Called Daze Transfer and Storage to move a large hot tub from the driveway to the backyard. I was given a quote over the phone and approximate time for the day I needed. The crew showed up on time and were courteous and professional. They completed the job in record time and checked to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Daze Transfer and Storage. I will be using them again soon.

Amazing professional movers
Jonathan and his team absolutely rocked this move. Very professional and they made sure that EVERY box was accounted for. If anything was damaged at all they would call me before moving it. They packed the storage facility like a game of Tetris, making sure that all items placed were very secure so as not to let anything fall. And the team themselves were great to hang out with while they were working. Will definitely use them again.

An excellent experience with Mike and his team. We really enjoyed his professionalism and punctuality. Him and his team arrived at 10am, everything was moved without any damage to any of the furniture and they even wrapped all the furniture to make sure it would not get damaged on the way to the new place. Great price, friendly service that is on time. He even called us in advance to confirm our move which was greatly appreciated. Next time we are moving, we will use his services and we can also recommend this moving company to others.

Crown Moving & Storage, Inc
No respond to my request
I had the rep come and take the inventory and not ever receiving my estimate, I called the Sales Rep (Phil) and he had not even heard from the person doing the inventory. When I finally received my estimate I got texts asking if we had decided yet. Then eight days later I called to say we wanted to go with Crown for our move I was asked why it took me so long to decide. The sales rep changed the dates of the move and I was told I had changed them. Bottom line Phil showed no professionalism, never followed up like he said he would, and decided that everything was my fault.

Carneros Self Storage Park
worst experience ever i have seen
They were fine for almost 20 years and they must be under new management because no one answers the phones, you can leave a voicemail and NO ONE will return your call NO ONE We have been double billed for 8 months, one on the unit we have there and apparently another unit that is empty because we do not even know the unit number or have a lock for that unit. I call and get a service center. They REFUSE to tell me the manager or district managers names. They would not tell me the parent company so I can contact them This place has gone down the tubes. They jacked up the monthly rates and the service fell through the cracks after it was sold. BEWARE Do not say I did not warn you

professional yet engaging
Moving is always stressful and difficult so the right moving company is essential for your peace of mind. We chose Carolina Moving and Storage and they made our move a great experience. We got to know Al, John, Cedric, Reggie and several others, aces all of them. They were professional yet engaging. They worked nonstop and made sure to be careful with all of our stuff. We have actually moved too many times in the past 8 years and this is the first time nothing was damaged or went missing. But the real support came when it was time to deliver our belongings. There was a delay in closing the house we sold so we could not close on time in our new location. Deborah just took the pressure off and said when the house closes let her know and she will work out a delivery schedule. She was not even rattled when we had another false start. To say we are grateful to all the Carolina Moving folks is an understatement. If you are moving choosing Carolina Moving is the only choice in my book.

crew works so efficiently
Used Commonwealth Movers several times during the past few months. Had different crews but all moving crews were polite, efficient and knew what they were doing. The office staff was very helpful answering questions related to packing and moving and quick to follow up. Only one item damaged during several moves. Rates are very good particularly when the moving crew works so efficiently on the job. I would use them again and did without hesitation

Countrywide Moving Inc
excellent work ethic
Countrywide is the standard by which I judge all moving companies. The crew here is top notch, especially Eric the foreman. He is meticulous, careful, runs a tight ship, and has an excellent work ethic. i have had the pleasure of using this company for a local move and and interstate move, and the guys (particularly Eric and Hector) are always so careful with my things and so efficient. Frankly, other places pale in comparison. Sadly, Countrywide was not available for a local move within CT so I can had to go with another company that did not measure up. I would happily pay a premium just to ensure they are responsible for every move I have for the rest of my life.

