Overall, had a great experience with these movers. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. They protected my furniture and moved my stuff quickly at target time, with no mishaps. I got an excellent value with the quote, a lower per hour rate than some competitors and no additional base charge for travel. Just had to pay a 1 hour deposit and the remainder plus tip when the job was done. Docked 1 star for being an hour late with no communication. Earlier that morning, the crew leader called me to verify the address and confirm they were on the way. When they were late, I called that number multiple times but no answer. Thankfully, the people at the main office number were immediately available, though. They helped me obtain the status of the crew and apologized.

easy and fast service
Moving can be difficult, but with the family owned business at Zippy Shell PA, my long distance move from PA to TX was stress free. They dropped off a shell at my house where I was able to store my stuff and rent the shell for a month before the move so we could go at our own pace. This made everything soooo easy. Everything ended up at my new doorstep in TX within the hour that was originally quoted to me. The price was fair and the service was great. Thanks Steve and Ashley

Zippy Shell Mobile Storage and Moving
we sincerely cannot recommend
Would give negative stars if I could. They are holding our belongings hostage and not notifying us of a delivery date. Literally have no idea when we will get our stuff back. Seriously, DO NOT USE this company here in Houston or anywhere for that matter. Look around on the internet before hiring them, I wish I had there are numerous negative review. I filed a complaint against them with both the BBB and FMCSA.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Jamka and Tsoonioo were absolutely AMAZING. Fast and Efficient They did not mind that I did some cleaning while they did their thing. As is typical in San Francisco sometimes architecture is a bit strange, when there was one piece of furniture that was a bit too large to fit through the stairwell, they checked out alternatives and got the job done without any qualms. Plus, Andy was superb. I had only partially filled out their online form and he was already on the phone with me and got me scheduled next day Thanks guys Highly reccommend

awesome customer services
Just finished up with You Move Me with a 2 day process with packing,delivery, and unpacking. I truly have to say they were the best moving company we ever used to move. The guys that help move me we are Cody and Jim they were very helpful, easy going guys that definitely made moving for me a lot easier. Even when there was a miscommunication and I forgot to tell them to grab my fridge from my old house, they had no problem going from Costa Mesa back to Newport Beach to grab it for me. I 100 percentage recommended this company if you want a easy, unstressed move

These guys were great. The local office answered my questions and kept me informed. The guys who showed up were courteous, uniformed, fast and very professional. Jeff and Manny did an amazing job I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Their hourly rate may be a little more but I saved money because they were efficient and quick. With my previous move, I went with cheaper movers at $80 per hour for 3 guys who did not speak English and the move ended up taking approx. 11 hours total. The You Move Me guys moved the same amount of stuff done in 4.5 hours with just 2 guys. I cannot thank them enough for making this the smoothest move of my life

reliable and affordable company
I used you move me 4 years ago and I turned to them when I needed to move across PDX. This is a reliable and affordable company. The crew was professional and came ready in full covid 19 compliance. Very professional and friendly
The guys were very efficient with their time, and took care with all of my belongings. There were even a couple items I had forgotten about in my closet, and they pointed them out, got a new box from their truck, and nicely packed them for me. They were very friendly and you could tell they took their job seriously. At the end, they thanked us and gave us an adorable little plant. I am not going to lie, this place is a bit expensive, but I was given the rates upfront, and there were no hidden charges. Its also worth the extra buck, as it includes all of the supplies they used, including the extra boxes used to pack up my loose items, plastic wrap, tape, insurance, gas, etc. I have moved quite a bit, and to the best of my memory, something always breaks. Nothing was broken with these professionals. Worth the cost.

Excellent service from this company from the day we called to book an appointment until the moving day. We had three guys who came, they even brought us Starbucks which was so nice for an early moving day. The guys were fast and very professional. They set up everything at the new house where we wanted them to be placed and even assembled everything like our beds in each bedrooms. Highly recommend these guys

