BEST Transportation has been amazing
Peter is one of the hardest working people in the business. He helped me move out of my condo and into my elderly dads house. After that he hauled all the junk out of the basement; which was a HUGE effort. He gave awesome advice on what to sell and what to throw out. He is my go to guy with any and all moving projects; and he should be yours as well. He is a credit to his profession.

They were fast, efficient, careful, and kind.
We are a military family and had our goods delivered today. The crew they sent was Amazing! They were fast, efficient, careful, and kind. My husband and I were impressed by how hard working they all were; no slackers. We had heard nightmares of untrustworthy, or unkempt crews; this was NOT our experience. Agent for moving company.
They were the ones who did the estimating. Then I paid the other company. I would not use them for booking again. If they went with a different Van line we would use them again.

I would use this company if you plan on being lied to. Steven Dawson gave me a window of 12-4 on a Friday. My movers arrived unprepared with 0 tools. I clearly asked Steven for two things. 1. Take my bed apart and reassemble. 2. Take my wall mount down. Then Steven sent his "his best guys" who arrived at 4:40pm. Steven responded to my email see his response below.

This company is the best.
This company is the best. We used them almost a year ago, when we moved out of our house for a remodel on our home. Kim the owner, is very easy to work with. Because we were repeat customers, it took one simple phone call to get the move scheduled. Angel, Henry and their crew were very friendly, professional and most importantly careful with our belongings. They took all the precautions they needed to, to make sure that they didnot scuff our new floors or scuff our newly painted walls. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

Angelo Apartment Movers
best company
I have used Angelo Apartment Movers/Lone Star Moving the past two times I moved my daughter and they were good and pretty reasonable. The guys worked fast and got it all done. I was happy so I thought I would call them again because my daughter is moving yet again. So I called and I spoke to Nick. I explained that I just needed her stuff moved into a storage place and he then said that they actually can move her stuff into a crate sort of thing and store it for us until she is ready to move again and then just bring the crate over. I have actually never heard of this so I agreed to let him go to her place and see what all needed to be stored and go from there. He told me that it would take 3 hours to move her little one bedroom apartment into a crate and it would cost me $400 plus anywhere from $80-100 per month to stor it. WTH! When they moved her previously, it took them 1 hours to load up her stuff...drive over to her new apartment...and unload everything. I paid $145.00. This was about a year ago. NOW its going to take 3 hours? What the hell kind of since does that make. I also requested a quote to just move her stuff to a storage facility (not theirs) and then the he told me it would be $500. I said Excuse me, I am just a little in shock her because I have used you all two times before to move her and I think I paid around $150. He then told me that they charge by the hour and it was going to take 3-4 hours to move her items. All she literally has is: a queen size bed, dresser, desk, entertainment center, dining room table and 4 chairs, and a washer and dry. How does that take 3-4 hours to move it? So I told Nick that maybe I was wrong and had used someone different before and that I didnot think that $400-500 to move an apartment is in my budget and he hung up on me! Rude. So then I look at my receipt previously and it the total was $145.00 and it took them an hour. Nick is the owner of the company so there is no one else to talk to but this is just extreme. We are a small town and you have been here for a long time. You should not be trying to rip off the people of this small town Nick.

Austin Van & Storage
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Pretty horrendous service from the company. While the folks they sent out to move our house were hard working and motivated, we all seemed to share a disdain for the incompetence of the management. They repeatedly underestimated every aspect of the job even though we knew how many pounds of items would be moving as we frequently relocate. The result was a three day job took over a week, leaving us unable to get the carpets cleaned and the house painted. The cleared flaw with the company is their ability to communicate with each other as we attempted over a dozen times in the course of the week to point out the underestimate of manpower, equipment, time etc., so they might be able to allocate the appropriate amount. If you have I fixed timeline, I would look to another company. If you like to wait around and repeatedly be blown off, these are your guys.

