This company sent 3 guys to pack up my household goods for a move to the lower 48. I would only give them 2-3 stars for their packing skills - I caught one of them putting my pans into a box without any protective layering in between the pans (which would have damaged the non-stick surface) - but they were very careful about wrapping framed art and my mattress, etc. One of the guys was quite chatty and not good at talking while packing, which meant he spent more time talking than working, but his coworkers made up for it with efficiency and speed. The reason I am giving this review 4 stars is for how quickly they worked to make a sad situation right: one of them accidentally knocked over a kitchen appliance and put a dent in it. Within a few minutes the owner and written a check to replace the full value of the appliance. Thats darn good customer service right there.

Kash Moving
These guys were professional both times and I was left not worrying about anything.
I had Kash Movers move my familys things I got some great guys who came to the house this morning. Both Anthony and Dan were great. Handled all my mothers things with care. They packed many items that were left unpacked and did it with a positive spirit. After getting finished up I even got a call from one of his guys offering to unload the truck for me which was kind of him unfortunately we are going cross country so that did not work. This was actually the second batch of items that were moved by Kash. First batch which were my things they actually took cross country for me both Issa and Jason were great loaded all my things into the garage in an organized fashion too as I moved to a smaller place. Moves are always very complicated and stressful but honestly I was stressed out for no reason. These guys were professional both times and I was left not worrying about anything. They were honest and hard working guys, a true hard working small business that makes America great. Thanks guys for all your help and I will make sure to spread the word.

Keep Austin Moving
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This is the first time I have used a moving company and I am glad I chose Keep Austin Moving. Taylor and Daniel did my move. They were on time (early actually), very professional, and super efficient. Having no experience with movers I figured I had be walking into a mess but they asked me where I wanted things to go and did their best to organize my new place. There were a couple of broken glasses but that was due to my lack of packing skills. Thank you guys! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of movers.

We hired Kentuckiana moving for a Friday move over a distance of 17 miles. We were told to expect them to arrive for the move between 8 & 9. I got a call at 9 that their ETA was 9:30; this 30-minute delay was no big deal to us. The 3-man time was efficient and appeared to be careful with our furniture. They were polite and clear in their communication both before and during the move. We were given a time estimate of this being a 6-8 hour job and it took 6 hours, for which we paid. The only reason I knocked off 1 star is that, since we have been able to review everything that was moved, we have detected noticeable damage to a few furniture items (e.g., wood splintering on one of the beds) that they never mentioned to us; the damage is easy to see and it is very unlikely that they did not see it. We understand that things happen during a move but would have appreciated acknowledgment of the damage before they left. Overall, we appreciate their time and effort and feel that we got a good value for our move.

Just be careful and clear about your rate and hourly agreement. We had an agreed upon rate with the owner when we originally booked, but this was not communicated to guys who showed up to move. They assumed a higher rate on our bill when finished. We informed them of the lower rate and they conceded but then said they had to charge us for the current hour that we were 7mins into. Bottom line: Delivery guys were nice and worked hard but either way they will get their normal rate no matter the original agreement so just be VERY clear and find out about if the round up on the hr before the first box is moved and u should be fine

We had a great experience with this company. They were true professionals from the estimate all the way to the end of our move. We had Daniel and John, I believe (I am so sorry I cannot remember their names for sure) as our movers. They were courteous and professional from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently. They took great care of our belongings. We are storing our things for a while and they made the absolute most of our space and took care to arrange everything to keep anything from getting damaged. They truly went above and beyond for us and they worked hard! I would use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy moving company.

disappointing and frustrating experience
Very disappointed I referred them to a friend. There was supposed to be 3 of them only 2 showed up and then said the third one was not going to make it but had the key to unlock the back. They said they would be back never showed up and then when we called the owner he suggested that we call the guys back.

I reserved a moving truck for a local move weeks in advance. Mark at Kedney Moving Center called me just a few days before my scheduled pickup time to inform me that they would not have a truck for me because they are renting it to someone else who is traveling further (so they make more money).

Many things broken. No regard for peoples things. Completely unsatisfied with the response. It has been 6 months since the move and FOUR MONTHS since I have turned the paperwork in and have received no response on settlement. They are not someone I would recommend to any other military families.

Jimmys piano moving was incredible! I got this recommendation from my friend who is a professional musician and piano player. I would not use anybody else. They moved a very and important Yamaha C5 for my family Its a family heirloom. They were on time careful and had excellent communication. I would not use anyone else!

Joe Bonnie and Son was amazing. They came within the schedule time and moved 1100 sq foot/2 bedroom condo in 90 minutes. They took extra care in packing my vintage lucite and glass dining room table. It arrived without a scratch. They also wrapped everything up in blankets and plastic wrap. All my items arrived safely. The 2 guys who came were so nice and professional. Use this company when you move-you will NOT be sorry!!

Junk Dawgs came out and demo our patio cover. Response to inquiry and communication was prompt and professional. Price was not the lowest around, but was reasonable. The crew, Colton and Nathan, showed up on time, were friendly and courteous, worked efficiently and handled cleanup quickly. One minor issue (no ladder, extension cord) but I had both so it was not a problem. Overall, a very good experience using a local company.

We hired JMS to pack and move my elderly in-laws. With over 40 years of accumulated items, this was no small task. All of the antiques were handled with care. This was a multi-day project and the guys were on time and worked hard. They took a stressful situation and made it easier. They were friendly and professional and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good mover in the future.

Horrible. They cancelled the job after not answering my calls about them being over 2 hours late. They never showed up. I got a text from the owner stating that I need to cancel the order because he did not know where his workers were. They were selected from the uhaul site.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED. DO NOT USE. Not only was my estimate way below actual costs; my stuff arrived well after the quoted arrival date. And as you can see from their responses to previous reviews, they hide behind fine print in their contracts to allow for all these grievances and deceive their customers. Despite being assured that my stuff would arrive within a specific time period, Jet Van Lines continuously pushed back the arrival date and repeatedly cited their right to ship items within THIRTY DAYS OF FIRST AVAILABLE DELIVERY DAY.

Terrible. Do not use them. We finally received our belongings after two weeks. They wrecked a wicker coffee table, ruined an antique table, broke pictures, dismantled an antique dresser (I have no idea where the rest of the parts are and they are not replaceable). The truck driver called to confirm delivery. They first told us June 10th then it was June 11th. The truck driver was told the 10th as well. We could not receive the load because we made arrangements for other appointments that day since the final word from Jobbers was the 11th. The truck driver was very nice and said we were the customers so he would do whatever we requested. He had to spend a night at a truck stop. Then they did not tell us they had movers to unload us and it was a total fiasco. I am dreading opening other boxes, packages to see what else they have ruined. Run, do not walk, away from this company. I would give them negative stars if possible.
