good company
Used these guys for my recent move from East Harlem to Midtown East and they were great I had 3 guys come and we were able to get everything in my new place in under 2 hours, which was great considering I originally lived in a fourth floor walkup. Miguel is super friendly and reliable, as were the other guys who helped. I liked these guys so much even my roommate used them when she moved in I recommend this company to all my friends and am so happy I was able to find them.

Fresno Moving & Storage, Inc
we sincerely cannot recommend
Horrible I bought a couch from Sams.com that was supposed to be delivered by September 22. Through tracking I could see that the couch was sitting at Fresno Moving and Storage. I called them the morning of the 22nd to find out the time in which they were bringing it. Susanna Told me she had no idea where I came up with the 22nd as the delivery date. I explained that is what my order conformation said and that is what the tracking number said. She was rude and unhelpful. She told me that they only deliver to my area foothills about 50 mins from Fresno once a month no matter what. They will not be coming my direction until Oct 15th, that is almost 1 month late! Meanwhile we have sold our old couch and have a empty living room. Since the delivery company that sams.com has hired as a subcontracting delivery company would not deliver, I now have to go pick the couch up myself. Completely ridiculous when I paid for white glove delivery. Never again would I ever chose to use Fresno Moving and Storage.

Last month my family and I set up to have four links move a two bedrooms worth of furniture and 20 boxes. While dealing with them was easy and made us hopeful. They sold the contract to another moving company that charged fee after fee. Next time I need to move anything, I will just get it done myself.

Stay away from this company. Company is unprofessional and does not stand behind quoted amount. Upon delivery, there was two extra chairs that belonged to another customer. I did not accept them, but why were those pieces included with my inventory Not only that, but about a week after I gave them my credit card information, my card was comprised and used at multiple food and entertainment spots within a 5 mile radius of their office through third party apps. Does not take a detective to figure out who used my credit card information. When I brought this to their attention they did not reassure me that they would investigate the matter. When I tried reaching the rep who quoted me and took my credit card information I was never able to reach him, even after asking to be transferred to his line on multiple days and times. Again, stay away

Fast Action Moving And Storage
horrible experience
Most Horrible moving experience of my life These people are crooks. It took them 15 hours to move us out of our 2bedroom apartment because the movers did everything possible not to work. Every five minutes they were taking coffee breaks, breaks to smoke, make calls, go to the bathroom. We hired movers but ended up doing all the moving ourselves. My 60 year old mother was carrying heavier boxes They had ridiculous hidden fees that are only disclosed when they arrive at your door, and half of our items are broken or damaged or did not even show up and they refuse to refund us any of our money. The owner of the company is rude and has horrible customer service skills. Stay away from these crooks. Use a reputable company and save yourself the hassle.

Fantastic service from start to finish We moved between 1bedroom apartments in Manhattan in mid June 2021. Brad was very responsive and helpful during the planning phase. The day of the move went smoothly, as Charlie and his colleagues packed up our entire apartment in about 4.5 hours full service packing, and then unloaded in about 2.5 hours. The guys were very accommodating when it turned out that we could only reserve our building freight elevator for a limited timeframe. After a week of unpacking boxes at our new place, my wife and I were amazed to see that not a single item was damaged or missing. There were no issues with payment, and the final bill was exactly as quoted in the flat rate. We are very satisfied customers

efficient with positive energy
Moved locally from West LA to Mar Vista and Excalibur Van Lines was perfect. They gave me clear expectations for the day of the move. They were timely and worked hard. Guido, Julio, and Oscar V were courteous and took great care of our belongings. When our couch would not fit through the new door, these three put it together in our garage so I could photograph it, then wrapped it up so it would not get damaged. Appreciated their attention to detail and excellent communication. Would use again

These guys were incredible. I got a bunch of different quotes for this job, and some companies quoted me two or three times as what it cost me with EQ Movers. (110 per hour for three workers and no fee for the truck is a great deal Max and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly and carefully, and communicated clearly every step of the way. They were kind, professional and friendly, and they made an intricate job flow seamlessly. What could have been a stressful, expensive move ended up being a total breeze and super economical. Would DEFINITELY recommend working with them.

Using E.E. Ward for my last move was the best moving experience I have ever had. A representative came to see my furnishings and my new house so they knew what to expect. They were ontime, worked hard and quickly but took great care with my stuff and my house. Their pricing is competitive to other movers. I highly recommend them

Ero was responsive to our critical moving times. We just had them for two hours each, and they were flexible to send us two excellent movers each time. Our schedule was hectic because we closed on both houses on the same day. We will refer Ero to others in need of any moving service.

My girlfriend and I used Earle W Noyes and Sons when we moved from Falmouth to Portland. Don was very helpful. The guys took care of our belongings and were timely. Giving two stars because although the actual movers were pleasant and very few things missing or broken, we contracted them solely because they said they would move our car inside the truck with our belongings. The day the movers arrived, we were told the truck was already loaded with other families furnishings so no room BUT it would be on a truck the next week so we had to drive it to their storage facility in Johnstown. This next week story went on for over 5 weeks and we were even told our car was loaded but the owner, Ilon, told then to take it off To make a long story short, my husband flew to Denver to pick up the car and is now having to drive it across country. We should have gone with Allied. If you have more than a simple move, USE SOMEONE ELSE

Wish I could leave zero stars. Extremely unprofessional and super shady. Driver did not have any GPS nor could he take down an address and took way longer to get to destinations. No paperwork or anything given upfront. Spoke with William who quoted me 59 an hour with no trip charge. Driver was rude and condescending and charged us 267 for barely 3 hours and informed us after he brought our items the house that they only took cash and would not be unloading a thing until they got paid. Then said it was extra to take bed upstairs. Never ever using these scammers again.

Was not very impressed with the way the movers packed our kitchenware and fragile items. To be honest, they were packed better originally by my wife and I we took them out of our small boxes so that they could be professionally wrapped. Movers pretty much just crammed everything together in as few boxes as possible with the tiniest bit of paper. Not encouraging and doubt our more fragile items will make it to our next post overseas.

I ordered a box from a competitor three days earlier. They told me it would be here on the 9th. Morning of the 10th its still not here. I frantically called eagle hoping they could help a girl out. My family is only in town until Sunday and They are my only help in cleaning out my mothers house. Long story short, they were able to drop it off the same day. Within a few hours actually. Not all heros wear capes.

Ash and his team were wonderful They were extremely professional and quick. They took apart and reassembled all of my furniture, and by some miracle were able to lug it up all 4 flights of stairs. I was a little nervous when looking for a moving company because there are so many poor reviews out there, but Done Right was easy, efficient, and professional. Thank you

My moving experience with Dircks was quite good. Though an estimator never came to my house to survey my goods, it worked out that there was adequate materials for all of my belongings and no secondary trips necessary. My move coordinator was in constant contact with me but not too much to let me know the progress of items. My moving team was awesome the guys were quick and thorough all my stuff arrived in as packed condition on the first day of my time window which to me was a HUGE positive thing. All in all a good company to work with
