Great place. I have been storing random stuff at this establishment for over 3 years now and have not run into a problem at all. When I originally was shopping around for a unit, I called around to a ton of storage places and got the best deal and best customer service from Modern Mini Storage Thompson Moving and Storage. The storage unit was clean when I got it. The gates are open from 7am 7pm 7 days a week and there is a roving security guard that patrols the area. There are also cameras all over the place. They also have a website where you can go to pay for your unit and get it setup on automatic payments. I will continue to use them for as long as I am in Clarksville

Two Men and a Truck-Lincoln-Neb
not satisfied
I go to office and pay like 200 for my dinner sets, 2 set sofa , 1 Queen 1 twin mattress, 1 tall glass cupboard, one small coffee table ! but i ready warped my mattress, removed the screws on dinner table and move from my house to storage like 3 miles they are coming friendly and carry carefully . but when we come storage , they are working little bit low i saw they have the cart but they did not used, they just bring 2 chairs per one time , 2 pillows per time after all they charge 139 more because they said more things make more time well they load up just 40 50 min and on the paperwork the time they come 14:15 time they come my home 14:40 and total write on paperwork 3 hour, that why they charge more i can say they are so friendly but waste time little ! I sorry for my comments but i do not know i have to pay 330 for move all things above go storage 3 miles from my house ! i wish i have one more friend , i think we just under 2 hours for load and unload . But Thank you for service and business

Thomas Transfer & Storage Co, Inc
poor service
I give Thomas Transfer negative stars as my review. We were told that all of our belongings that they pack and store would be wrapped and stored for the duration. If this were the case how would everything be damaged and how would random items be lost and missing To add insult to injury, the under 25 30 year old guys they sent to unload the truck and bring into my brand new home, tracked in grease on the carpet throughout our brand new home. Not one of them bothered to acknowledge or offer any kind of apology. Who does that Thomas Transfer and their hired I do not give crap it is not mine attitude and mentality So, if you do not read their contract and purchase their cover their butts insurance you will only receive a few dollars back from them to replace the items that are actually replaceable and you will have to add much more of your own hard earned money to purchase those replacements. For example, a brand new pair of UGG boots they gave me 9.00 or my wedding dress which is irreplaceable but they gave me a whopping 30.00 My recommendation is DO NOT USE THOMAS TRANSFER

Two Guys Moving
Terrible experience
I called a week in advance to schedule our move and was confirmed for a pick up at 10 am on Saturday. I called the morning of at 8 am to confirm and was told not to worry that someone would be there. I hired a babysitter to watch my children for during the move and when it was 10:20 I started to call to confirm they would be picking up but no one ever answered the phone. It become obvious they were sending my calls to voicemail. I left a message asking them to let me know if they were canceling so that I could figure something else out. The NEVER called me back and NEVER showed up. This company was TERRIBLE, BEWARE

Security Public Storage
Excellent Service
I was moving in from another country and was not able to be at location for the delivery and storage of goods, but Charles and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help me and I was able to have one less worry. The place felt secure, and my things were all as I had sent them four months before. Will definitely return if I ever need a storage service. Thank you, Security Public Storage

Specialty Moving Services
SERVICE was UNBELIEVABLE
John at Specialty was exceptional at every aspect of my moving needs. First, he was EARLY to give me a written estimate. The price was VERY GOOD, not the cheapest but his SERVICE was UNBELIEVABLE, far greater than any mover I have ever used. Every item was handled and wrapped like a valuable price of art. Since my initial move, I have used Specialty Moving on different occasions with the same EXCELLENT results. I trust them explicitly I would never use anyone else. Timely, quick, and careful moving
I never knew movers could be so courteous and friendly. Michael and his crew were the first guys I met in Boston. They were professionals, thoughtful about keeping my apartment clean, and placed every item perfectly. Michael even asked during the move if everything was going well. Timely, quick, and careful, these guys are great. Good price too.