Christian Moving & Storage
customer service was of no help at all
We contracted with Christian Brothers Moving to move our household goods and we did not receive acceptable service. They stated that we would have two of their moving trucks available for our move and their packing crew confirmed this would be the case after they packed our belongings. On our move day they only provided one truck which dramatically extended the time period for our move and resulted in additional costs to us. Christian Brothers responded stating that during our telephone interview reviewing our household items that we did not make them aware of the extent of the contents of our home which is not accurate. In addition, their packing crew packed all of our goods and they were very well aware of the size and scope of our items requiring movement. In addition, our treadmill was functioning without any flaws prior to the move. Christian Brothers needed to disassemble the treadmill in order to move it from our old home to our new home. Upon delivery and reassembly of our treadmill it did not nor has it ever functioned at all after the move. The moving crew acted as if this was not an issue as they were very intent on leaving for the day. I reached out to Christian Brothers about these items and they asked for photos and information which I provided. Christian Brothers has disavowed themselves from any responsibility for these two situations which is unprofessional of them. I would highly recommend that prior to considering or hiring Christian Brothers for a move that you choose a different more professional, responsible, and reputable firm.

I would not recommend them.
I just had an unbelievably bad experience at Chest Moving and Storage. I have never written a Yelp review in my life but I feel like I need to do so now, as a kind of public service. The gist I drove a U Haul cargo van 8.6 miles and the person at the desk, Lori, tried to charge me for 45 miles. She became increasingly loud and rude at one point she brought my partner to tears. I have never had a customer experience this terrible in my forty plus years. I called my credit card company afterward to explain the situation and to get a new card I was not comfortable with the idea of this store manager having my card information. Thats how awful the whole experience was. Please avoid Chest Moving and Storage, at all costs.

I would highly recommend them
After several interstate moves done on our own, I was ready to have someone else do the work. I was afraid that the cost would be exorbitant, but this company was very reasonable. The estimate was almost perfect The packers came when they said and they were done very quickly. Nothing was broken or damaged at our destination. I would recommend Continental to anyone

super friendly and very professional
I have moved cross country 5 times now. This was a super easy and professional move. Nothing broken or damaged. On time with all aspects. Things they packed was done excellently. The movers on both ends were great. This is the 3rd bekins move. Twice I made the mistake of using someone else and each time I was sorry. Bekins all the way from now on.

Bust N Moves Moving Company LLC

Very organized moving company. Communication throughout the process was very good. The two young men, Andrew and Carlos, who loaded, transported and unloaded our belongings were professional, communicated well and did the job in what I consider a timely manner. And they managed to move a very large hutch into the basement carefully and efficiently. It is good to see young people with such a good work ethic. If I need to move belongings that I cannot handle in the future, I will reach out to BustNMoves again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I recently had Burris move me. I was impressed that they had such conscientious guys working. They worked hard, were honest and I had use them again. I am old and have moved many times. This was the first time a company moved me in such a way that I can find nothing bad to say about them. They came prepared and started working the minute they got there. They were careful wrapping everything to prevent damage. I am happy with the job they did and I am happy to have it behind me. Thank you Burris. YOU ROCK I appreciate the honest integrity that so many businesses lack. there on time and finished within the agreed time they worked fast but we are very careful handling my property.

Binding Price Moving came through for us today. We to move out company today and they helped move us into a 13,000 sq foot space, moving over 40 employees. I could not believe how fast and efficient they worked, and with an amazing attitude the entire time. Even when they ran into addl work that was out of scope, they took care of it with no pressure. To top it off, they were very competitive with pricing and was flexible to our budget. I would highly recommend Binding Price Moving for any move, big or small.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Used this company once and had a TERRIBLE experience. The initial estimate came out way less than what I was actually charged. There were charges for most moving materials (tape, wrapping paper, even blankets!), charge for transit time between their warehouse to where I was moving out and for transit time between where I moved in and their warehouse and even fuel surcharge. When I got upset with the unexpected charges and expressed it to the head of the team of movers, he left trash in the elevator for me to dispose of.