Would use again for Moving Services.
Very pleased overall with the moving experience with AAMS. From Michael Olmi walking through our house and evaluating our needs as well as giving us an extremely fair (much lower than any competitor) estimate and quote to Juan our Driver and the Moving professionals who assisted him load our stuff to the team who unloaded our stuff in Texas we were overall very satisfied with the level of service. We even got money back into our account after the Weight turned out to be less than originally anticipated which was an unexpected but a welcome surprise. Would use again for Moving Services.

Wow, what great service! Very responsive, reliable, and friendly. He went above and beyond for quality service. They even helped move my old washer and dryer to the storage area and hooked up my New washer and dryer! What moving company will do that?! I do not have one scratch in the my new house due to the move and I am grateful for their services!

West Coast Moving & Storage
Nice guy, on time.
Called Tom just this morning and he was able to fit me in just an hour or so later to haul some appliances away - for a very reasonable price. Tom was even patient when I realized that my oven was not completely disconnected and I had to work it to get completely pulled out... while he waited, holding the oven for me. (I believe most would have bitched and moaned about it but Toms primary concern when I pulled out the wire cutters was that I was certain the electricity was off - it was, but I certainly appreciated the reminder.)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We contracted with WA well in advance of the projected start date, we did this to assure the date we wanted and a smooth lifting and construction process. This was to be our final step in the rebuilding process that we have been dealing with since Hurricane Sandy destroyed our home on 10/29/12. The relationship was going good until Oct 7th, the agreed upon lifting date, we set when I sent the deposit back in July. a day before the 7th, I get the call that they cant make it, and he will let me know. 10 days later he shows up and looks under the house and says it not cleaned out enough and wont be back for a while. I told him he better be here in the morning. I cleaned out the cellar and they were back in the am.

Walsh Moving and Storage was recommended by our best friends that moved to Arizona. They were very happy with them and so we contracted them for our move & storage to Indio, CA. Everyone was very professional and the movers, Manny, James, Charles and others that came and packed up my home of 30 years in 2 days, put the truck in storage for 1 month and then delivered my items on time. The charges were very reasonable and I couldnot be happier. Thank you to all at Walsh Moving and Storage.

Found Virginia is for Movers on Angie’s list and they were quick to coordinate and evaluate our heavy furniture from our apartment and storage unit that would be wrapped and ready for them to move and load into a 26 truck. Brya, Marquise, Elijah & Phillip were all pleasant and professional to work with. They are all a very hard working group who did an excellent job during a very stressful and trying time. United Capital Funding Corp
Huge waste of time.
Huge waste of time, I contacted united capital source for a second business loan to assist me with more product inventory. Yesterday I sent in all my documents, proof of sales with square and even was transparent and upfront with them yesterday and said "Hey look I took out a loan with another company I am looking for additional funding I am not trying to hide anything just need the additional assistance. John Baum was upfront and transparent and said he could not guarantee anything, but he would try. John gives me a ring back yesterday and says hey I got you approved for 3K, but I am trying to get you 3-5 k but send your voided check and government issued id to me and your square sales history which I did, now he says I got you approved for 4k and I will send the contract. Long story short United capital source called me talking about "What did you do too Bitty?" I said what I did not do anything then he goes well the bank is saying you put a stop payment to bitty and I said I just logged into my account the stop payment is for a check clearly which means capital funding source made false assumptions and decided not to fund me due to a stop payment on a check I had issued yesterday to a vendor, they falsely assumed I put a stop payment on the funds with the other loan which is impossible when my bank account still shows funds coming out from the other loan provider.

Great company!Definitely recommend.
Lets face it: Moving is stressful, but UPack made it so much better! They were responsive, on time, and beat the price on all of the competitors! Their policy of pay for only what you use is great - we had two ReloCubes delivered and only used one. No hidden fees or taxes, unlike Pods! Reading the BBB reviews of Packrat scared me away, so I stuck it out with UPack and could not be more satisfied.

Sneaks in extra charges, says they are only the broker, extorts you as they are probably screwing over their drivers too. The main phone number is disconnected, they call you from blocked phone numbers. They have no way of telling where the trucks are. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would rather move it myself with one arm and a hernia than use these shysters. They should be in prison.