I have to say that moving is one of my least favorite things; however, hiring these guys was one of the best decisions I have made when it comes to moving. Mike and Pat arrived on time, they both were efficient, thorough and did the job super quick which I really appreciated. They were polite and very professional. fast and efficient
This is my first time using a moving company and I was very impressed with the service! I filled out an estimate form and was surprised to get a phone call within 10 minutes! They called 2 days before to confirm, and also showed up right on time. The total time from packing up to delivery was around 2 hours and Gage and Dan were nothing but professional and pleasant. I think I am still in a bit of shock of how fast and efficient everything was, haha. Highly recommended

stress free experience
I recently used You move me for a move from our Cape Cod home to storage . Needless to say I am not a big fan of moving but these guys made it a stress free experience . Ron and Dylan showed up on time and ready to go They had half of our kitchen packed which we just could not finish on our own and out the door in no time. They took the time to wrap all of our furniture carefully for storage using padded paper something we did not think to do prior and maneuvered some large and heavy pieces with ease .They took apart our beds , tv mounts , and continued to ask if there was anything else they could do to make it easier for us . I told them I could not imagine doing that everyday , much less with a smile on my face, they were that good Bottom line , you move me did a great job for us Nothing broken , no sratches, and they fit all of our stuff 3 bedroom house in a pretty cramped storage space .They were very efficient, personable and I would recommend them in a heartbeat Top notch

Why go with someone who does not know how to pack furniture, glassware, pottery, ceramics, art collections, while over packing lamp shades and other unbreakables Why go with someone who will charge you what they estimated when they did not begin to pack what they included in the estimate Why go with someone who uses CoVid to not keep dates or supply the manpower necessary to do the job Why go with someone who loses items in your shipment between pick up and delivery Why go with someone who contends they are always right and the customer has it wrong Why go with someone who is unable to admit they did not deliver on their estimate, did not complete their part of the job Why go with someone who charges you for what you packed and you ended up packing the majority of what was moved This is a moving company that cannot come up with qualified, professional packers, and will not respond when you report mis packing, missing items, broken valuables, etc. Yucca had no Plan B when CoVid was their excuse for not providing what should have been an easy packing, loading and moving job

never use this company
Absolutely the worst movers in Toronto. DO NOT hire them. The actual movers are very nice and really sweet, young people, but it is their office and the owner of the company that are in it for the money and for the extra payouts at the end of the day. We paid an additional 1300 at the end of the day even though we had a contract And this does not include the extra U Haul truck WE HAD to rent AND the additional moving company to help us move our stuff. An extra cost of 1000 on top of the 2500 so a grand total of 3500 to move a 2000 sq ft house. We told the company exactly what we were moving and they still short changed us with not sending the right amount of trucks. I have photos and eye witnesses who will vouch for the craziness of this move. Do not believe all the hype behind this company. The management is terrible and they are in it to take your money pay extra and get good movers

horrible experience
My family used You Move Me 3 years ago and did not have an issue so we decided to use them on this move 10/14/21. This time they underestimated our need for a second truck which we had the first time and we mentioned need for it. So they tired to make a second trip to our house but told us they could not move all of our items. Furniture they took apart king bed frame, and tables etc they said they do not have time to put it back together at our new house. Trying to put the king bed frame together we discovered it had been broken and some hardware was missing so we had to dispose of it and buy another frame. They also scratched our new walls. They were instructed not to move my teenage sons closet, his book bags and linens we are in there and those were things we can get since they were so pressed on time and we needed bigger things moved. Later that night after my son got out of school and got his book bags to the new house he unzipped it, and removed his wallet he hidden inside to discover that his 150 was stolen They took all his bigger bills and left him with just the 1 dollar bills Since it was after business hours he discovered this we called them first thing the next morning. The manager took our complaint and said they were informing their corporate office and they have not said anything since Breaking my furniture or not moving stuff we paid you to move is bad enough. But stealing from a child is beyond horrible Would never recommend them as we feel violated.

No respond to my request
They took forever to do my move from a 1/1 apartment to another one less than 6 miles away. They were slow as molasses, did not take care of my belongings, lazy and unprepared. I have moved several times over the years, and none of my moves have ever taken longer than 4 hours total. These guys took 6 hours and that was with my 60 plus year old parents, and myself assisting them with boxes, tubs and furniture They damaged multiple items of my furniture, damaged my washer and dryer when moving them in, and even broke my media cabinet door off The 2 movers moaned and groaned throughout the entire process, and were totally unprepared and unprofessional in their behavior. Save yourself the trouble and headache move yourself if you want to hire this company to move you

excellent experience
Great service. Always responsive, accommodating and flexible. The guys did an excellent job, went above and beyond wrapping things and closing final boxes for me when I was so exhausted after packing things up. They go that extra step to make sure you are happy and your property is protected. Definitely recommend

Ward handled my local move. Unlike other so called moving companies they are an actual mover with actual employees who move stuff. The guys showed up right on time. They were fast and efficient. Great to talk to also. My stuff made it across town w and out incident. Pricing was fair and reasonable with no surprises.
