I had a military move stored and delivered by Quality. The delivery was fine-it was separated on to separate trucks, but the unloading team managed it well and for the size of our house unloaded very quickly. Due to the time they completed unloading, after showing up mid morning, I requested that they put together the furniture and see if they could get a supervisor to agree to pick up the boxes later (I was allowed a full unpack and box removal). The supervisor agreed and they left around 7 pm. Thats where the service went downhill. My husband and I called multiple times starting a few days after the unload to get a box pick up. The boxes sat for WEEKS in my garage and living room (they would only pick up the boxes if they were dry). Every call was that they would be there by Tuesday or that we were on the schedule that weekend. The boxes were never picked up. Now, six weeks later I have paid to get rid of the boxes I could not give away. I called them yesterday (11 July) to let them know I was leaving this review, and suddenly "we could have come to pick them up today." While the offer is nice, I wanted that well over a month ago. I would use Quality again, but I would not allow them to leave without a job being 100% complete, unfortunately.

These guys did an outstanding job they definitely made my move very easy. The representative set a realistic expectation for my delivery which was very trustworthy for me in contrast with other companies that I have used in the past. If I have to, I will definitely be using this company again.

Five Stars Movers
I would definitely recommend
I have used Five Star Movers for three moves over the course of the past 7 years. Overall, they have been fantastic. Erika is very responsive and helpful. The booking process was easy. Their pricing is better than many companies. In every move, the guys showed up on time, were fast and efficient, and put everything where I asked. The only issue I have had is during my most recent move, they were backing the truck up into my driveway and backer into my porch, breaking the railing. I watched it happen, and so did the spotter, who inexplicably told the driver to keep backing up until he hit the railing. However, when I told them about the damage they were apologetic and came back right away to fix the railing (and did a great job fixing it). Looking at past reviews, it seems like everyone who hires them for local moves is happy, and people who have hired them for long distance moves are unhappy. I can say after 3 local moves that I would definitely use them again.

Bert Fix Price Move was the best...professional, responsive, clear, clean, careful and kept moving. No fooling around. One gentleman of 3 was the leader of the group and kept things moving along, in addition to working as well. Would highly recommend and use again. We have moved a few times and this was the best. Best experience. Great guys. Everything was perfect. Things I did not have time to pack they carefully packed for me. Rain storm in middle of move and they were able to back truck into garage for minimal exposure to elements. Highly recommend

Excellent Work
Hands down- the best moving crew I have ever worked with! Experienced movers, who are kind and respectful of me, my property, and my clients property. FLAT FEE MOVING
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We used flat fee moving to move our 2 1/2 bedroom apartment to a house in Princeton. Laura and the crew give us a call before they arrived and they arrived on time. They were very polite, very efficient, and loaded up the truck from the top floor of the house taking care of our belongings. At the new house they unloaded the truck just as quickly, putting the right boxes in the right rooms and reassembling everything very diligently. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to move. They were dependable and very efficient.

Do not use this company
They were very disrespectful with our things and with us. They tried to charge us $16,000 to go from Indiana to Florida. These people are money hungry and they do not care about you or your belongings. They have broken a lot of our things from dishes to curio cabinets and vases to sentimentals even though they were all packed well. It was mostly all broken. I even went the extra mile to bake them cookies for everything they were doing for us. But of course this was before I realized what they had done to our things. They even failed to unhook our clothing washer and all the water was going everywhere while they just stood around and was talking to one another not caring about what was going on. Then when we told them they needed to clean up their mess, they acted like they were too good to take responsibility for what they did.

Unprofessional. FID shipping is a total frode. The 8 wks delivery ended up in 2 years with a lost cargo and 7000 dollars fees for a shipment/ delivery that never happens. The company/owner never reply to questions and give explanations. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I even hired a lawyer to solve the case and he were not able to get anything out---since the owner never reply to any mails or phone calls.

great experience and great follow up
This is the 2nd time I have used Reds, This time was a internal move w/in my apt. Building... these guys are PROS!!!!! I am temporarily confined to a wheelchair due to a injury but they moved all my furniture exactly where my mom & I asked them to place them ... & if we changed our mind on a place they did not hesitate to ask twice. GREAT RATE as well!!! THANKS AGAIN REDs

fast and efficient
The team from Roadrunners did an amazing job with my move from Boston to Portland. They treated my belongings with care and respect. The were on time, fast and efficient. There were some glitches at the Portland end ( the fault of the realty company NOT the movers) and they handled it all speedily and professionally. I also got lots of useful advice on packing and unpacking. I recommend them highly!

Red Carpet Moving Company
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The crew from Red Carpet Moving and Storage was wonderful! They arrived right on time and got straight to work. Everything was wrapped carefully and nothing was lost or damaged. Literally, the only thing we had to do was tell them what to take and where to put it in the new place. They could not have been more helpful or polite. They got everything done including pick up, wrapping furniture pieces, loading, delivery, furniture placement and re-assembly in one day. We were so impressed with the crew and reasonable pricing that we used Red Carpet Moving and Storage the next month to move my brother. The second crew was equally wonderful. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Rosado Movers. From my first contact in which I received an immediate call back from Robert, to his willingness to accommodate my requested date and the move of my small load, to the actual move, I was so impressed. When the men came to move my things, they were respectful, friendly, and careful about wrapping and carrying things and placing them where I asked, putting booties on every time they entered my home, and the new place. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

I would not recommend them.
Our boxes had to be transferred from one truck to another because the first driver had a family issue. Once at our final destination, several boxes were missing and the crew rushed us to sign off saying that the missing boxes would be covered in claims. This was not true. The claims department would not replace the missing items because we signed off!

poor experience
They disappear once you give them a deposit. They never showed up to pick up my belongings and I was forced to use another moving company. They will not respond or return messages. They lie stating I canceled so they can keep my deposit. Why would I cancel when I needed to move and gave them a deposit? Do not use them!

They picked my things up for a move but my items did not arrive for TWO months. I only received about half of my belongings, and ALL of my electronics were missing. I was offered $75.00 for nearly $2000 worth of missing items. Some of those items hold sentimental value and cannot be replaced. Region Relocation also made my personal email address public to a group of customers without my consent. Every member of this group was waiting on their items to arrive, and many received damaged items if they received anything at all. Even though my move was from Atlanta, my items remained in a rented public storage unit, not a warehouse or physical building. Please do not use this company. I have suffered emotionally due to the stress associated with this move.
