Booking a date for the move was very easy, the customer rep that I spoke to was courteous. The movers came on time and didn't slack at all. They worked hard for the entire duration. The final bill for the move was very close to the initial estimate.

I thank you for your assistance at moving things for my friend. The staff were efficient, pleasant and courteous. Everything was explained in detail. I expected the move to take less than 2 hours and it did. I paid less than I had originally thought I would have to pay when thinking about movers.

I was very pleased with the movers. All (5) were professional in their attitude. They handled my furniture with care and after placing furniture did not seem to mind changing the position when I requested it. The item that was left on the truck was returned promptly

I loved how these guys disassembled my bed and reassembled it once they delivered in my new place. The mattresses were also folded expertly. They cared for my things as if they were their own. Everything they did was perfect, and I recommend them.

I am not like others. That is why I am going to say something which might surprise most of the people. I would say that “moving is easy” but you must hire the best possible movers to deal with your move. I did not look for the cheapest company; I went for the quality and booked my move with Public Moving. They were simply brilliant. From the packing to loading, unloading, storing everything went superb and within the given time. Nothing caused any damage or unexpected delay. I would like to rate this company as the best