Simpson Brothers Movers, Inc
professional and careful
I was really impressed with Simpson Bros during my recent move from Lawrence to New Hampshire. They worked diligently and carefully to pack everything efficiently and even disassembled and later reassembled my Ikea bed so that it could fit into an elevator. They were very careful not to break anything and nothing actually broke which amazed me and carefully cleaned the bottom of furniture to ensure that my newly refinished wood floors remained spotless. If you are moving or out of the Lawrence area, you simply cannot do better than Simpson Bros. They have my highest positive rating

happy with their service
Juan and Art did an amazing job. Showed up right on time like promised. They where extremely respectful towards me. Nothing was broken in the move, which was a huge pro. The best part was how quickly they got everything moved. I was extremely impressed. I would use them every time. They made sure i was happy with how all the furniture was arranged before they left. Great job guys.

Square Cow Moovers
I would highly recommend them
I reached out to Sqaure Cow movers at the end of last week and they were able to fit me in and help me in a pinch. The guys they sent out were absolutely awesome They were accommodating, every answer was yes sir or no sir and their willingness to help was refreshing. If I could give them six stars I would. The pricing is right where it needs to be in the service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again and refer them to any of my friends.

Hands down the best piano mover ever These guys know what they are doing and they get it done and delivered to the next destination quickly too. Stress Less Moving

They damaged an expensive piece of furniture and promised to come back and fix it, but I was the one who had to call them a week later to make an appointment for the repair. The appointment was set up, and I was told by the owner how honest the company is and how they pride themselves on integrity and he even told me to notice that they had not cashed my check yet. Sadly however, he was a no show for the scheduled appointment and I was the one who had to call again. I was told there was a conflict and we rescheduled only to have a repeat no show. My check has been cashed and my calls are being unanswered. As I settle into my new home I notice other new scratches and dents on furniture and even a hole in one of my upholstery pieces. I wish I had watched them place things on the truck that day as I am sure now things were not properly wrapped. This is not a professional company

Select Van & Storage

As of today Select Van is in breach of contract. The salespeople and movers were very nice providing boxes and in the move out process nine months ago. I have faithfully paid my storage fee and signed a contract for a just under 8k delivery fee for my belongs to be delivered between the 4th and 13th of August. I gave the requested 30 days notice. I had to chase down Mayflower to inquire about my delivery. I was told by my salesperson that not only would it be late, but he has no idea when they can deliver. He does not know what happened. The customer service line confessed they had no further information. I let my lease lapse on a furnished apartment as I trusted my furniture would arrive in the nine day window. But here I am, a 59 year old woman, sleeping on the floor of an empty house. I was told the good news was that I would receive 100 a day for each day my delivery was late. Check Portland hotel prices. Insufficient. I have not seen my stuff in nine months. We have a signed contract. I doubt the response would be so casual if I broke the terms. I want my belongings.

worst experience
This is the worst moving company. The estimates they gave us where no where close to what they actually charged us on the day they showed up to move us. Our lease was up on the place we lived, and we had a job waiting on us, we had to leave. The put us in a position that we could not get out of. Criminals. I hope someone sues the crap out of these guys. We have been in our new home for almost 2 months, and still do not have our things. We have four children whom have been sleeping in the floor because these jerks have not came with our things. What a horrible company. This should be no stars not one.

RCC Auto Transport
wonderful experience
In the auto transport business there are a lot of shady companies and people. RCC transport came to me on a family recommendation and glade it did. Great job very professional will definitely use again and recommend. The gentlemans name I dealt with is MO. Thanks again Stan

Route 66 Moving and Storage
pleasant to deal with the service
Route 66 moved our 2BR home from the Peninsula, Bay Area to South Bay LA, and the crews on both ends were professional, efficient and courteous. Really appreciated the care they took wrapping my surfboards and bikes. We unfortunately discovered our 70 flat screen TV sustained damage after being unwrapped, but communication with Sean at Route 66 was great and they sent a check to cover a replacement almost immediately.
